The staff was awesome. They even helped me find some scrap wood I needed to make a repair. The sites are nice. I was in a 100' pull-thru with plenty of space for slide outs and a nice lawn. It was way to hot. Fortunately, the electrical voltage stayed steady, unlike several campgrounds I have been in where the voltage drops to un-useable voltages in summer.

Very nice facility and really reasonably priced. The staff was very warm and helpful. The staff advised of another KOA in Galveston.

Large KOA, plenty of room between RV's, very accomodating office with when our travel plans changed and we had to arrive a day early. Very clean and well maintained KOA!

We recently stayed two days at your KOA. We have traveled throughout the US always staying at KOA facilities. This one is by far best one that we have seen. It is clean, well kept, level sites and the staff are excellent and helpful. We will continue to stay at this KOA Holiday when we travel to Austin.

Excellent stay at Leander/NW Austin KOA. Check in & out was easy breezy. Staff were friendly. Pool & hot tub area was nice. Had playground area for children, a pavilion with a pool table (although needs to be releveled and cue ball is missing). Fire pit areas were nice, but was unable to utilize since there was a burn ban on. Dog walk area toward the rear of the property.

Exceptional campground and staff. One of the cleanest, nicest and friendliest parks we have ever stayed at. Great facilities and perfect location for our 6 day stay.

From reading the Reviews, I expected to say it was 'Overpriced', along with most of the others, but, after staying there, I can't say that. With the ample 'Site Room', the flawless roads, the Impeccable cleanliness of the swimming pool, showers, restrooms and the many other amenities, and NO Loud Neighbors with window A/C's in every window, no Squawling Kids or Barking dogs, it was Well Worth i

This was a “staycation” as we are residents of Leander, and it was really nice! The pool area w/water fall & hot tub was the best perk!

Paved throughout. Spacious sites. Friendly staff and ownership. Nice pool. Convenient location for Austin events, including the light rail to downtown.

Very clean and quiet location just 30 min from Austin, Texas. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Small swimming pool but in working order. This KOA site is not a large facility but can accommodate most RVs. H.E.B. grocery store is about 1 mile away which is very convenient.

People were nice enough. I wanted the hot tub but it was cold. I had to leave a day early for a Dr appointment in Shreveport. No mention of a refund or part of one.

I could easily give five stars, I do like to stay there. This time there must have been a problem with the cable connections. We had to use antenna instead. There are plenty of stations though so no worries.

We were there for 8 days visiting our son and daughter in law in North Austin. The park was in the perfect location and was very clean. The staff was fantastic.

Staff was friendly and helpful. However, Internet service was extremely spotty, even during low usage times. Rainy weather made it worse. We weren’t trying to stream videos- just wanted to use email and check news/weather. We were also disappointed that staying over the 4th weekend cost us $10 a night more than the other 4 nights we were there. Didn’t seem appropriate for extended stay campers

There seems to be a lot of issues about payment. The month of June we had called and made a payment for a month and then a week later the manager called us requesting payment and stating that she had already tried to run our card. This seemed very unorganized to me and I did not like that the manager was calling for payment after I had already spoken to her the week before and already paid.

Very well kept. One of the nicer KOA I've been too. I stayed during 2024 eclipse so prices were overpriced. And they did not fill all spots. Its ave. size and grounds are well maintained. I didn't get to use pool but people were regularly. Buildings, laundry well kept. So overall it was pretty good.
