The price is outrageous; all sites should be black topped at this price; your cable TV sucks; the rules are ridiculous; if you want to unhook your boat at the site, you charge an additional $25 per day; why is the office at the other end of your park when you enter? This is clearly backwards; why are some street legal licensed vehicles not allowed to drive in the park, while electric bicycles are?

Per the documentation provided from your profile it was clearly apparent that the rules and guidelines were for everyone else. Street legal vehicles are welcome, but cannot be parked in other guests sites. As per the cable, there is a booster in your unit that needs to be turned off. Happy Kamping!

The only downfall was that our campsite neighbors were chain smokers. They smoked cigarettes all night long (1:30am) which went right into our tent. My son has asthma so needless to say I didn't sleep very well because I was worried about it triggering an attack. I really wish smoking cigarettes wasn't allowed on the KOA property. It's not fair to be surrounded by smoke, especially for kids.

We visited & although we hadn’t been in 3yrs we saw the changes. From when we arrived 20min early to being asked very rudely to leave campsite to my teen niece being questioned as to why she wanted a receipt for buying ice or even going to rec room & being scolded on our ages & rules, wasn't good experience. It’s different now w/ being bought by franchise! The rest was great but I feel cheated

We liked our site #16 in the shade and away from the other sites. We were sad that they changed some of the activities ( bingo) to the evening. We were counting on doing the bingo in the morning as well as the other kid activities. It seems like if Heat was the reason, it was just as hot at five or six in the evening, or even hotter.

We are so glad you enjoyed your site and amenities. Scheduling is done to the best of our ability based on staffing levels and guest requests. We make an effort to do activities as much as possible and our staff does an incredible job!

Location great. No usable Wi-Fi there. Front desk failed to offer membership. Front desk lied re wifi. Outdoor staff wonderful. Indoor staff dishonest unfriendly. Refused to accept us cash Screwed up my Canadian credit card. Inadequate washroom facilities.go to Safeway or McDonald's to use wifi. broken hot tub. Very expensive for services provided.

Your credit card was only run 1 time for the correct amount, cash for reservations not permitted. KOA Rewards was available but per KOA Rewards golicy not applied on your first stay. WiFi is very busy in summer and as a courtesy offered you an alternative solution. Awesome staff all around!

This was a beautiful campground with the nicest camp showers ever, clean and ample laundry services, and the cement slab with clean comfy table and chairs AND our own grill topped it off! we could easily walk to the store for groceries, and the transit to town was perfect. The showstopper was the river, with easy access. It was beautiful and serene. What a treat! It was so hard to leave.

I reported a foul smell to the park. One night we could not sit in the patio and enjoy the site. I also sent a note to Leavenworth KOA, no response at this point. Our site was #3 behind the children's park. We asked for a slight credit on the stay.

Beautiful area! So many things to do in this park and nearby. Every employee was so welcoming, informative and took time to ensure our stay was perfect! Very clean restrooms and landscapes! I will recommend this place to everyone! And will be back yearly! Thank you..

Our cabin was very clean and well supplied. The employees were friendly and very helpful. Everything was fabulous, except for the unsupervised older children. There was unsafe behavior in the pool, with diving and jumping in too close to young children. The outdoor chess was being damaged by older kids and was dealt with by employees when we reported it. We would stay here again, for sure!

Thanks for your feedback and glad you had a great stay! As you can imagine employees cannot be everywhere at all times and things happen. Kids can get in to mischief and often any adult can remind them to behave and if it continues report it to KOA staff. See you again!

We were booking two tent sites, however booking advisor did not let us know about the locking site option, because of that our two sites were not adjacent. It would have been better if we were told about this option. And downside of not using this option at the time of booking.

We are sorry that the employee did not inform you of the select my site option. Just like any KOA in summer we are extremely busy and not able always accommodate last minute requests. We highly recommend product enhancement features such as select my site to improve your overall guest experience

The park has excellent immensities, the river is beautiful! But the spots are so crammed, not enough room to even park vehicles, and it was hard to even get our trailer out of the parking spot when we left it was so cramped. The spots need more space!

We are so glad you had a lovely stay. We have asked multiple contractors if they have a site stretcher to increase the size of the RV sites. Unfortunately none of them have a solution at this time as the size of RVs have dramatically increased over the last 10 years.

Sites are to close together. No room to safety pull in or out with a trailer and truck. Great activities, clean but might not return due to how small each site was and being so crowded.

It was a pleasure to meet the staff at the park. Very personable, well informed and excellent people skills. As busy as the staff was they kept a smile which makes camping with KoA the choice of destinations.

The camp site was crazy small from what was advertised online. TE45. If we came back would definitely find a different spot. All the folks around us said the same thing.

Please replace your hot tub to give adults a place to relax. I have stayed there twice now and both times the hot tub has been "broken." It appears the current hot tub is not reliable! Als, too many young kids jumping off the sides into the deep end where the adults are hanging out trying to have conversations. A couple of times I had a young child almost land on me.

Our campsite could have been cleaned up a little better. There were rocks and ashes on the patio and little bits of litter in the site. We did enjoy our stay though. Yours is a wonderful RV park.

This is our second time staying here and this time we brought our 1 year old for his first camping trip. We had a blast! The staff is lovely and the campground is so much fun! I think we will make this a yearly family trip. Thank you!

The staff was so friendly and kind. They did a really good job to maintain the bathroom clean. I wish the hot tub was open. Other than that, I definitely would like to come back regularly. Thank you!

Its a nice park for family's that have kids. Lot of things for them to do. For the older folks maybe not so much. It was also a little pricy. We do like visiting Leavenworth.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this KOA! They definitely go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and convenient. I love the text notifications so that you don’t miss anything going on. Ice and firewood delivery to your campsite, garbage pickup is also nice. LOTS going on for the kiddos. Campground is clean and next to water access, centrally located and beautiful.

This park is convenient to Lovely Leavenworth, and it has many opportunities for entertainment for kids and adults. Our pull-thru, full hookup, with patio site was great. Some of the picnic tables in the upper area are sadly weathered and damaged, though. And be sure to notice that if you have a non-KOA registered visitor, they'll have to pay $25 to park their vehicle on site.
