Enjoyed our stay and the facilities. Weekends can get noisy with the atv’s coming and going all hours of the night with no regard to quiet hours.

We were not informed when we made our reservations by phone that the pool was closed for renovations. Cable tv not working, when we checked at the office they they are changing companies and don’t really offer cable tv anymore. Roads in campground were in terrible condition. Laundry room smelled terrible and most machines out of order. Stayed here in 2019 and 2020, has really gone downhill.

Old dirty not inviting, we have stayed at the KOA since 2009 sorry to say the Avi Casino has gone down hill since then ... maybe time to change.

Laundry was horrible, only 3 washers & dryers working, Wifi was on & off [very poor]. Stayed at this KOA many times, this as the worst, used to be very good. Even the Casino was not great. STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.

It was great other than the package system..your packages will come from the casino around 3pm. Also laundry only open Thursdays and Fridays from 8-4:30, but then they didn’t come til 8:30. Kind of an unorganized place. Also lots of fireworks every night

Very large campground. More of a giant sand parking lot with very few trees and only about half of them had picnic tables. Many (including ours ) idn't have tv/cable hook-ups. Ours had one hook-up for 2 campsites. The security was very evident 24 hours a day.

The campground is clean and easy to get in and out of. Spaces are good sized giving plenty of room. The only problem we had was with the laundry room. It opened late and when it did open many of the washers and dryers were out of order.

Spaces were more than 70 feet long, plenty of room to turn in and out of your space. There were fire works Accross the road. Scared my dog. Hook ups were easy access. The late night was quiet.

Clean organized RV park with easy access to the AVI casino of course. Nice people. Recommend if you are in the area.

The RV spaces are a little larger than some and the whole place has a feeling of spaciousness. It is well run with helpful staff.

Wouldn’t return. The laundry room is dirty and the majority of washers and dryers are out of order, only leaving a handful of working machines. Fireworks are almost nightly, sites are extremely close together (front space is shared with another camper, slides are almost touching), ground is dirty, messy, and the dustiest place I’ve ever been. Decent sized sites for a 40 ft 5th wheel and room to park the truck. Casino & movie theaters are across the road and within a short walking distance. Bullhead City was only a couple miles away with lots of stores and fuel stations. Entrance road to the park had a few pot holes and could us a repair. WiFi was weak and streaming a TV program was difficult. Fireworks across the road until 10PM.

Obviously no one read my email concerning the site I was assigned. Just ignore, it will go away I suppose. I took a video I won’t send because of some colorful language. The only up side is a refund for the second night as we left early.

We were very disappointed that our spot didn’t have a picnic table. Kind of a mainstay, and every campground we’ve ever stayed at. Unfortunately, the weather while we were, there was terrible, heavy winds, heavy rain, thunder, lightning, and flooding in the town of Laughlin. We come back again, but Wouldn’t highly recommend it to our friends.

This was our 4th stay here and probably our last. There was dog poop everywhere making it difficult to walk anywhere in the park. And the fireworks being shot off day and night were obnoxious. We explored the area and found other places we will try next time. We are usually very happy with KOAs but we’re done with this one.

Loved being so close the offloading areas, having grocery stores close was a plus. Downside, the wifi was almost unusable, the amount of washers and dryers that worked were not enough for that size campground. Especially having to get last load in by 2:30, which is ridiculous.

Our site was across from a camper that had 4 barking dogs with a pen set up outside. Woke us up every morning that we were there. Read in the rules that only 2 dogs were allowed per site. The section that we stayed in had a lot of old campers and seemed run down.

This was a great campground! The location was within 2 miles of the cheapest gasoline in the area. It was easy to get to Bullhead City and Laughlin. The sites and restrooms were clean. Lots of trash and and doggy bags. Jerry was super helpful, bringing us a table since we were there a full week. Our only suggestion would be some repairs to the entry of the park, some of the potholes were large.

Noisy, large potholes in road just past the office. Employees and security driving way too fast right past the 5 MPH sign. We were not able to run our a/c in the afternoon and early evening due to power issues. It worked just fine every morning. Swimming pool and jacuzzi closed and has been for a long time. Lagoon area has no seating. We will not be coming back.

Very nice campground. Clean and safe with the quiet of camping and the amenities of the Avi available by simply walking across the parking lot

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
