Deluxe cabin ,Counter glass top 2 burner stove inop half of time. Kept turning off. Took 1 1/2 hours to boil water. Let office know. No one came to look at it. No cable TV. Just news stations or old reruns. No pool or mini golf like Fox Farm Rd had. Disappointed, more money' less to offer.

4 stars only b/c I miss the old location. The staff at the new location at 5591 NYS Rt 86 are amazing. I knew that we weren't staying at the Fox Farm Rd location,Wilmington, & myself and my family had adjusted our expectations accordingly. I knew that the game room was minimal, the footprint of the campground was also much smaller than the Fox Farm...but this is still a beautiful spot/

We were at CC56; since none of the staff did anything about the dog barking two cabins away from us, we complained to a staff member about that dog barking NON STOP all day long inside the cabin while the owners were away; disturbed everyone around; extremely annoying; seems nothing was done. A couple toilets should be added....needless to say, right? Very nice staff. Thank you.

We miss the old campground, but the facilities of this KOA were superior. We hope that the one room cabins with bathrooms are added. The deluxe cabins are beautiful, but expensive. The activities were good. The one room cabin was nice. We appreciated the refund for the night we did not use, because we had to depart early due to illness. See you next year!

My family was truly disappointed in our accommodations. Although we had booked what is described as a 2 room cabin on your website, we arrived to find it was only 1 room. The front desk staff did attempt to upgrade us but nothing was available. I believe your website misrepresents the true layout of the smallest cabins. It clearly states they are 2 rooms when there is in fact only 1.

We were not aware of the change of location until we received our confirmation email. Glad to see it is a work in progress. The cabin CC51 that we were to be in had a broken bed. We were accommodated in an upgrade. Showers need upgrading. Staff very helpful, friendly. Quiet, Clean. Will be wonderful once all work is complete. Will return again once work is done.

Fire pit at our cabin needed to have the ring lift so there is an under draft to help fire. Cabin was clean. Bathrooms and showers were clean also. Showers could use a bench in the stall to put your clothes on.

We enjoyed our stay and location of our DC81. Lots of outdoor space around us. Cottage and bedding were very clean. However, some mold and mildew is forming on bathroom wall and ceiling due to no fan or outside ventilation. More hooks for clothing would be nice. We plan to stay again and bring family. Thank you.

Great facility. Really clean and well kept. Our little cabin had a fridge and even a tv which we didn't actually need. The mattresses were comfy, the room was very clean. Will be back.

The biggest issue was the dog park. There was dog feces in the dog park from the day we arrived, the same pile was still there the day we left as well as additional piles. We did notify the staff however it was never picked up.

There weren’t the typical KOA activities. There were kayaks and paddle boards but no water to put them in, no golf carts to rent, the fire pits were way too close to the driveways, no privacy and there was not any options for concrete pads. We liked the fox farm KOA way better. Hopefully that one gets reopened

Thank you for staying with us. We apologize for the confusion with the watercraft rentals. We launch them for our guests across the street on the river side of our property. The water is calm and beautiful there and you can paddle upstream and drift back down at your leisure.

I loved the cabin. My only complaint would be the huge RV with the very loud music that was across the street, but very close to us. I guess a little more space would be nice. I loved the quietness of the KOA Holiday site before the move. All in all though this wasn't bad, and we will probably be back.

Our deluxe cabin was located directly behind the dump station, so every time someone came to dump their camper, we were forced inside due to the pungent smell that came over our outdoor space. It definitely put a damper on our weekend. My children also missed not having a pool to swim in.

Stayed in a cabin which I enjoy. I like to have cable an up to this year there was cable......no cable this year?.........Need more washrooms and showers......was shut out many times over 4 days because of crowds using the facilities........all the rest was good...just two things

I stayed at the previous site in 2021. There were more amenities available for a small family. Our camping cabin 59 had a television that did not work (cable on exterior not connected and remote’s enter button didn’t work), the refrigerator portion of the fridge froze my meat, eggs and vegetables, but if turned down, the fridge defrosted quickly/not cold and only one electrical outlet in cabin

The major issue was the lack of bathrooms!! One of the bathrooms was closed for six out of the seven days we were there. We had to wait up to 15 minutes to use one of the two bathrooms available. Yes, we could have walked around to the front to use bigger bathroom in the front, but it made for a longer walk, especially if you walked to the closer one first. This was totally unacceptable!!

