Pull through sites were very spacious for our 38ft 5th wheel and also pretty private. Great location.

Fox Farm Rd was permanently closed so we had to change our reservation to the new location. We had no idea what to expect and upon arrival, had to wait approximately an hour for our cabin to be cleaned, that was unfortunate. We made the best of our visit, we preferred Fox Farm location and are quite upset that "corporate" is taking it over to make it a "luxury" KOA. extremely disappointed

Beautiful campground, great location for many activities. Campsite was level and had easy hook ups. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The North Pole KOA is very clean, quiet and homey. I would recommend it all day. The campground is in a great location. It’s not far to hikes, biking, fishing, golf, and most importantly Lake Placid! It’s a great find.

My wife and I loved it, our dogs had a blast. A little tight at times getting to your spot (large 5th wheel), but plenty of room once situated. Clean facilities. Nice dog park. 10/10 would recommend.

Greeted after sundown by Griffin who helped us move to a site up the hill with our pop up-no hook ups. Bathrooms were emascúlate as we’re the grounds. Friendly and helpful staff and nice trails to walk

I'm sad that the campground was sold to KOA. KOA is expensive and I received no better or worse treatment than when it was owned by the previous owners. Although it is a recent change so I may come back and see what improvements you have made.

Beautiful location. Lots of walking trails to explore. Clean facilities. Friendly staff. Great fire pits! Nice selection of souvenirs at the General Store. Would have liked to stay longer!

Really liked the campground-very clean, nice separation of sites, navigable roadways, convenient location. Only complaint would be regarding the weak local knowledge of the desk help; called twice asking about the best route to bring a 60’ rig into the campground. First time, she just gave the campground address, second time didn’t return the call! You need people who can warn/help rv owners!

We have been frequenting the Wilmington/Lake Placid area for many years and continue to enjoy the many opportunities the region offers for hiking, swimming, cycling and paddle sports. The campground, under new ownership this year, continues to offer clean and well maintained grounds. The staff are accommodating and friendly and do a great job of monitoring the property.

Stayed in a cabin for the weekend. It was a very clean and open space, complete with more amenities than expected. Still had to walk to the restroom, but that was expected. Wonderful fall accommodations!

Well part of it was the glorious colors. Just got lucky with the leaf phase and how they were all coming down like rain. But to pull into a site with 40 + jeep and seeing that it had been cleared for us was just awesome. KOA is the best!

Three nights in my camper van/RV to do some area hiking. Encounters with staff were very friendly and helpful. I did not use any of the facilities but the campground was very clean, quiet and in a beautiful, convenient location.

There was no cable tv and was not told at check in so spent 1/2 hour before calling to find out they didn’t have any. Also we booked two sites together and were separated when we got here and they could not accommodate us. Very clean and well maintained.

Very tight to get my 42 foot trailer through to site. Cable advertised but no cable. Would not pick up propane bottle to fill therefore lost propane sale.

Team was welcoming. Unfortunately the rest of our stay left much to be desire. Floor was very dirty and I felt bad having my 9mo playing on it. There was not enough hot water for 1 shower or bath. Isolation was non existant so the nights were very cold. We stayed cause we were with my family who have a camper. Otherwise we would have left right after 1 night. Halloween Activities for kid were fun

Suck a beautiful ride up there and the Scenery is breathtaking, during winter and every other season....so peaceful and relaxing I love it
