The location and the campsites are five stars. The hours of the store are 3 stars. Their paperwork says they are open from 8am-8pm, however it was actually 9-6. I am hoping that KOA sinks their resources into this campground. It has a ton of potential. I will stay here again.

Please keep the remote tent sites. I have stayed at site 28 many times and enjoy the wilderness-like experience. The bathroom facilities were very clean and well-maintained. Please keep up the good work.

Sites are deep enough but a bit narrow. Not alot for kids. Store closes to early. Over all campground has great potential and I would return. Staff was friendly.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The campground was great and we loved our cabin. Even tried to extend our stay but it was fully booked. We would definitely go back.

Best KOA we've ever stayed at. Sites were quiet, spacious, and secluded. Staff were pleasant and helpful. We had a wonderful time and wished we could have stayed longer.

The campground was better before the koa took over. The bathrooms and showers were only cleaned once during our 6 night stay and the store closed at 6 every day even though the website said 9

We loved the sites. We have a large RV and they were easy to get in and out. The team there were fabulous from check in to check out. Our group was amazed how quickly they jumped on the clean up of the sites when someone pulled out. Even cleaned out the fire pits. One improvement may be the access to the dump station. With a 44' RV the only way to dump was to block the road. We will be back!

Nice treed campground with spacious sites. The campground is in transition. It was North Pole and is now a KOA. The campground has 2 locations about 1/4 apart. The office is at one location only. Swimming Pool was closed for renovation. Laundry Room needs attention. Only 2 washers and 1 dryer were working.

We really enjoyed our stay at the KOA Wilmington mostly because of the beautiful site we had. We were not far from the Ausable River. The bathrooms were clean. There was lots to do within a reasonable distance. Lots of water opportunities of which I enjoy the most. There was kayaking and canoeing available, although I was not able to do them. We plan on going back.

Two different locations to stay was confusing. Staff was curtious and accommodating. Nice access to Ausable River to kayak on.

We loved that although it was not as woodsy as it used to be (that’s kind of unfortunate!), it was not crowded, and very quiet. We loved that!

Great campground Great site Super clean Staff super friendly and knowledgeable of notable sites to see and off the beat activities around local area. *** main central tree at site W38 almost totally rotted out at base is dangerous and should be removed immediately***

Not a big fan of some of the changes since KOA took over the campground. Hopefully the construction project will fix some of it. The canoe rental/storage location ruins the view from tent site RI. The store being moved to the other side is inconvenient. Hopefully the canoes get moved and site RI is still there after construction

Nice site and the fire pit area in the woods behind was great. Please fix the pool! You shouldn't have to travel to another campground to swim. The grounds crew that escorted us to our site and were around during our stay were amazing! Give them a raise they work hard and are wonderful to interact with.

Very nice ,only one thing site's are hard to get in to with big campers are's as a 32ft bumper pull.. we are camping across the street in a few weeks bigger site's

Office was quite a distance from where our site was. Pool was not open, no amenities whatsoever! Campground is in need of repairs. Not even close to any other KOA that I have stayed in, and extremely overpriced for the conditions and lack of amenities.

Could be a great place , great service, great location, amazing river, but pool closed and People drive way too fast 10 to 15 mph. Unsafe for young children. Only a small sign for speed in the river section. Management should make it a priority.

I didn’t know that there were two different areas in the campground separated by main road. I was not offered possibility of choosing my camping space. The two pools were closed, the camp store was in the other area. Toilets had spiderwebs and hand paper and soap were not replenished. I liked that there was recycling pickup by the staff and that they deliver wood for the campfire.

It appears that this rv park is run by a bunch of kids. Checking in I was greeted by a young man who just giggled the whole time. Our escort to our site was by another kid and during our stay all I saw were very young people. The laundry room had only one operating dryer. Big takeaway is have someone who is little more professional by the face of the park at the front office

The staff were very friendly and always helpful. The playground and pool were a bit disappointing as the playground was outdated and the pool was not available when there was advertising for it. We were offered to go to there sister KOA down the road however it was a few miles and not convenient for parents to relax. I wish I would have known there was not a pool on site.

Came up IM weekend. Enjoyed our stay. Miss the grocery, wine and beer that the old owners provided. Firewood was overpriced. Loved the nightly trash pickups. Bathrooms were clean

I want to start off by saying that we enjoyed our Wilmington trip after our move to the Woods side of the campground and the trails, with the campsite were wonderful. I wish there was more to say I enjoyed, but this KOA had nearly nothing for families in the avenue of activities or means in which you stay in the park to be entertained. No pool, terrible wifi, no kid centered activities nothing.

This place went above and beyond for us! We had trouble with our trailer when we got there. They were accommodating and helped us get another 4 nights added on to our stay so we could get it fixed. Very nice shaded sites. Also trails right out of the campground! Will definitely be coming back. Thank you to the lovely ladies and gentleman in the office for all you did! Appreciated!

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
