Very upset that no one told us that all the amenities were closed, both pools the general store and that the North Pole Santa clause theme has been taken out. It’s a shame they took a working model and theme and destroyed it, it was always a pleasure and fun to see the lit up Christmas trees at night time throughout the campground. Staff was great and accommodating, but the park itself was empty

The pool was not open and we were not given this information before we arrived. It seemed like the campground was in "transition". On a positive the staff we're super attentive and helpful.

I enjoyed the camping ground but the pool closed was not fun. The game room was overheated and had dust on every machine. Also my kids loved the system of tickets to get trinkets. Now they got ticket to get nothing. The opening hours of the office should be extended and also the fridge more garnished we had to go to the village to get milk and 6 pm is really early to close.

Nice campsites, a very good service from all the employees especially for escorting the clients to the campsite, taking directly on the sites the garbage and preparing the kayaks and canoes while a reservation. We’ll come again. I was very surprised and happy about the quality of the store who has a large variety of products.

I found the washrooms very clean on Thursday and Friday but not as much Saturday and Sunday. We loved the cabin we stayed in. Internet connection was not good inside the cabin but good outside.

Bar in adjacent property had a VERY LOUD live band that played all afternoon and finally stopped around 9pm No peace and quiet at all, everyone was upset I had just drven 500 miles and needed a rest in the afternoon but that was impossible

Very nice, quite campground. All staff was execlent. Close to everything...mountain bike and hiking trails, Lake Placid, Whiteface Mounting etc.

This is a beautiful spot to camp! I would have rated it 5 but staff did not know how to fill up propane tank so we had to drive 10 min to the other KOA to get it filled. The pool was closed and was told on our last day that we could use the other KOA’s pool which was heated. That would have been nice to know! Just some communication issues but staff super nice. We would stay here again!

Site was clean, well kept with great power and water pressure. I've stayed here several times under the previous ownership and missed the craft beer and the store, but it's clear the new owners are investing in other areas of the campground to ensure that it's up to KOA standards. Staff were friendly and welcoming and kept the washroom and shower facilities very clean. I will definitely be back!

Campground is split into two sections. We stayed on the waterfront resort side in a tent. The tent site was right on the water near the kayak rental shack. Besides a handful of RVs and one tent camper, the tent sites were empty. The bathrooms were clean. All of the amenities except kayak rental outdoor playground were closed. Pool was closed. Overall a pleasant experience, wished amenities open.

Varied time for site cleaning. 10 am, 1:30, dinner time, 8:30pm!! Eating dinner and not being able to converse!! Sitting around a fire listening to a weed whacker- not good. That's the only complaint. Usually quiet. Mini golf wasn't open either. Kayak rental was fun in the quiet section of the river! Central location. Lots to f space in the site!!

Park is divided into 2 sections, they are 2 blocks apart on a busy highway. The pool is located in 1 section, and the game room is in the other. We tried accessing the game room and found it locked 75 minutes before it was supposed to close The staff said they didn't have a key on site to unlock it. They stated that this is the first season that they have opened. Easy access to big pull thrusite

I Cancelled a 10 day stay after one night. I made reservations in February for the cabin I've been renting almost 20 years. It was gone. I'm told to stay in a camping cabin and then relocate. No linens, bathroom, cooking none of which I am prepared for. And then the ants. The staff was excellent and understanding and by far KOA's biggest asset. More details to follow on trip advisor.

While we provided options, including your original cabin in its new location and a Deluxe Cabin at our other property, we understand that this was not what you had in mind. We apologize. For the sake of clarity, all Deluxe Cabins are located on the 100 Acre Wood side at the present time.

The site was spacious and the campground and facilities were very clean. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Nice stay, bathrooms clean...not too many campers so was nice and quiet..Staff were excellent, finding us another site with some shade..My only complaint is the river side full hookups, sewer of neighboring camper is right next to one picnic table..space behind the camper was excellent and had another picnic table!!!

The common facilities (restrooms, shower rooms) and office were very nice. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restrooms and maintenance. The campsite was fine. The only downside of our visit was that we were awakened before 6:00 AM by the hauling company who emptied at least 3 dumpsters. The bang woke us up out of a sound sleep.

Absolutely gorgeous area and view. Stayed in a cabin that was fully loaded with everything one needs. It was like a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave. Park just opened so some things weren’t available such as cable tv. But otherwise a great stay.

We love the 100 Acre Woods. Sites are roomy and as private as can be. I have recommended North Pole to friends and I know they have gone and liked it.

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
