We hadn't been there in a few years but wow! What a difference. The staff were very nice and knowledgeable. They took great care of us and the facilities were very nice! Don't forget to go down to the river, very pretty!

Location was convenient for going into town. Nice view of the surrounding mountains. We really enjoyed our stay, and will likely stay at another KOA in the future.

The campground is very nice and clean, It is well managed but it is very expensive, thus the lower rating.

Staff were very good at check-in. Campground very crowded - not suitable for our 32 ft 5th wheel even though that is what we said we had - had trouble getting out when leaving.

Had a great time. Lots to do. Loved the ice cream shop! RV spots were pretty tight for the cost. We made them work and had a good time. Loved the garbage pick up!

While we were only there for two or three nights, our site assignment was not the best. It was very unlevel and we had difficulty leveling our 21' travel trailer. However, with the help of their staff we were able to get our trailer somewhat level. They do need to add fill to some sites in the off season

Love all KOA’s but they really need to improve the checkin process. At the Leavenworth KOA, in particular they should have a counter with at least two reps for check-in and a separately manned counter for retail items. And the retail desk can help with check-in when not busy. Otherwise, great location and a fab KOA as usual.

First of all the price at the end of all the add ons were not what I was expecting, then the spot that I reserved was supposed to be grassy site and it was dirt. Campsites to close to each other. Won't stay at a KOA Campground again, to expensive for what you receive!

The staff were amazingly helpful. As we are KOA members for years we didn't realize you now had to pay $30 to get put next to the people you are traveling with. The lady worked at getting us together and made it happen. The only thing negative about the park is that they pack you in there. Our spot would have been very disappointing if it was just us. Thankfully we could share our daughter's spot.

Mregh… not a fan.. wild kids, no parents watching, destructive behavior, staff was always threatening our space.. too crowded, would never go back. Extra charge for our 2 kids (not included ) in the original reservation was really annoying… the reviews were right.. not a good place.. we are a quiet, little east family and for us to struggle. Yikes. Praying there are changes made.

Unfornuately if Staff was invading your space, then the rules were not being followed and being part of the problem and not the solution was unacceptable. Happy Kamping!!

There was a lot of people and for the most part it was great! Only downfall was the kids screaming, blood curdling screaming! And our neighbor camper hadn’t taught their kids camping etiquette, they kept walking through our site. I know it’s not KOA’s responsibility but just wanted to let you know! Our family will definitely be back though! This is one of our favorite KOA’s!

We already love the city of Leavenworth so discovering a KOA right in the heart of it was amazing! We absolutely loved all of the activities that were offered, my children especially enjoyed building their own stuffed animal and gem mining (we mined quite a few times). The pool was very nice and clean, and access to Wenatchee river to tube or dip in was just perfect. We had a wonderful experience!

This KOA has everything and is SUPER family friendly. We cannot recommend it enough. Close to town too !

My stay at Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA was great. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My RV site clean and all hookups worked perfectly. The cable connection provided an excellent, clear picture. The location was close to Safeway if grocery items are needed and downtown was a nice walking distance. I will be back.

This was our first time ever RV camping and it was so amazing. The staff was very helpful, the campground was so fun and in excellent condition, and we loved having the shower station. Thank you for an incredible first experience!

If you want to listen to heavy equipment moving rocks from 8am to 5pm and pay top dollar for the experience…..Leavenworth KOA is the place for you.

Very tight sites. Spend the money for a deluxe set if you want a little more room. Lots of traffic, but expected this time of year. Location was perfect! We walked to town every day we were there.

Check-in process was efficient. Location is great, easy ride or walk into the city. The grounds itself of this KOA need a lot of help. Weeds, dead plants, dog park poop garbage can overflowing, etc. It has a lot of potential just needs some TLC. The river was was nice, however the sprinklers were going off all day and night and make it where you have to run to avoid being sprayed.

The nicest KOA I’ve experienced in terms of amenities, activities, cleanliness and location. Staff friendly & on top of things and I loved the trash pickup and delivery of ice/firewood to your site. It was very hot so river access was appreciated, and being able to take a short walk to the adorable Bavarian town of Leavenworth - allowing me to leave my dog safely in the RV with AC - was a bonus.

The campsite you assigned us was generally ok, but it appears you simply cut previous sites in half to cram more RVs into the camp ground. Its too crowded. KOA needs to follow the lead of the forest service regarding camp fires especially when your guests don't have standard safety items (like a shovel or bucket of water) on hand. Its too dangerous to have campfires in Leavenworth!

We can only rate the site. We did not take advantage of other events or services. It is a poor design, access conflicted with site 138 (we were in 139). If we were turned around, it would allow for more shade. Very expensive and overpriced. We have stayed in other KOA patio sites that were exceptional.

I have been coming to this KOA since I was a kid & love to see it being upgraded and expanded. However, I did not appreciate the couches being removed for HOT metal bar stools. That was not a genius idea. The new womens showers are nice but I dont understand why there is only one hook? Seriously, the floors of those bathrooms are disgusting. Please add more hooks!

Thank you for your feedback. The couch had fabric cushions and was not sanitary and disposed. The genius put in longer lasting seating that handles weather, easy to clean. 1 hook is a KOA requirement that are continually replaced. Floors are cleaned 2-3 times daily. Happy Kamping!
