Very friendly staff. Park is well maintained. Took an opportunity to use the facility showers this stay; the bathroom was clean and great hot water.

Very clean and neat place, this is why we returned and will again and again. We have family in the austin area so this is our go to when we are in town. We love it!

It may not be the most picturesque camp ground with the best amenities, but needed a place to call home while we visited friends & family in the Austin area. I'm rating this place 5 stars because the service was some of the best we've experienced. We even had a plugged sewer line and they zipped right over to help resolve the issue with out hesitation! We'll be back when we're in the area again!!

Loved the dog park - biggest one I've seen at a KOA! Also liked the private bathrooms. Clean and neat campground.

This is the best place to stay in the NW Austin area. Easy access from 183A and close to everything yet has a rural feel and is quiet at night. We stayed in a back in site with plenty of space. This KOA is our dogs favorite dog park, with over an acre of grass is well kept and great to run and play. Park staff is very friendly and the park is well maintained. I wish they would heat the hot tub.

We were snowed in and had to stay an unexpected day. Thus KOA made our extra night very nice as a last minute stay was easily accomodated.

Second stay in a month. Could not get into other campgrounds as they were full.. Nice park but again the daily rate is high compared to other campgrounds for this time of year. Pool/hot tub closed. Laundry facilities were fine. Water out of tap was drinkable. It is convenient to many stores.

Huge dog area, clean everything, and great management. This place is close the main highways which made easy runs down to Austin or out to Hill country. Great stay.

Campground and stie was awesome. The site was long enough for two RV's and no problem getting into it. Unfortunately, weather did NOT cooperate, four of the five days barely got out of the 30's. Brrrr.

Sites are clean. Expensive. Arrived early. No one around. Phoned and talked to owner and told me what site I had booked. She suggested another site and I took it but she never indicated that it was more expensive. When I went in to discuss she indicated that she would refund the $15 early arrival fee but I have not seen the refund.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Immaculate park. Fastest Wi-Fi we’ve seen. Paved, landscaped, concrete pads, no dust! Great water pressure. Spotless showers.

Even though they couldn't fill my propane tank with their equipment, they told me a place nearby that was able to do so. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Very nice campground. Very clean, with paved roads and pads. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Only down side is the closeness of the sites. They are a bit tight. Great amenities though and I would come back.

We really like this campground and have stayed there several times. It’s clean and well maintained. The worker riding around in the golf cart while we were there was friendly and efficient. The radio station playing by the pool all day and night can get a little annoying when you’re camping nearby and when we called the manager, she sent someone to turn it off. We appreciated this quick respon

We had another good stay at the Leander / NW Austin KOA. Site #25 was again a great spot with it's patio. Like in our previous stays we really appreciate the location as it is easy to get to points of interests as well as gas and groceries are not very far away. We will look to stay here again if our travels bring us through again.

This KOA campground is super nice. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The campground itself is really nice all camp drives are level and paved. Excellent campground for short or long term parking! I highly recommend it!

The only negative is the loud traffic noise on Hero Drive. Although the speed limit is 30 cars race on that road all night long. The park itself is very nice.

Clean, spacious pull through sites, very nice staff. The rate is the highest we have ever paid at a KOA and it's hard to figure out why it's so expensive given that it's not really convenient to any vacation/tourist activities.

Great as always! Grounds are always clean and manicured, the new plantings look great! Ronnie and Merry are great hosts. Our “go to” KOA in the Austin area.

Friendly staff! Clean facility! Used the laundry room and was so nice and convenient. Dog park was huge and our pup loved it. Can’t do any better so give them a try! You will never go anywhere else when you visit here!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We like this location while we explore the Austin area as well as visiting with family. The sites are nicely spaced and all facilities work well. We will definitely look to stay here again when our travels bring us this way.

Overall it met our needs while visiting family in Leander. The back row up front that spot 27 is in was a little to tight with your neighbor right up against your patio. I also think $79 a night durin the winter is a little high for those accommodations.

We had an amazing experience here during the 2024 Solar Eclipse! The owner is so friendly and she was willing to work with us from making reservations a year in advance, to helping get us bedding the day of. We especially enjoyed the nightly activities including s'mores around the campfire and live music. If you are in the Austin area, you should absolutely come to visit.

Very well kept. One of the nicer KOA I've been too. I stayed during 2024 eclipse so prices were overpriced. And they did not fill all spots. Its ave. size and grounds are well maintained. I didn't get to use pool but people were regularly. Buildings, laundry well kept. So overall it was pretty good.
