Team was great at responding to a tree branch issue; they quickly came to the site and removed Lowe hanging branches that were rubbing on top of my coach. Internet issues were evident but the problem was being addressed.

Great location. Sams town offers good restaurants, bowling, movies and of course a pool. The pull throughs are a little different and very narrow with your neighbors door facing yours but it’s fine. The employees are helpful and very friendly. We’ve stayed at this location twice now and will be back.

The campground is perfect for people visiting Las Vegas and looking to spend time at casinos. Although it was not our plan to visit casinos, we enjoyed our time at the campground. We were able to set up a barbecue for a few relatives to visit with us. The campground seems safe and the facilities are very clean and well kept.

Stay was good. Even though we got to the campground late the night staff greated well and got us checked in.

It's a great convenient place to stay, but it's getting too expensive to stay there and we noticed alot of police activity in the vicinty!! We used to pay $17.99 per night, now it's anywhere from $67.80 to $87.99, for the same spot we request each year. It's disappointing the buffet at Sam's Town is closed. We don't often go down to the strip or Freemont, but the shuttle was also a nice perk!

Booked online for 70' pull through. At checkin was told I had selected Value backin. No upgrade to pull through available. Later that afternoon I provided printed copy of my online reservation and office "found" a pull through for us. Bathrooms were out of paper towels and floors were not clean. Website could explain access to North and South parts of the RV Park. Very confusing turns.

Why say free coffee etc. then ask for a dollar. seems insignificant but many RVers were commenting. Plus, Park is great except for over inflated priced in your KOA shop. Camp and facilities are very clean.

Very expensive. $99 for a very narrow site that doesn't even have a table. There is a very long dog park that could be divided to allow more dogs to run free without worrying about other pups.

Just stay here as a way station both for our outbound and return journey home. Great facilities, relatively quiet considering we are in Las Vegas. Does Henderson count? Access to fast food in Sam's Town Casino is really convenient and nice. I'll stay here again.

Needed to add an additional day to our stay due to my husband's illness. Front desk was very helpful and took care of the situation quickly and easily.

The stay at the campground was really nice. The only thing that bothers me is that you should receive a 10% discount if you are driving a motorhome that’s rented (ours is from cruise america). We never got the discount and the staff never mentioned it as well. Little dissappointing.

Good stay for the most part. 2 things were less than great. #1 - People were outside talking loud enough to be disturbing until 4:30 a.m. on Saturday, October 21st. Security did nothing to change the situation. #2 - There should be more trash dumpsters scattered around the park.

Even though we requested/reserved a pull-through, we were assigned a back-in. This happened the time before when we stayed as well

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Since you booked on the internet and chose a back in site, I would suggest next time you book make sure you chose a site that says pull thru not pull in.

Our stay was just fine. Sam's Town KOA is very convenient for our event, each year. The big sites are easy to get into. Power and water were great. The cable was less than terrific but useable, (The channel lineup on the brochure didn't always match channels were actually found and some channels were just blank,) We were at the wrong angle to use our satellite dish.) WiFi was great.

Overnights twice in a seven day period. Both times the experience was outstanding. Simple check in procedures with a very friendly and accommodating staff. It has always been a pleasure to stay there.

Very efficient check at the well stocked store/registration. This is a large facility. But immaculately kept. Right next door to Sam's Town casino, so a very easy walk. Very nice laundry facility, too.

Everything was good except the width of the site. It was crazy narrow like a cabin on a cruise ship. We could not even open our awning all the way. The campers were also face to face and back to back so there was no privacy at all. The site was level and clean, the water seemed good, the pool was nice. The showers were clean. Access was easy. Directions were clear. Checkin was great. Wi-Fi worked

We had a a need to find a RV park immediately and Sam's Town KOA was able to accommodate us. Had a pull in site with easy access hookups. Quiet park with minimal traffic noise. Great office help!

First off the staff and facilities were awesome. We had made a reservation at a park down the street (TT) but when we got there the place was terrible - overcrowded, poorly maintained, and clearly an unsafe place. We called KOA and they got us in with no problems. I would rate it higher if there were a few more trees and a little more space to park your vehicle next to your trailer.

Spacious lots, very clean. However, the women’s bathroom by the pool, closest to me, were closed for cleaning both mornings we were there. The Wi-Fi was difficult if not impossible to connect to. I’m a retired network support person so it shouldn’t have been difficult but it was. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, I just used my phone hot spot. Road noise was tolerable. We’d stay again tho!

Easy to reach, all requested amenities available, friendly staff! With bus you can easily reach the Strip and downtown Fremont Str. Recommendable!!!

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

There is a city bus that picks up in front of Samstown available every 1/2 hour until midnight then every 1 hour until 5am.

This KOA is very convenient to the strip and Fremont but it is a big parking lot. It is not a campground, it is a place to park and sleep and then leave your rig safely to do other things in Vegas. The sites are very tight and we barely fit our truck and rig on the site. We were very comfortable leaving the rig to go sightseeing etc. it is clean and well kept.

This is a great stop on our way to Arizona. Love the pool and hot tub area. The laundry mat is definitely a bonus. We’ll be back again!

Paid $122 for deluxe pull through site in long term area. Overall impression: crowded, worn, depressing features. Hard to believe this is a KOA park. Please add gravel to your dog run. Umbrellas to tables. Not worth any price…..felt like a Walmart intercity parking lot!

Always enjoy staying at KOA Las Vegas. Restrooms are well attended, store has a wide choice of items and the grounds are well cared for. Love the level sites! Will look forward to returning!

Check in was easy and efficient. Sites are a little too close for our comfort if we were staying longer than a few nights. Staff was helpful.

Very nice campground. A few shade trees which we were lucky to get. We're heading to Alaska and this was a nice place to rest and relax. The pool and hot tub are very clean as well as the rest of the park. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my 5th stay at this park and I'm sure there will be more. Staff was friendly and professional, and the campground was excellent. Great amenities, and campground location was close to anything you might need. EXCELLENT campground.
