We stayed 3 nights. So appreciative of the improvements that have been made-paved roads. This has gone a long way to cutting down the dust. Great.

Nice & clean with the additional benefits of the casino. The campground was nice - simple but nice - Unfortunately the dog park was soggy and muddy every day.

We like the KOA and casino. We understand quiet time over at 6am, however man sitting outside my bedroom window talking on phone for over half an hour at 6 am not great to wake up to. Very frustrating.

The huge campground was satisfactory. From the photos online, we expected that the campground to be close to the river, but it was actually across the road and through the casino. The heavy smoke that hung over the casino made it unpleasant for us non-smokers.

Dryers not working decently , "advice" from the front counter : we can direct you to a laundry somewehere else. No refund and no we will not look at our machines.

We have stayed twice. Both times had to go through some effort to get promised access to the pools, which are quite nice. The sites are fine. When you check in after hours they do not write the bathroom code on the paperwork - points off for that!

2 day lay over. Perfect weather for march. Would have been nice to have some trees and grass. Liked that the sites were level, but not private. Loved the ride service to the casino and back. Nice workers. Nice to have the trash can empty every day. Easy check in. Liked having full hook ups. Liked that is was away from the city and big areas to walk the dog. Good people we camped near. Very clean.

Lots of noise at night, dogs kids and golf course repair. Several empty spaces I got next to swamp and mosquitoes. I wanted to check in at 10am so they charged me an extra $10. Will not be back.

Wonderfull place, quiet, some firework once in a while but nothing that was annoying. The pool facility are nice however they are quite cold in this time of the year! I am sure in the summer they are wonderfull, but we were previously at palm spring and the pool is at a consistent 85-90 degrees, on this one it was cold more like in 75 or something. But overall a very nice site, lots to see around.

Great park. Very clean and spacious pull through sites. I also liked the fact that you just call the front office and they send a golf car to come pick you up from your site and take you to the Casino, pool, restaurants and back to your site. Great service. We will beback.

We heard about Avi KOA from other travellers. We booked 3 nights and lucked out with the spot right at the 18th hole! As an Avi guest, golfers get a discount on their green fees! The access to the Avi resort was wonderful! We loved this KOA so much that we returned a few days later a spent another 9 days!!!

We love this Koa but there is no lights in the campground anywhere. Do not check in at night. It is very hard to find your way around with your rig

The staff was extremely helpful as I had booked the wrong dates. They were understanding and able to reschedule my stay without any problem. Great location for golfing!

Clean and basic . Kid and pet friendly. Loved the access to the casino and especially itspool area. There’s a fun water slide and pool just for the kids. Pretty beach area too if you’d rather beach it.

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
