It was ok but no amenities. Ok place to plug in and spend the night. We thought we would staying at the location across the street but they closed it without giving any notice. We would not have stayed here if we knew we would not be staying by the river.

The stay was fine but the price is too much for just a parking space with hookup but no amenities such as a pool or lake.

Staff was very accommodating. Good activities for children. Quiet hours were respected. I know that you are new and one priority I would recommend is to equip all trailer sites with sewer. Thank you for a wonderful week

Nice quiet campground. Wi-fi could be better. No ammenities, but could use them at the other nearby KOA. Very roomy site and some wooded trails for walks, reason for my 5 rating.

We stay at KOA,we associate it with a certain level of quality and expect this standard.This KOA, lacks the amenities we expected due to recent acquisition, it was disappointing, yet we paid regular KOA prices. Park was well kept and staff was very nice, the split property (across the street) will remain a problem, even after full renovation. Pet some did leash their dogs,and staff did not enforce

We enjoyed our stay, but the big rig friendly is a bit of an overreach. Roads to campsites need to be improved and widened to truly be big rug friendly. The staff was very nice and the service very good.

Nice campground with large sites, back- in and pull through. Lots of trees and shade, not satellite friendly at most spots. Large rig friendly. Wide variation of price range, from FHU to tent sites. Cell signal spotty but campground Wi-Fi was strong at our site. Would return.

The site was clean. The staff were around constantly picking up garbage and checking on the sites. The Wi-Fi could have been better, it was in and out all week. Will be back next year.

We have been coming to the North Pole Camp Resort for 20 years. We are hoping that the 100 Acre Woods sites don't change too much with the KOA take over. We love the woodsy feel.

We enjoyed our stay. The campground was full but very quiet. There were some families that did not keep their dogs in check so when you were walking they would run out at you. There was no pool on site, it was closed due to rehab taking place on the ‘resort’ section, you could go to the KOA down the road which was not real convenient. These are pretty much my only negatives

Wifi didn't work most of the time we were there and was flaky the rest of the time despite having 4 bars. The pool is down the road at the other KOA not on site as the brochure implies. Water and power lines laying on the ground all over the place (fortunately direct Barrial wire but...) Sites have power and sewer backwards so mess hooking up. Nice privacy.

This KOA is run so well! Everyone is so nice. I love that they use texting. I love that they will deliver ice or wood to your site. Everything was great-we will be back for sure!

Les installations sont très propres. Les terrains sont grands et on a pas l’impression d’être cordé. Il y a un personnel attentionné. Un parc à chien serait apprécié. Pour jouer dans l’eau, il faut marcher près d’un km pour aller à la,plage public de Killington.

Staying on the 100 acre woods is great and hopefully the campgrounds upgrades on the other side will be done for next year.

Understanding that the KOA is in a transition period right now, the stay was nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A part of the family stayed in Marcy cottage and it had not been thoroughly cleaned after the last guests. Mice were also found in it, but the staff came right away and set traps. If in the Wilmington area again I would consider the KOA again.

Was sad the pool on premises was closed, had to drive to the other Koa a number of miles away for that and almost any other amenities. Laundry had dryer that didn't work so we had to hang our clothes to dry. Playground was horrendous and a almost a safety hazard. really hope that the sign stating they are building holds true - night and day difference between the two KOA Holidays in Wilmington!

The campground was clean and quiet. Our site was big and easy to pull into. This was our second time at this campground and we will definitely come back again.

Staff -GREAT!!! River side-only 1 NARROW road. If RV’er is backing into their site, you wait for them to level & unhitch to get past. Had to move truck so others could back into sites beside & across the road. Pool- out of service. Sites too narrow for slides and awning/15”between our awning & next rv’s slide out. Worn out breaker/tripped 4 times in 3 days. We’ve not tripped a breaker in 4

The campsite had numerous trip hazards close to the " PAD" and around the fire ring. The picnic table needed a good cleaning. The showers had minimal water pressure, and very inconvenient. Not enough horizontal space for shampoos soaps etc. Also no bench to sit on within the changing area.. You're way over priced for what is offered.

The reason I didn`t give a higher score is because this camp ground is more catered to 5th wheel campers. I found the grounds difficult to level my MOTOR HOME, and I found the drains higher than usual as to give that proper flow. I found the personel very helpful and accomadating. Thank you.

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff. Camp wood that burns well (strange, I know, but usually, wood bought in campings make lots of smoke and is always humid). They responded to our request for a specific campsite area. Campsites are big, clean and wooded..

I love this campground, however KOA just recently took over it's ownership. I know plans for renovations are in the works. It may need a bit of updates but overall it's a great campground already. Please do not demolish site W70. It's the perfect spot for our 40 foot 5th wheel. We would like to be able to come again for the same week in the same spot next year.

Pools were closed. The bagels we bought from the store were moldy. We rented a double kayak but when we arrived there were two singles (not a huge deal but it’s not what we asked for.) Prices are incredibly high for next to no amenities. The people were super friendly. Came around on golf carts frequently to collect trash. Location is great. Camped here two years ago and will not be returning.

I was on site 96 and multiple times during the day the smell of sewage would fill the air. I understand a few time as people come and go but this was way too often. The other thing to note is that on site 96 the sewage drain is above the site so gray or black water would sit in the sewage hose. I would lift the hose to drain the hose. You may want to add grave to raise the site.

Conflicted on this stay. Nice wooded campground, site was full hook-up, and it was quiet. But I've stayed in two New York State Parks and three other private campgrounds this summer with the same for a fraction of the cost. Understand there is some transitioning here, but for nearly $80 a night it is not worth the cost.

Pictures online show playgrounds, Pools, Lake access, fun things to do with kids. This site was very disappointing. Once we arrived we had no pool in 90 degree weather. Playground was a tiny wood thing. Nothing at all for kids to do. If we wanted to use a pool we had to drive 15 plus minutes to another KOA which meant we had to leave the campground where my dogs plus 1 kid naps and we only had 1 c

The location and the campsites are five stars. The hours of the store are 3 stars. Their paperwork says they are open from 8am-8pm, however it was actually 9-6. I am hoping that KOA sinks their resources into this campground. It has a ton of potential. I will stay here again.

Sites are deep enough but a bit narrow. Not alot for kids. Store closes to early. Over all campground has great potential and I would return. Staff was friendly.

Best KOA we've ever stayed at. Sites were quiet, spacious, and secluded. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer.

We loved the sites. We have a large RV and they were easy to get in and out. The team there were fabulous from check in to check out. Our group was amazed how quickly they jumped on the clean up of the sites when someone pulled out. Even cleaned out the fire pits. One improvement may be the access to the dump station. With a 44' RV the only way to dump was to block the road. We will be back!

Nice treed campground with spacious sites. The campground is in transition. It was North Pole and is now a KOA. The campground has 2 locations about 1/4 apart. The office is at one location only. Swimming Pool was closed for renovation. Laundry Room needs attention. Only 2 washers and 1 dryer were working.

We really enjoyed our stay at the KOA Wilmington mostly because of the beautiful site we had. We were not far from the Ausable River. The bathrooms were clean. There was lots to do within a reasonable distance. Lots of water opportunities of which I enjoy the most. There was kayaking and canoeing available, although I was not able to do them. We plan on going back.

Two different locations to stay was confusing. Staff was curtious and accommodating. Nice access to Ausable River to kayak on.

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
