It's fine for a 1 night stay

Very large, spartan park. Perfect location to re-supply after being off grid in the desert several weeks. Appreciate the door to door option if traveling with others. Will certainly stay again.

We booked before the (Care Camps Big Weekend) was announced. We presumed we’d get the discount for staying during the promotion, we didn’t and not offered. The pictures are different than what you see in person, WiFi goes is spotty, we were assigned a stall way out in the back when there was a plethora of open space, & the first day there was a water issue. We‘ll try the Needles KOA next

Had a lovely dinner at MoonShadow, main reason we chose to stay at this KOA was to use the Casino’s pool which was closed for renovation. Wish that would have been noted. Otherwise, easy in and out .

Hookups all worked well, large sites, playground for kids, two small dog runs for stretching legs. It was a great stay they answered all my questions when I called. Boat launch ramp included but it did get a bit congested. Over all great stay and we will be back.

So disappointed this time although there were open sites regardless of the paving job you put us beside folks who hoisted distasteful political flags, smoked into our open windows and had 2 trucks and a boat spilling into our site loved how clean the showers were concerned about the lack of on-site staff during the night

Casino was descent. Great employees, not too crowded, and clean. The KOA was a shack for an office near a giant dirt lot with no shade. If I were to go again, I would stay in the Casino and skip the KOA.

We stayed 16 days. I am a bit surprised that KOA is affiliated with AVI casino. It is not up to the KOA standards we are used to. There is no shade for the vast majority of the spots, most don’t have picnic tables, and the entire park is dirt. But, when we left they were beginning a huge paving project. Perhaps that will be a start of many much needed improvements. The pool is closed for repairs

Too much dirt, no grassy or shaded areas for pets, no garbage service. This park could use some major upgrades. We realize it’s in the desert, but even just some landscaping would help. What’s interesting is that the casino across the street has healthy grass and trees, this park feels like a big dirt parking lot, when the wind blows it’s miserable, and it blows a lot!

I arrived late Friday at 8pm night and left Sunday at 1pm and got billed for 3 nights. I called asked why I got billed for a third night. The girl that answered the phone said it was because I left 1 hour late and should have gotten a notice. No notice what so ever. I told her I wasn't even there for 48 her answer was owell and offered no help what so ever. The pool was closed could not use that.

The restrooms were clean. The office staff was awesome. We asked to be close to restrooms, we were. I believe people where driving to fast through the park. It was great that it was walking distance to casino. We spend time next to Colorado River on the grass. I wished they had chair's. Have a good day. Thank you, John and Debra Shertenlieb

Not thrilled about the way RVs we’re parked opposite each other. Very poor cell phone reception (ATT). The spaces were level and the power/water/sewer were all functional. Not a bad spot for a quick over night stay but I couldn’t recommend it for a longer stay.

We have stayed many times and the staff are amazing and it is in a great location for our needs. Love that we can walk to the casino resort as well.

Everything was handled well, the grounds were ok the roads were rough and needed attention. The staff we dealt with was excellent.

The pool was under construction, and we were not told until we paid. The beach area was in rough shape and too full of partiers and jet skies to enjoy. The staff is not rude, but they are not friendly either. The KOA is one sandy open parking lot with no trees or grass. Your "buddy camper" (strangers!) park so both camper doors face each other, no privacy. Worse is the nightly fireworks 8-11 PM!!

We are still at the park. Moved only due to your plans for resurfacing the grounds and the parking issues imposed. I like this park. I appreciate that the management feels the need to make needed grounds improvements. Also noted is the security and valet service along with the office staff's pleasant and accommodating attitudes.

Camp site is very basic and rutted gravel, office never had anyone in it, laundry room was locked until 9am but check out is at 11?

We had a great stay at the campground. Our site #733 was perfect, and the staff were nice. The hotel/casino was nice except that the pool was not open and there wasn't enough shade along the beach. They have about ten areas where there used to be grass and wood "umbrellas" but no longer have the "umbrella" shaded part, they are just wood poles sticking out of the ground. Too hot to sit in the s

Really enjoyed our time there except for the fireworks every night for hours, I like fireworks but really, several hours a night for three days, my poor dog was a nervous wreck

Amenities are clean. The RV park is sand, but fairly level. No shade. The pool at the casino was being refurbished and should be done soon. The beach was past the casino and a bit of a hike. Staff were kind and professional.

First of all , I booked my stay several months in advance because we usually play golf and always request the same spot. We arrived and were told our spots wasn’t an available. So I asked for a spot that was close to that one. They told me there wasn’t any spots close to the number 732 that I had requested. The ladies at the front desk lied to us outright! 7dogs were next to us in a traile

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
