It was clean enough and everything but pool very far, the check in site has nothing selling like ibuprofen have to go to a near by store, unfortunately came at a time the casino was having private events unable to use the pool to full capacity, would have been nice to be notified in advance, if you like to walk all over go for it

We pulled in 40 minutes before their earliest check in time. The park was no more than 1/4 full. It was going to be over 110 degrees and we hoped to get set up while it was still 100! We were told we would have to wait 40 minutes. When we protested, she said that she would check us in with a $10 fee. We went ahead and paid the $10!!! A corporate rule!! Ruined the whole visit for us!!

All was great as far as email check in, site, utilities. But, the firecrackers were noisy well pass midnight on a Wed. night? If they were done on your property, may I suggest they adhere to quiet hours. Thank you. We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay at the campground and the fact that we were able to use the pool and beach was a plus!! Robin was very capable and wtook care of all of our needs���� We will return again!

One of the main reasons for low reviews is that the check in office closes at 4 pm. There were so many people that show up after that. Then if you miss the 4 pm you have to find your way to the casino itself and wait in the casino hotel check in line. The casino is a good 15 minute walk. In our case it was 117° upon arrival. You really can’t drive there because they don’t allow trailers or RV

Just stayed one night on our way home to San Diego. currently completing paving all interior roads, which is great most of the year. The temperature was 120 degrees which kept us in our motorhome with the AC. In the past we have used the Avi pool which is a great bonus. The grounds were clean, and showers were relatively up to date. Office staff was very friendly.

Park is under construction & trucks start moving at 6 am. They put us in a spot that couldn't get in without trimming a dead tree. Parking lot had lots of empty spaces. The park was all sand. Fireworks went off from 9-11 each night. Dog park was a joke. Sprinklers on 24 hours. No other place to take your dog. Terrible park for pets and owners. Could not use amenities. Do not recommend.

We went to get new wristbands for the beach, and the office was closed in the middle of the day-business hours. I was not winning anything on the casino slot machines. I will not go there again. Instead, I will go into Laughlin where the machines are more generous.

The sites are huge, fireworks were amazing but the resort is only bare desert. Arriving late in the afternoon only gave us the next morning to get necessary shopping completed. Check out was at 11am and we requested a late check out. With the park nearly empty, the staff gave us until noon or would charge us for another day.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of all the fireworks going off each night. If you have pets that don’t like loud noises then I would not recommend it. Otherwise it is a great place. We will definitely return if we leave our dog at home with my parents.

Our stay was good except my husband is handicapped and he did not think that the restrooms were adequately designed for handicapped people. No grab bars, slippery floors. He was afraid of falling.

Worst experience. 30amp power supply at your KOA site was not working properly. This left me and my wife with no AC during 122F heat. We had to check in the casino hotel at $230 a night and still had to pay to keep our trailer at the campground without any cooling. Interior parts warped from the heat. 2023 trailer. We will pursue a resolution.. expecting a call back .. (760)685-8267

Worst experience. In 120° heat the campgrounds power supply would not sufficiently keep our AC unit running in our trailer. This is a known issue to the campground from what we have found out. The person running the office said that she could not do anything for us. We had no other choice but to get the last room available at the casino $230. We still had to pay $45 at KOA. I want this resolved.

Stay elsewhere. Not well kept up. Electricity at site didn’t work and no one came to fix, so we plugged into the site next to us. Sites not clean as some was trash was left on RV sites. Not friendly as the normal KOA environment. Poop toilet paper on ground in facilities.

We arrived at 7:30 and picked up our paperwork from the after hours box. No codes for facilities, our site "mate" was using the only picnic table (should there have been two?) and very little lighting to navigate after dark from site 888.

I was at the campground and something was wrong with the power panel the plan was to stay 2 nights and I live the next la e the same day was the worst day 115 degrees with no A/c because of the power and no asístanse no body on the office no body answer the call but you guys are paid for not using your facility sincerely Tomas aguilar I was at 848 spot

The only thing is I couldn't stay there do to my rv breaking down before I could get there. Yes my daughter did get the pass but we never made it. And no refund because it is after the fact.

The park was great as always. The only problem was I arrived a little early from normal check-in and they charge me $10 on an expensive holiday weekend. There was nobody in the park really I thought that wasn’t good business

We were woke up to gravel being racks backhoes right at our bed window dust coming into our bedroom window with No warning At 6:30am. Told office couldn’t do anything gave me. I was very disappointed as there was no grass or closed in area to take my labrador. Being in the desert which I live in, so I am familiar with the heat I feel that there should have been. And nicer, larger area, to play with my dog and take him to the go to the bathroom. The area that was there was obviously not maintained the dog run stunk and had tons of dog poop. You couldn’t even walk in

The few staff members we encountered were friendly. The bathrooms are kept nice and clean. More shaded areas would definitely be appreciated with the 100+ degree weather, but the casino pool pass is a definite plus even if it is a bit of a trek. A pool at the campground would’ve been better. Overall good experience, most likely will return as we visit family nearby

Great staff, sites were well maintained, restrooms clean. All hookups worked fine but cable tv and WiFi was poor quality. Short walk to Avi Casino and free pool/beach entry was great! Have to drive to the Laughlin casinos as this location is way “down the road”.

Avi allows fireworks till 10pm and sometime 12am which disturbs campers for sleep. Turned off water one morning without notifying campers

We loved it here! Everything is spotless, from the campgrounds all the way to the restrooms and showers. This was our first time staying here and we will be back for sure.

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
