Did not like the neighbors barking dogs. The RV space was narrow, there was barely room to get out of the door because of the brush in between the spaces. To Expensive, but was the only rv space available in Vegas. The service was great. Employees were great and very accommodating.

Every member of the office staff we interacted with, as well as staff working throughout the park, were wonderfully welcoming & helpful. But we sure didn't appreciate being stacked on top of each other. Rigs were so uncomfortably close at times we barely had space to get in/out of our vehicle. Lots of empty sites around the park; made no sense to cram us all together like that.

The staff in the office are wonderful! The lights on the trees really add a nice touch as well.

Last minute booking for one night only. The park was very nice and well cared for. I didn’t used any of the facilities so can’t comment on that. Great place for dogs. I had a drive in lot that was very level. The staff were all excellent. Big thank you to them as they called me after I had left to tell me I left my camping chair and held it for me til I got back.

Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. The park is clean, well maintained and spacious. It's one of our dog's favorite parks. And, we are almost always lucky at Sam's Town!

Almost every day there was an incident. From drug addicts wandering onto the lot, ex Employees being arrested, i was groped by a random woman that walked into the park who was on drugs, there are tree stumps, exposed old broken irrigation hoses sticking out of the ground everywhere, cars falling apart. The full time section of this park is terrible. All finances are clearly put towards temp stay

The staff was very friendly. The location is not good- lots of homeless people. I didn’t feel safe. The sites didn’t have picnic tables.

Facilities are in good, clean conditions. Most of the sites are a little close together and you are limited where to put chairs, fire ring, etc.

We stayed one night in KOA Sam's town in Vegas and it was perfect to have a place to be able to let the RV in security. At only 15 min.. from the strip!

Reserved a pull thru since we have a toy hauler that we need to open to take motorcycle out and when we got there the clerk gave us a backin and when I asked if she could change me to a pull through it was 67 dollars more than my reservation quoted. The park was half empty. No reason to charge me more to put me in pull through . Never go there again

Very sorry you had a bad experience. Sorry who ever made your reservations on-line chose a 30 amp 38 ft back in site. Pulls thru's will always be more expensive. Sites are 30 ft longer with 30amp/50amp .For future feel free to call us we will be more than happy to walk you thru the best option site

It is now our go to place to stay whenever we visit our son and family. The crew is friendly, professional and the grounds super clean.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay at KOA Sam's Town. This was my second stay there. It's just unfortunate that Las Vegas itself has changed so much since the last time I was there 6 years ago. Not for the better. I don't know if I'll ever be back. I'll always remember the good times there. Many thanks KOA!

They were so kind and helpful after our truck had numerous issues while we were on-site and had to extend our stay several times. Kudos to Sharon in the office! Thanks again!

It was a good stay, the ladies at the front desk were really friendly. The Swimming pool was a bit dirty the Hot tub was awesome and clean btw. I had a good night sleep.

One of my favorite places to stay in Vegas! Plenty of room and nice level sites. It's far enough from the strip if you don't want to deal with the traffic but also close enough to Uber and not have to worry about parking a big truck. Plenty of options for entertainment next door at the casino as well, we saw a movie, went bowling and had quite a few good options for food. Can't wait to visit again

We called the day before we wanted to stay because our travel route had changed. The employee at this KOA was very friendly and professional. The grounds were well kept. The showers were clean.
