Fox Farm Rd was permanently closed so we had to change our reservation to the new location. We had no idea what to expect and upon arrival, had to wait approximately an hour for our cabin to be cleaned, that was unfortunate. We made the best of our visit, we preferred Fox Farm location and are quite upset that "corporate" is taking it over to make it a "luxury" KOA. extremely disappointed

Stayed in a cabin for the weekend. It was a very clean and open space, complete with more amenities than expected. Still had to walk to the restroom, but that was expected. Wonderful fall accommodations!

Team was welcoming. Unfortunately the rest of our stay left much to be desire. Floor was very dirty and I felt bad having my 9mo playing on it. There was not enough hot water for 1 shower or bath. Isolation was non existant so the nights were very cold. We stayed cause we were with my family who have a camper. Otherwise we would have left right after 1 night. Halloween Activities for kid were fun

Nice and tentative staff!! Cabin D7 I stayed in tv didn’t work and heat didn’t work ! So that was disappointed! Staff were wonderful!! Camp ground clean!!!

No heat, no cable, no soap for the bathroom and the gas fireplace didn't work. Jeff was very very nice and accommodating allowing us a late check-in. Thanks Jeff!

Location was great but the mattress was absolutely horrible. Old springs poking you right in the back. The refrigerator didn't work and was leaking on the floor, our food spoiled. The ceiling fan was incredibly dusty for a place that's only been open a few months

It was a wonderful stay, look forward to coming back next year! The cabin was super nice had everything to big we could have possibly needed. Stay was amazing as well all very friendly and helpful! Area was perfect so much to do and amazing views. The bathrooms were great but the showers I thought could be cleaner. Definitely will be back for years to come! Thank you for a great stay.

Nice place, nice people, good price overall really good experience, if I had to make a suggestion only because u asked lol I would say bathrooms , and bed. Bed was a little uncomfortable but beats the ground anyday lol stalls in bathroom were a little small, same with showers. Showers would be better with better, hotter water pressure and more room/lighting. I know your remodeling currently

The cabin we had was great. At the time we stayed there it would have been nice to have a better heating system. the heater we had worked ok. The last night we were a little cold. aver all a nice stay.

We’ve stayed mainly at the Wilmington KOA but had a rsvp at North Pole for a deluxe cabin. Definitely not deluxe, as compared to the cabins in Wilmington. There were linens only for the bed, not extra linens for the futon. The large space heater ended up blowing a fuse. Definitely prefer Wilmington cabins. Not sure if book again for North Pole unless it was for an RV site.

Handy spot to stay to explore that part of the Adirondacks and a quiet spot outside of Lake Placid.. Cabin worked fine for our 2 night stay.

No amenities unless you traveled to the other koa. For 220 a night there should be some sort of amenities at the location. Only 2 games in the game room worked prizes extremely outdated. The playground was questionable for safety. Cabin had wrong description. There was no tub.

Stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and enjoyed the location as well as ease of getting to Wilmington stores. Bicycle route on 86 and Fox Farm was fine for weekend cycling.

Gorgeous campground, even while in remodeling phases. Beautiful property and view of the mountain. Cabins are cosy and comfy, bath-houses were well maintained and clean. Store was well stocked and very cute. Game room had pool, fooseball and air hockey. Not far from as station or small grocery store. Quick travel time to High Falls Gorge and Whiteface Mtn. Friendly staff, no trash.

When I reserved online, there was NO clear distinction referring to this "New" KOA as different from the "Lake Placid / Whiteface Mtn. KOA". It is decidedly different. Check-in assistants were fantastic however the rustic cabin had marshmallow mattresses on the double beds but what topped it was the horrendous moldy sweat smell in both showers: Obviously not sanitized and rinsed. Fan inoperative.

The website was deceiving. There was no access to the river, there were no boat rentals and the pools were not open. And these amenities were not available at the campground we were at, they were available down the road, but closed. Housekeeping did not have coffee filters for the coffee maker provided in our cabin. The staff was very friendly. The cabin was nice. A bigger fridge would be nice.

Staff was very helpful Even switched tv in the cabin so we could use a ps4. Cant say enough good things about the staff, Dog friendly . One thing thta could have been better would have been internet and tv reception but evcellent overall

Great location and cabin was clean. Had everything we needed. Coffee pot and frying pans were to small. The TV didn’t work and there was no pool. Neither were deal breakers for us but would have been nice to know at check in. We would definitely come back to see all the upgrades when the remodeling is completed! Staff was very friendly and attentive.

The staff was courteous. Our cabin was clean. The bathrooms were not cleaned during the 3 days of our stay. Someone emptied the trash can and that was it. The sinks and toilets were soiled. I stayed at the resort in the past with the prior owners. The restrooms were always imacculate.

We enjoyed our stay but to be truth full and fair they did say it is new and they are working to upgrade the camping area and other facilities. We are looking forward to revisiting the kOA in the future as they transform. Great location

I was really disapointed that we were not located near the river as the campground is closed for rénovations and nobody told us same. There was not enough plates, bowls and glasses for 6 persons. The toaster was not working well. We found a sock under the bed and random papers under the sofa-bed. The cleaning must have been done too quickly.

I was initially very disappointed to realize I had book the wrong KOA since I was unaware there were now 2 KOAs located in the small town of Wilmington, NY. Accommodations were clean and comfortable but the amenities, especially for kids, of this new location are not up to par with what is usually offered at other KOA capmgrounds. I will make sure to book the other KOA campground next trip.

It was absolutely excellent, I feel like I had forgotten something at every turn, but the staff saved the day with the store and on-site deliveries. It was a beautiful park and conveniently located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Thank you!

Stayed in Deluxe Cabin DC4. Cabin floor is filthy. While we swept it everyday it needs to be mopped. There was still dog hair from previous users( we don’t have a dog). There were mouse turds in the drawers. The furniture was not very comfortable to sit in. We really only slept there as all meals were eaten with fellow campers at their sites. Not complaining. Just constructive criticism. Thanks

Our firewood was taken the first night, our family who was staying with us had their firewood and camping chairs stolen the second day we were there. While the camp ground replaced the firewood, the camp chairs were not to be found or replaced. We also had mice in our cabin that ate our food.

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
