To Our Valued Lena KOA Holiday Guests:
The following policies are what we are putting into place at the Lena KOA Holiday in an effort to abide by local, state and federal government recommendations to slow the spread of COVID-19. It is highly probable that we will need to modify our policies as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
Please note: We will now be opening our campground for business on May 1, 2020. Presently, we plan on opening all sites at that time. Accommodations, tent sites, and cabins may not be available for reservations so please continue to monitor this page.
Starting May 1, we anticipate implementing the following changes:
We do not take closures and restrictions lightly, but the safety and security of our campers and staff are our main priority. We are still accepting reservations for the remainder of the upcoming season and will still encourage social distancing during this time until notified by local, state and federal agencies that it is safe to do otherwise.
Further, the KOA National Cancellation Guidelines will allow our campers to either modify or cancel their existing reservations between now and April 30, 2020 up to 24 hours ahead of the scheduled check-in without a $10 cancellation fee or the loss of their deposit. Campers who cancel within the 24-hour time window of arrival will forfeit their deposit.
