Staff very helpful and friendly. Pool was not open, dissatisfied about that. Don’t want to get in the car to swim each time. River front area nice to camp near. Very clean campground and bathrooms. Will return if in the area.

Site location was great, but tightly spaced, not very private. Will also mention it wasn't very level and a little rooty, luckily our camper is small, so made it work. Great view of the river and short walk to the always clean bathroom. Nice having full hookup for our teardrop. Staff driving around to pickup trash and recycling was a nice surprise. Looking forward to returning next year.

So aside from the new high cost, it was good. We are afraid they will re-arrange the sites and mess up a good thing though. This campground is never full except a couple hoildays yet it seems they want to create more expensive sites. WHY? We have noticed only the well-heeled stay here anymore. The shower stalls in the 100 acres area now have mold growing behind the shower door; they don't look.

The lay out of the campground is very inconvenient. To get to the store or game room you have to travel down a busy road and cross it. The pool is empty and there was no warning ahead of time that it would be. The black tank drain for the neighboring site was very close to our site, in plain view. Pretty disgusting, we did not want to eat outside because of it.

Un peu cher pour ce que c’était. Pas de piscine sur place. Gazon pas fait a l’arrivée Pas de poubelles accessibles sur le site (utilisation des poubelles dans les blocs sanitaires) Camping correct sans plus.

The local beach is a wonderful addition to the stay with the pools closed. The location is pretty, Dillon, Jeff and Chloe were wonderful, as were those others I ran across as they worked the park. A relaxing stay in a beautiful spot!

The young men in golf carts were fabulous! Very helpful and friendly! Top notch service. Campsites had nice wooded area for campfire behind campsite. However, for what is being paid for the site, mini golf should be included- not $6 per person. Pool was not available- had to drive down to other KOa to go in their small pool. Kayak rentals were $20 for 2 hrs. Wilmington beach has them for $15!

We stayed in the 100 acre wood side. Please leave those sites as they are...big and wooded. They are gorgeous and a reason for us to go back!

Not as good as the lake placid koa. Friendly staff, but not as advertised. No tub, hard to bathe young children. No patio. Loft too hot for summer, even with fans. Glass found on playground. Pools closed!! Trash around site. Grill was on fire from so much junk in it. Oven and stove were temperamental. TV and wifi didn't work. Too close to traffic sounds. Would not return unless no other option.

We've stayed at North Pole CG several times in the past years , always at site #35 on the 100 acres side.. good satellite TV access..great hiking trails for our Dane.. We'll return there soon!

Loved our site, campground was so peaceful, staff members were more than wonderful and very friendly. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was the pools were closed, the cable was not available and only 1 working washing machine that was stinky so we paid full price for amenities that were not available. It was nice that we were allowed to use the pool at the whiteface KOA though.

Staff were great at check in and guided us to our site. Site was clean and hook ups were well place. The sites are a good size and left us with room to enjoy the trees. Very happy with our stay here and we will stay here again.

We had a great experience. The campsite was large and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the pool wasn't working as of July 2022. But overall a great experience and we hope to be back again.

Absolutely worst KOA we have stayed at. Upon checking they had bill and deposit messed up. Pool was closed by order of the dept. of health. 5 of 8 machines in the laundry were out of order. Drive into sites was a dead end with NO turn around loop. What an overall nightmare. Never again.

THE CAMPGROUND EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL. WE WERE ESCORTED TO OUR SITE BY A STAFF MEMBER. I BELIEVE HIS NAME IS SEAN. HE TOOK TIME TO GUIDE US TO THE SITE IN THE ESIEST WAY TO MANEUVER A 43 FOOT TRAILER. OFFICE STAFF WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING. THE NGHT STAFF MEMBER WAS GREAT (FORGOT HIS NAME) GROUNDS ARE CONSTANTLY MAINTAINED. NIGHT TIME IS SO QUIET WE WONDERED IF ANYONE WAS EVEN THERE

This was our first time ever camping in a travel trailer. We really enjoyed this campground and the fact that our site was 100% forested. Would be nice if they were spaced out a bit more but no complaints. The staff was very kind and helpful, picked up our garbage and delivered firewood. Wish the pools were open. Also think the game room should have more modern games to play like driving sims.

We liked our spot, lots of space, however no pools and no amenities. If we wanted to use the pool we had to drive the car around 2 miles down the road. That KOA was lovely and had a game room, pool and activities to do. The North Pole KOA is not up to the typical KOA standards we have been used to. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The pools being down was disappointing. The town beach was nice except for the fact that the swimming g area was very small and should be swimming at your own risk instead of paying for a lifeguard. The campground was clean and quiet. The mini putt course was very degraded for the cost.

We saw a site with a rather large pet fencing for containing their noisy dogs. Other RV campsites with RV’s and tents for their visitor friends. The shower house by our site had a shower head that didn’t function, just a solid stream of water, I notified the worker but KOA didn’t stock a replacement shower head!! We have been coming here since 2006 and since KOA acquired it has gone down h

Great new facilities, we stayed at the river side location. 4 stars because laundry facility was not working. Only one washer and dryer for all camp that was working.

We had camped at the KOA on Fox Farm for years but that location fell out of favor. We instead camped at the North Pole Campground which is now a KOA. We had mixed feelings about the transition to a KOA but I am pleased to say that the sale made no difference in the quality of our stay. We love the North Pole location and will be back.

Our site was so small we could t open the awning without hitting a tree. Also, we had to drive to another location to use the pool. The kayak access was nice! The area is beautiful but I probably would t return to this campground unless I couldn’t find anything else. There are three separate parts to this KOA. The other areas seemed nicer.

Great location for a home base in the northern Adirondacks. Sites in the forest section are well spaced and shaded. Very nice. We really like the rv park. The two young folks at the check in counter could be a little friendlier.

We had a wonderful time. Each member of the KOA team was friendly and professional. The facility was very well maintained. The facility will be even more enjoyable once the pools are open. One additional thought, this KOA could do a better job of leveraging the access to the he Ausable River.

Beautiful large sites. We see it is a work in progress. Will be fantastic when complete. Sure wish we had known that you didn’t have a pool. Understand that we could use the pool at other KOA, but it’s not the same when you have to go to another campground to swim. Your staff were the friendliest, and most helpful we have encountered in a long time. You should be proud of all of them.

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
