Very large facility with a variety of accommodations. Beautiful walking areas with 2 ponds. Wide paved roads and sites. Sites are fairly level. Easy access and exit.

We’ve stayed there several times in a 45 ‘ motorhome towing. New management Russel, was very welcoming. We stayed 12 nights to visit nearby friends. The second day we returned to the coach and it was 90 degrees inside. Thankfully we had the dog with us. Our power pole was out. Electricians came and replaced all breakers. Great service! Loved the food trucks on Friday night, too.

Very clean and efficient. I loved that there were organized activities for kids, a farmers market onsite each Saturday, and food trucks on Friday night.

Location to area attractions was good. Space close to entrance was horrible with traffic noise from Hwy 105. Would never stay that close to front again. Laundry bad 7 washers 3 not working. 7 dryers 4 not working. Rude people leaving laundry in washers and dryers and leaving. Stood around an over hour waiting for dryer to use and people still did not come to get clothes out. Fire ant mounds bad.

Great site, very nice park. Fishing was lacking. Lots of moss & turtles. Many ducks! Very friendly office help. Had a food truck one day and a farmers market another.

Everyone is so welcoming. The park is gorgeous with the two ponds, duck and turtles. I felt very safe being a single woman. My pups loved the big K-9 park. It’s huge! A special Thanks go out to Andie and Janet in the office. These girls were just amazing! I think I will miss them the most! Thank you everyone for such a wonderful 2 month stay!

My wife and stayed four nights at Lake Conroe/ Houston North KOA. 03/19 to 03/22. We were so amazed at the concrete pads for RV. So many cabins, and they different sizes. The KOA was nicely kept trimmed and kept up throughout. Best we had stayed in since RVing since 2017. This is a *****. Great stay! We hope to be back one day. R.& L. Dabbs.

Location and the park itself is great but no propane on site and the very steep incline to enter the park would keep me from a return visit. I bent one of my stabilizers turning into the park.

This Kampground is perfect for us. The sites are wide and long. We have stayed there before and when the campground is not full they seem to assign sites leaving an empty site between 2 occupied sites giving campers even more space between neighbors. We like that.

Very clean, well kept campground. Spread out nicely, level pads. Nice little lake with boardwalk bridge across. Cute cabins for non-campers. We will return!

No fire pit, when I called the office to request a new site, they said that none of the sites had firepits. I said, that is just not true, every site around me throughout the park had a good firepit except the one I was in. I was prepared to cook on the fire pit, so I had no way to prepare my food, and had to eat out instead. I don't know why they would lie. No discount was offered either.

Clean, quiet campground made for a pleasant stay and good nights’ rest. The only issue we had was that backing our Winnebago Solis 59PX (21 ft Class B) over the tall “curb” onto our pad resulted in both of our rear mud flaps being pulled off. The factory installed mud flaps hang very low and became wedged between the “curb” and wheel which bent the mounting brackets and pulled them off.

We've been there before and will go back. It's a very nice park. The on-site store could use more items even simple items like TP and paper towels. Lucky other options are very close by.

Like nazis. You never know when your doing wrong. They complain about everything. The hot tub is always broke. I will never stay at the koa in Montgomery again!

Some of the maintenance men were wonderful but you need to check on the ones you let move in there. And remember there’s always gray it’s not always black and white. That is a campground and trailer walls are thin. Dogs do bark all dogs. Maybe one day your employees will understand these things and learn how to deal with customers who think their poop doesn’t sink! If you know what I mean.

Our stay was amazing everyone was very kind the ladies in the office were very helpful to help us navigate our day trips and answer questions. Very clean will visit again worth the drive from Canada.

Me & my wife enjoyed the time we was there, and will return in the near future, it was only one thing that if somewhat I had a complaint or issue about is that they say the swimming pool is heated, but it seemed a bit cold, that would be the only negative thing that I would say, but other than that, we really enjoyed ourselves.

We stayed for four nights for a truck show. Park was very clean and we loved that there were two dog parks. We couldn’t believe how huge the park was. The pond behind us was beautiful, and so was the wildlife. Only concern I had was twisting my ankle in the dark as someone had made a large rut in the grass alongside the concrete slab with their truck or trailer. We would definitely stay here aga

We really enjoyed our stay. It was quiet, well kept, and close to the event we were attending. The only complaint we had was the amount of sand on the jumping pillow made the kids not want to use it, it would bounce up and get in faces.

The main reason we picked the KOA location was because they had heated pools and activities for the kids. The pool was not heated Even the hot tub was barely warm. And they had canceled all the activities for the children.

Stayed at the Lake Conroe KOA for about 5 months in my fifth wheel RV while working in Houston. Great location with plenty of restaurants/shopping just a short walk or drive away. Very spacious sites through the park compared to other KOA's. All sites are paved and mostly level, definitely big rig friendly. Staff was great! Very responsive to inquiries and requests for maintenance (had an electrical pedestal issue early during my stay that was quickly resolved). As the weather started warming up, the maintenance team got busy with lots of little things around the park… repainting site numbers, fixing water leaks, etc… Only downside is that they don't really have a “Store” like other large KOA's. They have a few items but with the large office they have, there could be so much more. I'd definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

I recently stayed at this campground and overall had a pleasant experience. The place is very well-maintained with great amenities, and the sites are spacious and well spread out. The customer service and employees were excellent, providing a welcoming atmosphere. However, the only downfall for us was the presence of unsupervised children. While there are multiple families living there full-time, their children roam freely around the campground. Our lakefront site seemed to be a popular hangout spot for them, leading to some inconvenience as they left their bikes, scooters, and toys near our RV. I even had to politely ask a child to refrain from climbing the ladder on my RV. If you're considering booking a lakefront site, I recommend requesting one on the south side of the park to avoid the children's high traffic area, particularly site 192, which seems to be a pathway for them to the lake. 25 feet to the right of this site there are no rv spots or cabins and community lake access. Unfortunately the children prefer cutting through occupied sites and hanging out in the driveways of the sites. Overall, it's a lovely campground with some minor considerations regarding children's supervision.
