Thank you for having a strong WiFi service. Some KOAs say they have WiFi, but it is often slow and clumsy to use and access.

The staff is so great and the families were very clean; however, we were disappointed by the lack of shade. Being on concrete and stone with no shade made outdoor conditions intolerable. Would have been great to have a tree two or even some shade cloths.

We traveled from Lake Havasu, Az to LV for our dog to be seen at the Las Vegas Specialty Veterinarian Clinic. It is well kept. There were plenty of open pull In sights. Wish we could have been given one with a grassy area with seating so we could sit outside with our dog. We are seniors not into the bells and whistles of ‘Vegas’ so we were stuck inside our 5th wheel when not at the vet

It was very nice. Showers and bathroom nice. The dog fence yard was not grassy like the others but it was ok. Pleasant overall people that worked there.

Loved the superfriendly staff! Clean bathrooms! Only thing not so good is the fact that there are no picknick tables at your spot.

We stayed one night. It was clean and convenient to downtown. Staff was friendly. Traffic noise was a little loud and there was a light next to our site that was annoying. We didn’t have a picnic table but it was too hot to be outside anyway. Bathrooms were very nice.

The facilities were beautiful however someone was outside our rv at 3:30 am and made a very loud bang on the rv. It was enough to make me not want to stay a second evening given the time of them being out there

Arrived late. One night. Leaving early next day. Had a back-in which is fine for our 18ft trailer no bump outs. We were put between 2 others in a spot so short we had to unhook. Numerous empty back-ins across the street where we would have fit w/o unhooking. Too much hassle.

The homeless people were on the entrance sidewalk. We were told nothing can be done about it. After having 4 metal gas cans full of gasoline STOLEN. We asked to have security look at security camera tapes. We were informed that they dont have Security and they dont record with the cameras. So we were out about $260 . WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND SAMS TOWN.

Very clean, very well kept up, the hosts are super nice. It is exactly next to Sams town it is very quiet.

We enjoyed this 4 day KOA stay. Beautiful spaces restrooms and showers. Near the strip so we could lyft/urber to the strip.
