Site is nice, KOA office staff are the friendliest, most helpful and knowledgeable. Dust control on the roads and sites would be great due to the constant winds. Dirt blowing constantly and the dead leaves etc from the golf course drop over the fence and blow around daily. Maintenance guy Jerry is another great employee always willing to rake up the piles that land in front of our door.

Our stay was fine but no thanks to the conditions of this campground. We have thought since our first stay over 10 years ago that this KOA is the worst kept we have ever stayed in. We stay there because it is most convenient to the places we want to go. It's past time for repairs.

Cable is horrible, WiFi is almost never available. This place is going down hill. Water pressure is so high both the person next to me and I said the pressure regulator could not control it.

Only complaint is out of14 dryers in laundry, only 4 were working. Had to go elsewhere to dry clothes. Many people waiting. Office was quick and efficient

We had great weather accept one storm. I am sure this place gets warm and windy. Golf Course is nice but you can hear them mow early in the morning. Park is quiet at night accept fireworks can go off till 10 but we think that is cool. Used the pool several times and the beach was clean. Lots of places to walk/hike in the area. Staff was great-packages and mail were easy and prompt.

This KOA facility shines in the way of their rates and value for your money. FHU for ~$35/night is good compared to hotel rates in the area. The campground itself can be improved in the way of more green spaces and trees. Currently it looks like at gravel parking lot with spaces and a few trees interspersed throughout. The row closest to the road is very noisy. Stay close to the golf course.

Casino is a little smoky but nicely updated. Restaurant food and service excellent.RV park good . Bathrooms and showers were clean. Customer service excellent.

Most staff members are very friendly and helpful. The facilities are clean. It is very basic, with lots of gravel, dirt, and little greenery. But you’re in the desert, so you can’t expect much greenery. It was a relaxing two nights and I will be back. Sunrise and sunsets were something to see!

The staff both in the office and camping area were very friendly and helpful with our stay. All accommodations were fine except the cable TV which showed programs/stations on your paper work but 75% did not work for any of the 7 RV rigs. After also checking with our 3 couples using the Hotel they had the same issues. Please get this fixed for our return visits ..Thank You, Frank Showers

Most RV travelers count on a KOA for the amenities and the consistency of services offered. This location was lacking in those areas and in the area of customer service.

Lovely KOA we were located in space 757 and it had a great view and our dogs were very happy and comfortable with the facilities and openness! You can use the pool at the casino next door and it’s like being in a classy Mexican Riviera type resort! Everyone at the KOA were courteous and informative, loved our stay here!!

In general, the Avi’s grounds are not dog friendly at all. The central green area of the KOA is off limits to all animals, but this is the only area that could be acceptable to walk our dogs. Why? Wetland? What wetland?? Did this indian tribe ever have man’s best friend as part of their family?

We enjoyed the Avi’s pool facility and food court. This park needs some investment. One quick one would be to replace all of the burned out camp site light bulbs. The park is dark at night. Very few bulbs remain. The dog oark is very small and both times we tried to access it, the sprinklers were going off. There is so much water that there are frogs living in the dog park. We got at this KOA early and the office was closed, reservations was in box, box I really wanted some ice and it was locked. Good food at the run down casino. Spaces really close together facing door sites.

Park is run down. Pot holes at the entrance. The gravel has not been groomed. Most of the dryers in laundry were broken and out of service. They close laundry at 2:30. Office closes at at 4:00PM. The people next to us found the 50 amp breaker broken and had to use mine. Wonderful park has GONE DOWN HILL. Needs new management!!!!!

Campground was clean and quiet during our stay. We had a family reunion wit 25 members present. Some stayed in the hotel.

Would highly recommend this KOA RV park. Full hookups, palm trees, accessible garbage disposal, nice bathrooms, showers, and laundry. You also receive full access to the AVI casino amenities across the street, including the pools, beach, and hot tub. It is also value priced.
