Clean, friendly staff, great amenities. However disappointed with managements handling of an issue. I requested to speak to the manger 3 separate times, but was never put in contact with him. I was told he was going to research the issue, but never heard back and I never got the chance to share additional info I found. Staff did what they could, but contact from the mngr would have been nice.

It is unfortunate that you felt your expectations were not met for this stay. The issue with site locking was resolved when management went above and beyond to play jenga with a full park to place you closer to where you wanted. Locking a site is recommended during busy season. Happy Kamping!

Great place. A little tight with our large fifth wheel (40 foot), but they helped guide us around. Great activities for kids, great pool and recreation areas. And very close to all the fun of Leavenworth!!

This was a first time visiting this campground and we will definitely come back. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There were family friendly activities to keep you busy all week.

The gals at check in were extremely friendly and helpful, then we had a man show us to our spot. The campground was clean and well maintained. Even though the gal at check in said it was a "kid fest" with lots of things for children to do, we found that our spot (closer to the entrance of the park) was very quiet. They even had us put our trash out during the day for them to pick up for us!

We are so excited you enjoyed your stay! It is great to hear that with over 250 kids on park your area of the campground was quiet. They were likely at the pool, with our awesome activities staff ir getting ice cream from our coffee cabin.

This campground is perfect for families with kids. So many fun daily activities, pool, playground, movie nights and activities for parents like wine tasting and live music. Wish we could have stayed another week!

I reserved a deluxe patio site but the one they tried to put me in was not even close, they quit watering most of the park so it’s all dirt & weeds, hot tub closed, they quit serving breakfast, they stopped running the shuttle into town. We have stayed here a few times in the past and it was great but unfortunately it’s gone way down hill

Its unfortunate your stay was not desirable. In previous stays you utilized site lock to pick a specific site so you could let your dog potty on the grass. As to amenities on our website, there are now two dog parks, a new city transit system and a coffee cabin which offers breakfast items.

Not a beautiful park like it use to be, the view was the back of Safeway and apartments. Not what was expected for such a great area like Leavenworth. We won’t be back.

It was wonderful--everything we needed! The pool was closed on our last day until after check out so that was the only thing that wasn't ideal. We had some very sad kids. I requested a late checkout so they could swim for a little bit at least, but was told no.

I speak English but loved Leavenworth KOA. People that work there are the best! I have stayed there 3 times and will be coming back!

It was great, the people were very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to town so it was easy to walk. We will be back with our 10 YO grandson, you have many things for him to do. I was totally impressed, we stayed at another KOA several years ago and I was anticipating that I would be disappointed but that is not the case. Congratulations, you have really out done yourselves.

We were placed in a trailer site way too short and narrow for the length of our trailer and pickup truck. We were able to move to another site, but it also was short and parking the truck was on a hill and was too close to our trailer. It was easier to park if we entered from the opposite direction, but we were repremanded (via e-mail))by the staff for driving the wrong way! Unprofessional!

It is unfortunate your stay was less than satisfactory. Space is limited the correct RV length is used. To mitigate accidents and kids being hit, it is imperative that road directional signs are followed at all times. Rules apply to everyone else unless you get caught. Happy Kamping!

Very pleasant at the back of the park, we were hesitant that the experience would lack a true outdoor camping trip and would be loud or overcrowded. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the grounds and the friendly staff. The trail to the river was very well maintained. Thank you!

This was our 4th stay at Leavenworth/Pine Village KOA and we will be back. The camp is well situated to town and amenities. The camp itself is well maintained and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Clean and friendly. However sites, like most KOA’s, are small size. Your neighbors are just a few feet away.

Great KOA with lots of attentive staffing, clean restrooms, great little store and lots of ice cream yummy. Lovely German themed village in town. Beautiful campground.

The roads were very narrow with obstacles close on both sides. There were people talking, shouting, and singing loudly late into the night. A staff member was rude to us about the permit that tore and wouldn't stay on the rear view mirror. The gift shop and registration area was great and the woman who registered us was very friendly and helpful.

It is unfortunate that your stay was less than satisfactory. We have been incontact with multiple contractors and none of them provide road stretching services without shortining sites. At checkin, you were provided an after hours number if issues arose which was not utilized. Happy Kamping!
