I camped at Lena KOA four times this summer, each time with a different grandchild. I’m hoping to make lasting memories. This campground meets all of my camping needs from the convenience of my campsite to all the activities to enjoy with my grandchildren. Joe helped to start my car when it wouldn’t start on one of my trips. Just an example of the consideration I always experience here.

We just did an overnight stay and it was so nice. Part of me wanted to stay more because my kids loved the pool and chess set.

We loved everything about the place! The staff, the activities, the pool, the dog park and especially our camping neighbors... were all great! We will definitely visit again!

Small campground but very clean. I would have loved a hiking trail but only cornfields surrounding the campground.Staff was very accommodating.Pool was immaculate and temperature was perfect. We reserved a large cabin and it was wonderful and quiet. We were right across from the park so very easy to watch the little ones from our porch.We were there Sunday-Tuesday so not much going on for kids

Extremely nice, well kept , campground!! Staff is always so nice and friendly. Credence was very accommodating , after learning we had a new dog with us (a barker), she offended a less "stimulating" site than the one they had previously picked for us. There truly is not a bad site anywhere in the park. That has just one of the way Lena goes above and beyond guest accommodation.

Camped there a few times in the past few years. Never had a problem. Hookups for travel trailer are all in great condition. Park is very clean and landscaping is beautiful. Everyone in the park is friendly and the staff are always out and about working. We will definitely go back.

A Great stay at the Lena KOA’. Was able to catch up with friends and make new friends, swim, relax and enjoy myself!! Joe and Diane and their staff are top notch with clean, safe welcoming Kampground!

We absolutely loved our stay in the teepee, I’d have given this 5 stars but we were very disappointed no instructions were given as to how to close the “smoke flaps”, and it ended up storming for hours and we had to figure it out ourselves, at night, in the rain.

We had stayed at Lena KOA last summer and liked it so much; we invited our daughter's family to come with us this year! Everything was as expected. Our grandchildren asked if they could come back again! There are plenty of activities to keep the kids happy. I would like to suggest maybe a couple of activities for the older adults as well. Perhaps a pickle ball court? Thanks for the memories.

Nicely kept park. We walk around the park and enjoy the flowers and all the landscaping. The staff is very cordial and helpful.

I love this KOA. I would give it 5 stars if the bathroom by the pool was kept cleaner. It really needed more tending to. I'm fact even our 9 year old thought it was creepy. We typically stay near the bathrooms in the back of the campground and those have always been clean. I understand the bathroom by the pool gets more traffic but that is not an excuse for not keeping it clean.

It's a wonderful campground. For us there were lots of Seasonal campers still around Sunday for the kids to have fun with. It was clean and well taken care of. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The owners are out and about all weekend to make sure everything is taken care of and everyone is a happy camper. We will be returning soon!

We were in a deluxe cabin which was so nice. Very clean and convenient. The campground is lovely-so clean. Love al the plants and flowers around. Nice pool and game area for the kids. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We can't wait to come back!

It was really nice place to get away, plenty of stuff for the kids and they had a blast, wagon rides, swimming in the pool and playing on the big playground. We definitely will be back ���

It was amazing - you thought of everything. Everyone was friendly, loved the Kamping Kitchen and ice/firewood delivery. I reviewed on Google Maps and in a Chicago Area camping Fb group. Bathroom sweeping could be improved (same bugs/debris were there all week on the floor and sink). We had an amazing time and will definitely be back!!! Best vacation we’ve had! Highly recommend. Town is wonderful

They made it very easy to book a weekend trip. They make sure you are well aware of all the awesome activities with texts throughout the day. Unfortunately, we did forget a bike helmet at the campground and it was difficult to coordinate with them to ship it to me, however, they were kind enough to hold on to it for at least a week until I could drive out there and pick it up. On a side note, they have an amazing selection of beverages from the local establishment that will certainly leave you wanting more.
