Beautiful huge campground if you are ok being close to your neighbors and paying the highest rates I’ve ever paid to camp. We don’t mind and already made reservations for next month and next year. Definitely making it a yearly tradition.

Site was listed as grass site. There was only dirt. Site was barely big enough for our 20' trailer.

Sites are always busy and the seasonal grass goes dormant unless its watered continuously. That would be difficult since there is always an RV in it! Happy Camping!

Great and helpful staff. Need larger signs for the odd traffic entry change to the KOA driveway. Nice place, clean and probably the friendliest and most helpful employees we have encountered.

Thanks for the awesome comments! We understand the signage is small per Leavenworth City regulations. We try hard to help our arriving guests come thru the main entrance by sending a text message the day of arrival that has detailed driving directions to our KOA. Thanks again for the comments!

Was told we were getting a luxury spot and the only one left at $166. Was first spot entering the park so we got every vehicle going in and out. Site was dirt and dry. No shade whatsoever and not even near any trees. Was told to park in spot by area for taxi/Uber then yelled at for there. Grease or feces was on ground, got into new trailer. Disgusting. Was told intervener, not any! No Hot Spot!

Making your same day reservation for 1 night in peak season when we were a full park gets you a site that is available. Our staff worked tirelessly to make room for you to have a deluxe site. Your deluxe FHU pull thru was in the new section of the park which needs the trees to grow for shade.

I guess KOAs are independently owned, so the prices vary greatly. I no longer have respect for KOA, since some of the campgrounds charge whatever they can get away with, rather than a fair price. Paying $153.00 for a one night space, and that was after my senior discount, was a ripoff. I paid $90.00 in Reno and only $55.00 in Laramie Wyoming. I will now avoid KOA as often as possible.

Prices reflect the Leavenworth area in n peak season. All KOAs offer a 1 hour guarantee, including the your home state of California which have high demand and prices are reflected over $200+/nt not including electricity. You were lucky to find a spot as a walk-in on a weekend.

Quick over night stay. Liked the amenities offered. Found the washrooms to be really dirty!

The price is outrageous; all sites should be black topped at this price; your cable TV sucks; the rules are ridiculous; if you want to unhook your boat at the site, you charge an additional $25 per day; why is the office at the other end of your park when you enter? This is clearly backwards; why are some street legal licensed vehicles not allowed to drive in the park, while electric bicycles are?

Per the documentation provided from your profile it was clearly apparent that the rules and guidelines were for everyone else. Street legal vehicles are welcome, but cannot be parked in other guests sites. As per the cable, there is a booster in your unit that needs to be turned off. Happy Kamping!

We liked our site #16 in the shade and away from the other sites. We were sad that they changed some of the activities ( bingo) to the evening. We were counting on doing the bingo in the morning as well as the other kid activities. It seems like if Heat was the reason, it was just as hot at five or six in the evening, or even hotter.

This was a beautiful campground with the nicest camp showers ever, clean and ample laundry services, and the cement slab with clean comfy table and chairs AND our own grill topped it off! we could easily walk to the store for groceries, and the transit to town was perfect. The showstopper was the river, with easy access. It was beautiful and serene. What a treat! It was so hard to leave.

I reported a foul smell to the park. One night we could not sit in the patio and enjoy the site. I also sent a note to Leavenworth KOA, no response at this point. Our site was #3 behind the children's park. We asked for a slight credit on the stay.

The park has excellent immensities, the river is beautiful! But the spots are so crammed, not enough room to even park vehicles, and it was hard to even get our trailer out of the parking spot when we left it was so cramped. The spots need more space!

We are so glad you had a lovely stay. We have asked multiple contractors if they have a site stretcher to increase the size of the RV sites. Unfortunately none of them have a solution at this time as the size of RVs have dramatically increased over the last 10 years.

Sites are to close together. No room to safety pull in or out with a trailer and truck. Great activities, clean but might not return due to how small each site was and being so crowded.

It was a pleasure to meet the staff at the park. Very personable, well informed and excellent people skills. As busy as the staff was they kept a smile which makes camping with KoA the choice of destinations.

Please replace your hot tub to give adults a place to relax. I have stayed there twice now and both times the hot tub has been "broken." It appears the current hot tub is not reliable! Als, too many young kids jumping off the sides into the deep end where the adults are hanging out trying to have conversations. A couple of times I had a young child almost land on me.

Our campsite could have been cleaned up a little better. There were rocks and ashes on the patio and little bits of litter in the site. We did enjoy our stay though. Yours is a wonderful RV park.

Its a nice park for family's that have kids. Lot of things for them to do. For the older folks maybe not so much. It was also a little pricy. We do like visiting Leavenworth.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this KOA! They definitely go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I love the text notifications so that you don’t miss anything going on. Ice and firewood delivery to your campsite, garbage pickup is also nice. LOTS going on for the kiddos. Campground is clean and next to water access, centrally located and beautiful.

This park is convenient to Lovely Leavenworth, and it has many opportunities for entertainment for kids and adults. Our pull-thru, full hookup, with patio site was great. Some of the picnic tables in the upper area are sadly weathered and damaged, though. And be sure to notice that if you have a non-KOA registered visitor, they'll have to pay $25 to park their vehicle on site.

The KOA Leavenworth is a beautiful campground. It is large and spacious. There are many pine trees in the park that provide shade on warm days of the summer. The campground is on the Wenatchee River with river access available. People can choose to swim or float on the river. A variety of activities and games as well as a pool for guests. We plan to go back again!

Checking in was a long process after a long drive need to speed it up. Cable for tv only worked early morning otherwise unusable! Shouldn’t matter if park is full it should work! Most staff were friendly but at children’s activities the people there were more interested in goofing around themselves.
