The park is beautiful. Staff is friendly. We were told (regarding which site we wanted) it was, "first come, first serve" basis on the sites. The site we were assigned was to small & very unlevel. There were SEVERAL EMPTY level sites right beside us, level, we asked for. We were told, no & it was taken. 2 lrg dogs at the camper across from us were fighting, growling & barking. Not a pleasant stay

This looks like a nice campground if you stay a week or more but we just needed an overnight stay. It was 21 miles from the Interstate if you are headed east which was not expected. Don’t think we will return.

We wish you would have enjoyed your stay more! If you ever decide to give us another try please call for directions as we are less than 10 miles from the interstate and we don't want you stuck the way you came the first time :)

We were tent camping at this KOA and we reserved a waterfront site T4. The problem with this site is that it is on a slant. It was a big problem for us, we had 4 kids with us. The hillside that we were given had no grass and was very easy to slip on. We fell, but the kids fell most often. If they roll down the hill there’s nothing to stop anyone from plunging into the rocky shore. Very dangerous

The young lady at registration was so helpful and even upgraded our space; however, this campground is a dump. It is NOT what I would expect from a KOA. Most of the people appear to be living there in severely run down units. The roads and available spaces are in serious disrepair. It’s disgusting. The pools and lake area are well kept, but that is where the upkeep ends. Do not camp here!

My sister and I booked this stay for our Mom as a Mother’s Day gift. We stayed in caboose. Loved it. Very clean and had everything needed. Beautiful sun rises and sunsets! All of the staff were so friendly! My mom commented on several occasions “it is so peaceful here!” Activities were great, pools and boat ride on the lake were also a highlight. Next stay will be longer than 3 nights! T

Very nice campground , love patio camping right next to water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hills a little scary with travel trailer for us flatlands from Florida. But all worked out. Had a great time fishing on the lake too! LCV

Every worker here is super friendly and greeted my family everytime they passed us by! My children loved going to all the activities planned around the park. Me and my wife really enjoyed the lake view from our cabin. Despite the busy holiday weekend, the park never felt overcrowded, and the manager responded to any issues in a timely manner. My family and I can't wait to come back next year!

It was a great place, some areas are pretty run down like the play ground with rotted wood. Snack bar wasnt open and no signs for when it would be nor hours of operation. We had a couple challenges and were able to get a much nicer site. The kids had a blast.

We had the best time. The park was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, the kids loved the activities. You can tell the team loves what they do and want to make sure everyone has a great camping experience.

This campground needs A LOT of updates to their porches/patios and walkways. My grandparents porch had rotted wood, holes and was uneven. It was a very unsafe place to walk for them since they already struggle with walking good. They also don't allow outside wood because of "bugs" in the wood so they sell us wet wood that barely burns. I'm definitely not a fan of this campground.

The campsite had a lot of wash out / dirt areas. Wish there were more grass coverage between each space. The public bathrooms were not clean. The roads inside the park were pretty rough. The hookups were nice with no issues. The lake view site had a great view.

The deck was dangerous, weak boards. Deck is composite material and WAY too hot to walk on! Grill damaged and very dirty, chairs rusted and flimsy. Concrete pad 4” out of level side to side. Positive note the staff was friendly & courteous.

It was very quiet and the cabin we stayed in the porch broke when my husband stepped on it and the top step broke when I was walking down so strained my knee. They were very apologetic but we’re not willing to refund anything for our inconvenience. We’re we’re also without water until 10:30 pm the night we got there due to someone else negligence.

Facility was clean!!! Having both pool was a plus. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with ALL our needs. Looking forward to visiting again.

Pull through site was impossible to level the trailer. Wifi was weak. The office people were friendly, but the camp staff was too busy complaining about management to ask them any questions. The price was excessive for the experience

We had a very nice stay. The site was shaded and room between sites. It is a beatiful lake and the pools were clean. It was very quiet most of the time. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

What an adventure! Our first campsite was on an incline which due to a connection problem we were unable to back into our campsite. With no hesitations, the gentleman asked us to hold for a moment and within minutes they were able to get us on a more leveled lot. We did get the connection repaired and we were so thankful for the quick thinking of the KOA personnel. We will be visiting again!

Probably the best site we've ever had at a KOA. Lakeside site was beautiful. Few restrooms. The one shower near the yellow caboose is poorly designed as far as drainage. Standing water on floor near sink and toilet.

Nice friendly staff, we ordered their pizza, was tasty and served hot at the camp site. Dog park was nice, but to close to the busy highway, at least for a be of my dogs. Overall a nice place to stay.

Best way to rate my stay and to talk about how great this place is by stating that I work for a company that involves some traveling on my part and I am allowed to stay at hotels. Let's just say, I chose to stay here instead of the local Holiday Inn. Great place, great lake, clean cabin, friendly staff and more of a home feel rather than a hotel feel.

Really not up to KOA standard. Very muddy and no gravel to speak of on the dirt roads and sites. Sites were extremely unlevelled. No internet nor cable channels provided by site management. There were also no over the air channels available upon scanning for them. Please either upgrade alot or remove from KOA offerings.

We have a 41 foot coach towing a small car and they put us in a pull through site where we had to back out of the site and to the road. This site was not suited for a 41 foot coach. We did need to unhook the car and that wasn’t a problem. The site was not for a big rig. I would recommend this KOA to anyone with a smaller coach. The lake is beautiful and the surrounding area is very nice.

The water pressure or lack of water was the first issue. We should have been advised this information before we arrived (campsite #104). After three nights with low to no pressure of water. We left and did not stay the 4th night that was already paid for.

Water line busted during visit so for a period of time water was not available, no antenna TV, WIFI went in and out, community center outdated. Cost of $120 per night Friday, Saturday and Sunday then $90 the other days extremely high for what was provided. Would have given 1 star but gave 2 due to staff being friendly and kind

Site 3 needs some work. It was very small for our TT even though I entered correct dimension when choosing a site. The water spigot leaked all the time causing it to be very muddy. The site was unlevel by a lot, the deck needs replaced and the railing was leaning, fire pits need updated. In general the campground looks a little dated and needs a refresh.

Pulled a travel trailer and had a late check-in. There was a worker waiting for me and took me to my site and helped me direct my trailer in the dark and rain. Great service.
