This KOA is such an Amazing place! We can’t wait to come back and bring the family. Located right in town and across from some hot springs, we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Cabins were clean and beautiful!

It seemed like every water hook up leaked. So our tent area was soaked the entire time. It was party central with people blaring music till 3 am! And people sped through the campground while kids are around! Very disappointed with this KOA

Super crowded! They had the campers and RVs packed in like sardines. There is also a train across the road that drove past two or three times during the night, blaring its horn. Woke me up every time.

Love the campground, been coming for years. But our stays might be coming to an end due to the huge price increase. And when you ask an employee a question you will get a different answer from every employee for the same question. Especially when it comes to pricing. Very frustrating.

Great location for the activities in Lava. Nice pitch by the river, however, no grass on it - just bare dirt and a little gravel to park on. Given how expensive this site is, I was expecting a better standard of pitch (the pitches away from the river seem to be higher quality) and for it to be completely level. Also, disappointing that no possible late checkout, despite site not being full.

Pull thru site was better than our non-pull thru site. We stayed 2 different nights over a week. The site next to our back in site had the fire pit up front and too close to the electrical hook up -so our neighbor's fire pit was too close to our trailer - seemed not safe. The dryers do not get hot enough to dry a load so we had to spend more money than needed to get clothes dried.

The little cabin was clean but insanely expensive with zero amenities. I was on a motorcycle with a nasty rainstorm so it was get soaked or pay up. I’ve stayed at your RV spots a number of times and felt those were worth the $. This time I don’t think it was.

This was our 2nd time staying here and won't be our last. Well maintained facility with great bath houses and friendly staff. Would definitely suggest this campground to friends and family.

Site fire pit location was in a terrible spot that made for a hazard at times. It was located only 2 feet from the neighboring campsite electrical panel. It was also just feet outside of the camper door and was a trip hazard when putting up and down our awning. I can't believe that this passed code. We have stayed at this location before and the previous site had the pit located at the back.

The staff were very kind and welcoming. The campground is over priced. The reason we chose it was for the location to the tubing. I am not sure we would choose it again.

People was nice and friendly. I could not get wifi. It didn’t work for some reason. The place was very clean did like that. I always enjoyed the area.

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was very accommodating. The only suggestion I have would be to hang some hooks in the cabins so we could dry towels and swimsuits. We were grateful for air conditioning in the cabin!

Location location location, its what you pay for. Walking distance to everything in town. Great pool complex next door. Campground itself is nothing special, although the bath showers looked newer. Kinda spendy for what you get

Caitlin at the front desk is fantastic and kind. I asked so many questions and she was so patient. We love this koa, but I wish they wouldn’t keep raising prices and not increasing any amenities with the money. It feels like they can, so they do, which is too bad. The maintenance guys do a good job, it’s super clean, and we will come back again!

We had a spot right on the river. The KOA staff was very accommodating. Facilities were clean and well maintained. We stayed two nights and had a wonderful time. This is a great stopping point if you’re on a long run up the I-15. We’ll likely stop in again sometime!

Staff was super nice and accommodating, spots are alittle rough in some areas but not bad.great location for those that have kids and want to swim at the city pool!

We felt a little harassed by the employees during quiet hours. We had a huge group, and were just visiting outside one of the camps. I walked to the next camp spot to see if we could be heard, and you couldn’t even hear us one camp away. We were threatened with having the police called on us. ��� we come every year and have never experienced that before.

Bathrooms near office were clean but bathrooms midway through park were a mess.This KOA has no amenities.The waterpark was within walking distance for a fee to use it.The river tubing is within walking distance for a fee to use it.Hot pools are overrated.All amenities were outside the park and expensive for a family of five.Their rates are too high for amenities in park.We were very disappointed.

Another camper kept walking through my campsite to get to the restroom. I asked him to stop and he said technically he didn’t have to because it wasn’t my property. They were also very noisy after the 10:00 quiet time.They were in spots 48 & 49.

Great place to stay if you are visiting the hot springs. Pools and Waterpark just across the street. Easy walking to any if the great shops in town. Back-in sites alo g the river are great. Owners take pride in the campsites and property. Clean showers and laundry. Beautiful cabins!

They have new RV pads just off the river, clean bathrooms and sits in the middle of town.

Very cool location next to the rumbling River. Has a barbecue on the back porch and a natural gas fire pit as well. The rooms were clean. If you visit lava Springs you must check out the Mercantile store on Main Street they have really cool handmade items. Found a good little coffee shop and pretty much everything is walking distance. The pools were busy however we visited on New Year's Eve and there were fewer people at the pools in the a.m. will definitely do it again.
