The reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the picnic table and deck on site19 needs to be replaced. The deck had been patched up but their was still rotten wood with nails sticking up. Picnic table was really rough with splintered wood and was too big for the deck it was on. We couldn’t use it because it was too close to the railing. The amenities are AWESOME!

Very enjoyable, staff very friendly and helpful, washrooms we're clean and well kept. Would surely make a return visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pools and restrooms were clean and the general campground was clean. Location is nice and walked the town square in Madison. The trailer sites are very narrow. Between the utilities in the back and the deck in the front there was barely enough room to open the camper door. Difficult back ins. Also very limited bathroom/ showers. Marginal Wi-Fi. Overpriced.

I loved this KOA. The staff was very nice and inviting. The pools and lake view are awesome. We had a tent site and it was clean. Bath houses were clean. Will definitely return. Thanks.

Just an overnight stay but enjoyed the activities. Had a nice walk downtown the waterfront. Check-in was a breeze and the staff was friendly.

First off, this campground seemed to be filled with long term campers. If you have a waterfront site it would have been a good stay. Our spot #108 is the last developed site. It was very level and FHU but our trailer barely fit. Their employee parked us, but after we were all set up, we couldnt get into back compartment. We were up against a dirt wall. Sewer connection was up hill instead of down

The site was horrible. We are 40' and they put us on a site so unlevel we couldn't level. When I asked to be moved and find a level site the office staff and site manager said we don't have anything - we can't help you. BAD attitude to boot. Too late for another campground. Went to HD-built 2x12 blocks to put our $500,000 Bus on and Air Level-front step was 2' 6"-NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

KOA facilities and employees were all great. However, the Campground was a strange mix of full-time residents that did not seem to appreciate the weekend campers like us. We will not be back.

Beautiful campground with a fun train theme! Their newly opened pool was a great way to cool off from the summer heat. Management and staff were all very friendly and helpful! We're looking forward to coming back next summer!

We stayed for the first time in May. Playground and other outdoor areas were not well kept and in my opinion overgrown with weeds. Could use some updating. Site was decent but had leaky water spigot causing puddles around setup area. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Store was nice and had a variety of items. Close to town for convenience.

We stayed on the lake in a tent and loved the view. There were two pools but the one on the tent side was closed so we had to go to the pool on the other side of the grounds to swim. Our tent site did not have a grill but instead a 2 inch metal pole sticking out of the ground where it should have been. We had fun but make sure to bring your own cooking equipment and be prepared to improvise.

Although the campground was nice, the office people were not. We pulled in right at 5 o'clock, when apparently the office closes. They ran to close and lock the door so we couldn't check in, in person.

There was a dirty sweater and dirty depends in the bedroom with poop on it. The air conditioner did not work. It was 82 in the cabin. One of the guys had us turn it off for a day.

We cannot say enough about this amazing park!!! Absolutely breathtaking views, amazing landscaping and super clean! The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The manager is awesome and will go above and beyond to help. I swear she worked 24/7 the entire time we were there and she was everywhere through out the park. Our next stay will be in a caboose!! Thank you KOA!!

This place ROCKS! Lots to do. Gorgeous lake and looks like they have pontoon boats too, didn't use, but will next time I come back. Cabin was very clean and tv works off internet, so I simply log in and continue my stream. Georgia is a pretty state itself, and this campground adds to the Southern Charm associated. Very relaxing and friendly staff. Whole place looks like it is well cared.

We love this campground. Everyone has always been helpful and friendly. There a variety of choices when it comes to "where you want to be located" within the campground area. Great place.

The area where this KOA is located has a train next to it that sounds the horn at night, also close to highway. There was no cable and it has Wifi. For a 1 to 2 nights it is ok. We stayed in a patio site and it was very nice and well maintained with great views to the lake. This KOA also has a very nice pool and beach area.

We had a beautiful spot right on the lake. Absolutely wonderful. We want to come back when it is warmer and enjoy the lake and also the pool. Love the grading of the property so that you get a view of the lake from many different levels.

Last minute booking and we were on the beautiful lake!