Clearly not the old whiteface Koa that was one of the best in the country. Is def not even close to that level. One complaint is that half the amenities are not available except for weekends. Like the store opens late and closes early. There’s no activities for kids or wagon rides except weekends. But yet we pay full price and get half the experience. Cabins very nice very clean, more like a hotel which I like, : did have a mouse but office put in traps and we caught him. A suggestion would be to put sliding curtain over high window in bedroom so we could open and close to keep light out in am..beautiful window. a pool would be nice to have esp for kids . . We had a nice time ,a lot to do in area

Everything there is very organized and clean & staff are fantastic. So lacking in not having a pool. I know this is all new & ongoing but that is a downfall. Driving by Fox Farm was very sad, I've been camping there 40 years! I know things are a work in progress tho. I would stay there again, also.

We stayed in a Deluxe cabin and loved it! Only complaints were the parking was a little tight for big vehicles (sites D031 and D033). And the sewage smell was a bit over powering at times. We found ALL staff to be super friendly! The kids wished the store was open in the evenings. We would be busy all day so they often wanted to go get a snack in the evening. Coming again next year!

Nice campground, it def has potential in the future. And all of the complaints about the wifi are BS. It worked great. Super clean. Its just the change for me. I grew up in the other KOA and the North Pole. It was more sad than anything.

Nicest cabin we’ve ever been in! Was a little concerned with road closures duel to Ironman, but staff was helpful quitting us us out. Great 35th wedding anniversary weekend!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin which was perfect for our family of 4 with a young baby. The campground itself didn’t have much to offer as far as things to do on site. We had to drive everywhere which was difficult with a baby. Staff was extremely friendly and tentative and we will definitely be back soon.

Great people working there. They were able to upgrade our cabin and were very flexible. We do miss the old location though. I hope the rumors of a Terramor going in there are true. We would definitely book it. We rented kayaks and SUPs which was fun and staff was helpful with that. I do wish the store had longer hours.

Big shout out to Sam and Connor who helped us get set up with everything we needed. We got lucky with our camp cabin - was great. The campground in general is not nearly as beautiful as previous site, sad it’s gone. Our kids (4&7) loved it. Wlmtn Beach was nice to have, pool would be better. More bathrooms needed. Shower houses near entrance were dark, very hot water. Staff were so so kind. thx!

Only 3 bathrooms in lower camping area and only 2 were ever unlocked. Long walk up to the restrooms and shower. Water pressure was horrible more like showering under a garden hose that is only a little tired on. But they did have hot water. No place to set you things and only 2 hooks to hang everything. Kids wanted to play in the game room and lost about $4.00 in quarters due to broken games.

This KOA location is basically operating at a bare bones level. They are rebuilding sites at the moment. So, no pool. The arcade (if you can call it that) was a disaster. Nothing worked. It’s was dusty and terribly outdated. The game room is a potential cash cow guys. Pay attention!!! Make sure the machines work and are modern! DVDs? Really? The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic about their job! The bathrooms were exceptionally clean ALL DAY! Loved all the activities they had for the kids/campers on the weekends. The cabin site we stayed at was clean. Loved that we had wooded area around our outdoor space and only a tent site on the other side of our cabin. Perfect for our anxious dog's seclusion. We'll be back!

We stayed for 1 night in a deluxe cabin - everything was great. The weather put a damper on some of our activities (campfire/swimming), but that is not anything the campground could foresee or fix. I hope to come back again with my family instead of my girl scout troop!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wit that said the facility was extremely sub par for a KOA camping spot. There were only two bathrooms working so you had to wait in a line everytime you needed to use it. The restroom/showers were extremely filthy. The cabins I stayed in were not very clean. The floors were covered in sand as soon as we opened the doors. That said I will never stay agIN!!!

We have been to both the KOA and North Pole in Wilmington over the past years and have been used to excellent service from both locations. We looked forward to our new adventure and were extremely dissatisfied. No pool, no cable TV, however there was some type of TV with no explanation of how to use it. Cold showers no matter what time of day. Campground is like a Work in Progress.

Loved the cabin! Only two complaints were the mattresses on the bunk beds need replacing and gas grill was not operating properly.

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
