Gorgeous setting. Great amenities. Friendly staff. Poorly designed layout. Our back-in spot (#74) wasn’t level. Our fire pit was up against the tent next to us. Behind us was tent city with their fire pit right next to our RV. Granted, it was the 4th of July, but it felt more like Central Park than a campground in central Washington. I could hear the guy snoring in the tent next our RV.

We are glad you enjoyed the amenities at our beautiful campground. Making reservations 5 days prior to the busiest holiday of the year tends to lead to few options on site selection. You were very fortunate to get a site.

We had a great time the 5 days we were there. Staff is great, park is wonderful and being so close to town is awesome! The only item that had issues was Wi-Fi. It only worked one day so if you are expecting to have Wi-Fi just be aware. We can’t wait to visit again!

We had an enjoyable trip. The campground was very nice but they advertise cable TV in the cabins and we had no TV. The cable hook-up was in the room but the TV was not there. When mentioned in the office their explanation was that we were staying in a rustic cabin. Averaging over $185.00 per day did not seem rustic to us. There is also no mention of not having TV in rustic cabin on the website.

We truly hope you had a fabulous time at our beautiful KOA. For future reference when making an online reservation amenities per cabin type are listed under each cabin. Deluxe Cabins and RV sites include cable TV. The price is reflective of staying in Leavenworth on a holiday weekend.

So many fun activities, I liked the daily text message. Bathrooms were clean and the general facilities (pool/activity house/store) and grounds were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would say there aren’t enough trees for shade in the more expensive rv spots at the front of the park. We loved staying in the rv spots towards the back of the park near the playground and pool.

Reserved a premium site and arrived to a dirty table, dirty patio and chalk drawings all over the concrete. I’d be nice to arrive to a clean camp site. Great daily communication via text about the schedule and activities. Even reminders. Lastly, not the fault of KOA but we were awoken by a tow truck at midnight on Friday am that kept us up for 45 minutes bc he never turned off his truc

Beautiful camp, very friendly staff, lots to do for kids and just an overall happy environment. The deluxe cabin was spacious and very well stocked with everything we needed. Can't wait to return.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful! I loved that you could dip in the river then warm up with a soak in the pool! And it is so close to all the shops in Leavenworth - we made a day of it walking there, shopping, lunch and then back to camp for a wonderful evening in front of the campfire. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The cabin we stayed in was great. Campground was clean and there were a ton of activities for the kids. Only complaint was they shut down the volleyball game early - previous years we weee able to use flashlights to keep playing after dark as long as we could keep the noise down!

Great KOA! Lots of activities! Short walk to grocery store. Close to Leavenworth! Great staff that helped us stay an extra night due to trailer trouble.

We love this KOA. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the grounds are clean and well kept. It was great being able to rent tubing directly from the campground.

Dump station kept locked. No sign w/instructions or notification on arrival. Requested a worker unlock it. Showed parking tag but was told we must go to office to show proof and get it unlocked. Process took about a 1/2 hour instead of 5 minutes! Saw worker tell campers to turn off a sprinkler their kids were playing in. Was a very hot day! No site EV charging allowed. Rv site badly sloped.

Directions were are clearly given at check-in for dumping options for those that choose to seek the Water & Electric sites only. It was noticed that you were clearly disatisfied after you were asked to remove your sewer hose out of our cleanout access. As per EV charging, again read the guidelines.

This was our first trip to this KOA, the cabin we stayed at was BEAUTIFUL, clean and had everything we needed. The camp ground itself was clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful. We had an amazing first trip, definitely added this place to our yearly visits!

Would be a 5. Reason only 4 is tv was great at site 7 but not at site 50. Snowy analog and no digital. Nothing was changed in my RV but even so I spent 3 hours trying to figure it out.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The site and amenities were clean and comfortable. I especially loved how quiet grounds were. Other campgrounds are often noisy after-hours and in the early mornings. Looking forward to a future visit!

We had a great time! We all enjoyed the easy access to the river, pool time, and the activities. The construction was loud from our site, but not something the KOA could help. Our particular camp site was unlevel, so we did struggle with that some, and how close the fire ring was to our rig. It didn’t affect us since my parents had a site so we did s’mores at theirs. Overall great stay.

Awesome. Well managed, kind workers and campers. Great spacing between tents and trailers. Beautiful location. Fun activities and excellent "comfort stations",too.

The employees there were very friendly but the cable TV sucked the wifi was even worse and the activity center buildings was shut down when we got there and never opened back up

We remind all campers to turn off their booster, our cable TV works stellar. As to the WIFI, we welcome the day when the area infrastructure is upgraded and available to our park so we can provide faster download speeds. The activity building was closed 1 day for necessary maintenance.

Tent sites were OK, but the quarter-mile walk to the restroom was a bit much. We got used to that, but on our final night we went to brush teeth, etc before bed…only to find the restroom closed at least 30 minutes for cleaning. The employee said we’d have to use the other restroom…another quarter-mile away. Our round trip was a full mile. Who closes a restroom for cleaning during the evening

Cleaning is vitally important for public health safety and that will not change. We measured the walking distance from site T1 to CS1 and it is exactly 63 yards/.0576 kilometers. For reference a 1/4 mile is 440 yards/.4023 kilometers. We are well within KOA requirements. Happy Kamping!

Great park! My only issue was the 2 full time rvs I believe were being used by employees. Could use a little cleaning up around them to make them more visually appealing.

Clean, friendly staff, great amenities. However disappointed with managements handling of an issue. I requested to speak to the manger 3 separate times, but was never put in contact with him. I was told he was going to research the issue, but never heard back and I never got the chance to share additional info I found. Staff did what they could, but contact from the mngr would have been nice.

It is unfortunate that you felt your expectations were not met for this stay. The issue with site locking was resolved when management went above and beyond to play jenga with a full park to place you closer to where you wanted. Locking a site is recommended during busy season. Happy Kamping!

We had a great time in spite of the weather being a bit spotty. The only downsides were that breakfast was not available. We last came in 2019 and they had breakfast. Also, when it rained the game room was locked shut. No explanation why the game room cannot simply be left unlocked all day, but especially if it is rainy.

Things have changed since 2019 and Covid. Breakfast is now and was available to you in the coffee shack. The activity building was closed for maintenance on the weekend you were here. It is opened during the hours posted on the schedules that are available throughout the park. Happy Kamping!

Everything was great. The only complaint is how difficult it was to open the pocket door to the bunk bed room in out cabin. But other than that the stay was just as great as always!

Great place. A little tight with our large fifth wheel (40 foot), but they helped guide us around. Great activities for kids, great pool and recreation areas. And very close to all the fun of Leavenworth!!

Initially the stay was great and I thought the staff were friendly. The facilities were nice and well maintained too. The reasonI am leaving a 1 star review and a likelihood of returning as 1 is because we were charged without notice an extra $50 hours after we left. We checked out before 10AM. We stayed to buy ice cream, coffee, and gem bags. They charged us extra for staying without tell us!!

It is vitally important to make room for the next set of guests coming on park and you were asked to move your vehicle from our staging lanes. You didnt move after two hours and were charged accordingly per policy in our guest service guide and website.
