Friendly, helpful staff. Everything was very clean! Only complain is the light at the women’s bathroom by space 258 was out. Made it a little creepy at night. Thank you

The staff was extremely pleasant to work with and I appreciated that they were ready for my arrival, considering I booked the site about 3 hours prior to arrival!

Had a wonderful time. A Sister from Pennsylvania joined us and was also impressed with the Campground and facilities. Being close to Sam's Town Casino is a plus. Thanks to Sharon for being helpful and friendly, during check-in.

Our stay was great! Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The communication and notifications were great and helped us feel comfortable with our stay!! The park was very clean and we had a great time!

We had a great stay. I think your prices are too high. The space was fine but I think KOA is always 30% higher than most rv parks. That is why we rarely stay at KOAs. We have been full time for 4 years. Your prices are just too high. We worked a season at an RV park in UT and have experience cleaning, etc. Your bathroom was mostly clean but the floors need to be cleaned. Thanks,

Great staff. Nice clean RV park, level spots, full hookups. Great laundry facility, very clean, reasonable fees, hot dryers. Great location for getting around.

Very,very bad part of town.Kids didnt feel safe in the area,although campground was fairly secure.The day we were leaving,me and my 15yr old son got up 5am to take showers,and there was some dude sitting on the toilet,sleeping and snoring....not sure how he got in.

I have stayed a few times and will continue to do so. Great office hours, friendly staff, clean amenities, and short walk from entertainment. I’m a local and staycation there.

The facilities were excellent. Staff were kind and helpful. One of the nicer KOA's facility wise and cleanliness wise that we've stayed at. Anything that would cause me not to stay again would be related to the location in Las Vegas.

We had a wonderful stay, the park was clean and the staff couldn't have been more friendly! We didn't need the laundry facilities but the bathrooms were always clean and stocked as well. We will definitely be back!

This campground is always clean and the staff are wonderful. A little noisy being on Boulder Hwy, but it's a campground in a city, so no biggie. Nice bathroom and laundry facilities. Unfortunately I cannot use the pool because I have a bad hip & a bad knee & the railing at the steps is much too low for me to get out without being in serious pain and at an awkward & unbalanced angle.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No WiFi, no cable, no "sorry for the inconvenience", will not be back nor will I recommend it to anyone else!

When we arrived at our site it was full of dog pooh everywhere . The front desk was notified of this and they did send out someone to clean it up. there was so much dog poo they did't get it all. Not clean up after people leave the sites. Prior guests should be charged for the cleanup. The person next to us disconnect our power when they left. The ladies restroom was out of TP and very dirty.

Great property with amazing staff. Best customer service for us today. We travel with an oversized rig and had to extend our stay at the last minute. They worked for 3 days to checking cancelations until they could keep us in our site. They had a couple of backup plans set aside for us as well. We were so impressed. The RV park and casino are very nice with great people everywhere we went.

This was the 2nd time we have stayed here in the month of November. We have one more stay scheduled in December. This is an excellent park; very quiet, given it's location. Driving to it, through Vegas is not all that fun with a large rig, but that is no reflection on the park. It's a great place to stay. Keep up the good work, guys!

I stayed at the Sam’s Town KOA for a couple of weeks and it is by far the best KOA I’ve been to out of a handful others. The site is well kept, as are the facilities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and communicative. Although the surrounding area is not the best in Vegas (constant sirens and an abundance of beggars), the RV park itself seems to be pretty isolated from it. I will returnin

The staff were kind and the area was fairly clean. Had asked on Friday upon arrival for someone to clean up all the cigarette butts from my campsite as I did not want my dog to ingest them. I had to ask again on Sunday and then someone came and cleaned them up Sunday evening. It seemed they liked to overcrowd the area by the front and not spread folks out too far. Quite noisy at night

Nice clean park and friendly staff. While there I needed compressed air for my tires and asked where I could find an air hose. Staff sent a maintenance worker with a portable compressor to our site - great service! They also have a small store with souvenirs and RV stuff.

Koa was good but fees are way to high for what you get park was a ghost town and sams town was worse no shuttles to diwntown or the strip and food choices in sams town are dismal Laughlin is now my stopover

Always a good stay. Things I would change put a fence in the dog run like the other one across the street, so it makes to dog runs. And make the hot tub a hot tub, not just warm and clean the sides. Someone wrote dirty in the tile.

Your website spoke of a shuttle to the strip, but that is no longer available. The loungers at the pool are broken (2 out of 4). The hot tub wasn’t. Bothe pool and hot tub were spotless and well maintained, but a hot tub is supposed to be hot. It wasn’t. This was our fourth stay and we picked you because of the FREE SHUTTLE. I could have chosen less expensive. Never again!

Very nice campground. A few shade trees which we were lucky to get. We're heading to Alaska and this was a nice place to rest and relax. The pool and hot tub are very clean as well as the rest of the park. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This was my 5th stay at this park and I'm sure there will be more. Staff was friendly and professional, and the campground was excellent. Great amenities, and campground location was close to anything you might need. EXCELLENT campground.
