It’s ok. The tent spot we paid for the power tower was blown and unusable. So we couldn’t charge our power box or phones (needed only because we had minor friends of my children and they needed contact with their parents). The activities listed on website were different than in real life, with fun jumping pillow changed to swing set. I think we will try another campground next time for variety

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The campground is over priced. The reason we chose it was for the location to the tubing. I am not sure we would choose it again.

Too much dust from road, they need to treat the road with Calcium Chloride liquid , otherwise the tent site was good

We stayed in a tent in spot 30. It was beautiful! Really long walk to the bathroom but the spot was so nice.

We had a great time at the KOA. It is the perfect location for being able to walk around the town. The bathrooms are very well kept. The campsite was ready and clean when we got there. We just wish the tent campsites were a tiny bit bigger.

It’s close to stores, hot springs, and food. Nice camp sites and clean bathrooms. Right in the middle of the city so it doesn’t feel completely secluded if you like that.

I missed not having a pool, even though the Olympic pool was just over the river

Site 30 for tenting was absolutely perfect & super clean showers. Bonus its walking distance to town & the hot springs. I will be back here for sure.

Hosts this time were not friendly nor helpful. Expensive.

Tent sites are literally on top of each other. Playground is not what is advertised, which was a huge bummer for my kids. Otherwise, the location is great, staff were kind, bathrooms were clean, and the store was well stocked.

It's was a great stay all the people were very friendly it was very clean and lovely place I would recommend it to anyone it was a safe place can't wait to go back agsin

We booked a camp site and we’re disappointed to find that it didn’t have any grass to place our tent on, looks like a sewer had been broken and work had been done previously to our arrival, there was a lot of dirt and debris around the area where our tent had to be placed on. Compared to all other tent area our was in terrible condition. The sewer wasn’t covered, and possible hazard issue/s

The stay was great! Friendly people. Only problem was at night there was some theft going on. People coming outside of camp.

Originally we were assigned site T30. It is not suitable for a tent site. There is a natural spring and standing water. We requested to be moved and were a assigned a much better site. T30 should not be for tent camping. Other than that, the amenities are nice and it is a prime location in Lava Hot Springs

Sorry for the situation with T30. The natural spring is flowing more water this year than in the past. Drainage system improvements are under construction.

Nice Campground, helpful and courteous staff. Good Mexican food and pretty river. Enjoyed the hot springs.

Facility was super convenient, appeared safe, and clean. The office store was well appointed and reasonably priced. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was I thought the campground was rowdy and loud late into the night… it was unclear if any employees were maintaining the peace. Other than that… a great stay!

3 tent sites very close together. Luckily we were the only ones. But the site was next to an rv black water and water hookup. The water hookup was leaking the whole time and we could smell sewage. Bath house situation was not acceptable. No place to sit bag at sinks. Chose not to even use shower stalls. Tent sites appear to be an after thought.

This place charged for everything. Per person per tent per vehicle. Cost too much for the worst spot on the camp ground. T30

There was food on the ground on the campsite. A bit difficult to clean up. They made every effort to get it off the grass. I was very appreciative of the staff to get it cleaned. Thanks for making it a great stay. I really like the laundry area and extra private restrooms.

Definitely would recommend staying at the West KOA site -- it's in a perfect spot and everything is walking distance. The bathrooms were also well taken care of as was the site we stayed at.

Great place to stay if you are visiting the hot springs. Pools and Waterpark just across the street. Easy walking to any if the great shops in town. Back-in sites alo g the river are great. Owners take pride in the campsites and property. Clean showers and laundry. Beautiful cabins!

They have new RV pads just off the river, clean bathrooms and sits in the middle of town.

Very cool location next to the rumbling River. Has a barbecue on the back porch and a natural gas fire pit as well. The rooms were clean. If you visit lava Springs you must check out the Mercantile store on Main Street they have really cool handmade items. Found a good little coffee shop and pretty much everything is walking distance. The pools were busy however we visited on New Year's Eve and there were fewer people at the pools in the a.m. will definitely do it again.
