We had a shady site with a great view of the golf course. Washrooms were very clean!

Office staff was friendly and cheerful. No hot water in the showers however, was not pleasant. Also, sites that back-up to the golf course shown with the nice photos-false advertising. Only a few of them look like that.

We reserved and paid for a pull thru spot and were assigned a back in spot. Our location was good but not what we reserved. The entrance area was terribly rough. Everything was good and in working order

We love staying at this site, because of the location, but the campsite hasn't made any improvements that we've seen in many years. I think they are ready for a few improvements/upgrades...

Charging me $10.00 extra because I arrived 12 minutes early is crap. I can see leaving late and being charged extra but not vice versa. In addition, when particular amenities are advertised but not provided why isn’t there a rate reduction?

Enjoyed staying here, would be nice if when a person comes into the park, they were escorted to sight as a lot of individuals drove around and around looking for their space , this escorting would eliminate a lot of the heavy dust being stirred up and would slow them down and not going so fast. Otherwise it was a great place to stay. Thanks Again

Noisy and nosey! Staff used golf carts starting at 7am to drive around and into sites. I had a backup site that faces the nearby golf course and staff drove into the space behind my site (and through) a few times.They are strict about hookups which is fine; they went to my neighbors rig at 7am to check theirs(excessive?) Laundry was only open Thursdays and Fridays only between limited hours.

Stayed for two nites, campground was neat and clean, pull thru site had lots of room. Enjoyed our time.

Nice park! The people were friendly and helpful. The bathroom were clean and working. My only complaint was with the dog park. It was unkept. I was a little worried about snakes I couldn’t see. No water was available by the dog park either. Overall I had a great stay at this park!

This is a great casino campground and I would have given it the highest rating except for a couple of reasons. The sites we were in were pull thru that faced each other. That would have been great if we were traveling with someone. The other thing was the laundry hours were confusing and limited hours. We wanted warmer weather and beautiful desert and we enjoyed it.

Wish there was a bigger dog run. We would just walk off property and let the 3 dogs off the lead and play a bit. Staff was great. Had a get the 3rd night free promotion and I needed to have the Palyers Club Card. After getting the card the office staff refunded 1 night of a 4 night stay. Great Customer service. Park is well kept. 2nd time here. Will return.

The park it’s self is fine but if you’re walking your dog by the street side be careful. I was approached by a man in a Cintas uniform truck asking me if I know anyone missing a dog as he claimed he saw a dog running away. He stopped his work truck, got out of truck, tried to approach me as I was walking my dog and followed me for 2 minutes insisting there was a lost dog. I got scared.

Would not group our party together or let us move to different sites within our group. Overly strict rules compared to other RV resorts. Probably would not stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay but very disappointed we had to move our trailer to another spot. There were plenty of open spots -- we were with a group and wanted to be together. Our group leader told us we could pick among our group sites when we arrived, but we were told to move when we were golfing and had to cut our game short to get it moved on time. The TV cable did not have a splitter.

Totally frustrated when I checked in. I had made two reservations, one of which I clearly stated that I wanted two spots to be empty for our group of rvers and our group of hotel people to come gather after our golf outings at Mojave Golf. I was told when I checked in that I was not allowed to have open spaces and that if an RV was not on the space, they would close the reservation and refund my $

It was not to KOA standard. Swimming pool was dry, hot tub out of service ( sorry for the inconvinience ) The whole park was packed sand, impossible to keep sand out of RV, Sewer was so far forward we had to wait to dump until we left, blocking the road temporary. All spaces where side by side, only 3 feet space between slide outs. But the price was great, water fine and sewer hook up fine.

Windy and dusty. Could not do much except movie at theatre. Food was good and friendly staff. A lot of stuff closed - pool, buffet, fine dinning, a lot of table games. Disappointed

I love this place!! I will definitely be coming back again, Full access to the Luxury Style Pool, Private Beach, Restaurants, Casino and Movie Theater. My only complaint was that some Rv's were not well kept in terms of maintenance. Alot of them looked abandoned, Dirty & Old (flat tires , misc junk around rv, cob webs and trash accumulating) a bit of an eye sore for a luxury RV RESORT. God bless everyone equally but have some cleanliness for yourself and your belongings at the very least. Avi please set some guidelines asap!

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
