We called the day before we wanted to stay because our travel route had changed. The employee at this KOA was very friendly and professional. The grounds were well kept. The showers were clean.

We came into Vegas for a week. We enjoyed the convenience of staying at the Sam's Town KOA as it gave us the ability to explore the area while not being directly in the hustle and bustle.

Nice campsite, wide road easy to turn! Clean & well maintained! A lots of stores on Boulder Blvd, but neighborhood, and people on the street are a bit strange!

Jen at the front desk went above and beyond she made sure I had dinner after arriving with no vegetarian options. She made one phone call and had dinner delivered for me. The rest of the staff and grounds were also amazing. Many thanks we will be back.

Busy with the F1 races this weekend, but they were very accommodating with a large pull thru, even allowed a RV wash vendor to come in and wash my 5th wheel. Will stay again when in the Vegas area.

Have not been here for awhile so was impressed w/the improvements that KOA has done. The sites were immaculate, the bathrooms were spotless & the workers were very professional. The laundry room was very clean & organized. The only problem was that about 4/5 washing machines were out of order. That is just a minor problem due to the amount of washers that were there. It was a nice experience.

Sorry about the washers that were out of order. Parts are still taking time to come in. With the amount of use they get they are always going out and we try to repair them asap. Glad you enjoyed your stay.

Great staff. Restrooms very clean. Plenty of space between RVs and nice level surfaces. Close enough to downtown Vegas without all of the congestion of a busy city. We will definitely be back again.

From the moment we pulled in we were impressed. From help with check-in, explanations of the amenities in the CG, and advice of places to eat in the area we couldn’t have asked for better service. The pool and hot tub areas are extremely clean and inviting. The laundry facility was very clean and the machines worked perfectly, which isn’t always the case at other RV parks. We will be back!!

The property is really centralized, it is clearly defined as were a person that doesn't normally drive in the inner parts of Las Vegas, can find his/her way to the property really easy especially on night. The staff was extremely pleasant to work with and I appreciated that they were ready for my arrival, considering I booked the site about 3 hours prior to arrival!

Had a wonderful time. A Sister from Pennsylvania joined us and was also impressed with the Campground and facilities. Being close to Sam's Town Casino is a plus. Thanks to Sharon for being helpful and friendly, during check-in.

We had a great stay. I think your prices are too high. The space was fine but I think KOA is always 30% higher than most rv parks. That is why we rarely stay at KOAs. We have been full time for 4 years. Your prices are just too high. We worked a season at an RV park in UT and have experience cleaning, etc. Your bathroom was mostly clean but the floors need to be cleaned. Thanks,

Great staff. Nice clean RV park, level spots, full hookups. Great laundry facility, very clean, reasonable fees, hot dryers. Great location for getting around.

Very,very bad part of town.Kids didnt feel safe in the area,although campground was fairly secure.The day we were leaving,me and my 15yr old son got up 5am to take showers,and there was some dude sitting on the toilet,sleeping and snoring....not sure how he got in.

I have stayed a few times and will continue to do so. Great office hours, friendly staff, clean amenities, and short walk from entertainment. I’m a local and staycation there.

The facilities were excellent. Staff were kind and helpful. One of the nicer KOA's facility wise and cleanliness wise that we've stayed at. Anything that would cause me not to stay again would be related to the location in Las Vegas.

We had a wonderful stay, the park was clean and the staff couldn't have been more friendly! We didn't need the laundry facilities but the bathrooms were always clean and stocked as well. We will definitely be back!

This campground is always clean and the staff are wonderful. A little noisy being on Boulder Hwy, but it's a campground in a city, so no biggie. Nice bathroom and laundry facilities. Unfortunately I cannot use the pool because I have a bad hip & a bad knee & the railing at the steps is much too low for me to get out without being in serious pain and at an awkward & unbalanced angle.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! No WiFi, no cable, no "sorry for the inconvenience", will not be back nor will I recommend it to anyone else!
