The staff was friendly and helpful. The kids earned over 350 tickets in the arcade, but the prize machine was down, with no alternative to cash them in. The lakefront is not suitable for swimming, and the pool is very small for a campground, so it was often crowded. Splash pad has limited hours, and was always turned on late. Wifi often overloaded. Room for improvement, but still enjoyed our stay.

Actually a very nice campground with great staff. I found the Wifi very challenging, hottest day pool was shut down due to maintenance, splash pad limited hours, and some sites just too small. Our site was great. Made it a three because of Wifi could have been upgraded especially with no cell service

Pool water needed to be treated as you could not see to the bottom. Did not feel comfortable swimming in that condition. Site was very spacious and clean, staff at store were very helpful and friendly. Playground could use some refreshing as well.

Very small pool, overcrowded and out of control. This pool setup is a safety hazard. Splash pad not on during very limited advertised hours. Wifi and cellular service pretty much non-existent. Was able to log on early AM only, would disconnect after 1-2 minutes. We will not be returning, after camping here for the past 16 years.

The grounds are beautifully kept, and the staff was very kind, but we will not return. Two big issues: no swimming access to the lake (not made clear on the website), and the "deluxe cabin" was not a cabin. The description should read "single-wide trailer". In #73, the screen door is missing a section which made it useless. On the sliding glass door, there is no screen door at all.

Sites were way to close together, no room for a campfire if have a car to park. Will not stay at a site like that again.

We went as a group, 2 RV sites and 1 "deluxe" cabin rental. We were looking forward to swimming and kayaking in the lake right at the campground. There is NO lake swimming area at the campground, just a boat launch. The pool was replaced with a very small pool. The cabin was NOT deluxe. Broken blinds, barely able to turn around in the small "bedroom", more like a closet. Very dated.

It was ok. The wifi reception was non good at all. My spot was noisy next to a road. Staff were not especially friendly compared to many other locations.

Very disappointing! The Lake view is a weed infested cove. The K9 Kamp is a 12 foot overgrown rectangle surrounded by chain link fencing. Restrooms are rustic, at best. Staff seems to be going through the motions - we watched people stay in cabins then leave and new occupants came in and the cabins were never cleaned- but the gravel out front was raked. Sites are on top of one another.

The place is very peaceful, I wish the WIFI didn’t have to pay and was stronger for work purposes. The pull through site was easy to locate but extremely close to the other rigs on both sides. When they put their slides out they were on our site. I wish the pull through had sewer hookups. The slide at the pool was nice but the pool was very small and often got over crowded. The splash pad A++!

Excellent stay, very clean and up kept. Staff was very friendly. Also it’s in a great location. Only complaint was the docks down by the boat launch.

We’ve stayed at plenty of KOA’s in the New England area over the years and this is one of the most run down. Bathrooms are outdated, the sites are on top of each other and a $50 cash safety deposit was required when we checked in. The front desk staff was rude when I said I didn’t have cash and asked to leave a credit card number as deposit because that wasn’t posted on the website.

We’ve camped at the Lake Bomoseen KOA a handful of times and we’re pleasantly surprised to see some of the improvements like the new pool and splash pad. The new “decorations” (hand painted signs, flower pots, etc) around the campground were cute and made things seem homey.

Nice ,clean , pool was nice but a little small , not much to do but a good place to unwind and relax , and people were very friendly and helpful this was only our second trip with our travel trailer and we had a good time

We had a great time but the pool is too small for the amount of people. All the staff were very nice and the store had a lot in it which was great. The kids used the arcade and had fun but the ticket machine was broke so now we’re left with tons of tickets and nothing for them.

Had a great time and will certainly be back. My only complaint about the whole experience is the people before us must have smoked. Our campsite site (62) though raked and freshened up had cigarette butts throughout the site. Everything else was SUPER!

Enjoyed the park, plenty to do, store very well stocked. Wish the pool was a bit bigger, but it was clean and fun for grandson. Will definitely be back.

We have stayed at many KOA's over the years. First, when we arrived, the campsite we were at was not cleaned. There had been a large dog on the site and my husband stepped on a big pile of dirty. A gentleman came out to clean it but said he did not have the correct equipment and that it was "only poop." He later sent a lady to clean it.

Our cabin was nice and worked well for us. The lake and mountains are beautiful! We enjoyed the water slide and pool, had fun mini golfing, loved mining, and enjoyed ice cream. We were disappointed (and surprised) that the splash pad and mini theater were not available during our stay and lost money multiple times at the arcade. The counters needed extra cleaning in our cabin.

We’ve been camping here for over 20 years. Our family reunion is held at Crystal Beach and many of us camp here! The staff are pleasant.

Ever since you remove the big pool the little pool is over Occupied and unsafe. It is a wild free-for-all of kids diving in the pool and cannonball and on top of other children. The removal of The three pools that you had down to one pool Is definitely negligent on your part to keep your safe. I have talk to other parents in the campground and they all felt the same. sites are poorly leveled and tight to back into, the dump station and vents are in the middle of sites so you regularly smell sewage.

We really enjoy this campground. the only thing we think could make it better would be a set of bathrooms closer to the tent sites.

This is a wonderful campground. The staff was extremely friendly in checking us in. We stayed here years ago before they were a KOA Campground. Well groomed campsites, and even while we were here and it was fall they were still blowing leaves to keep the sites clean as well as every fireplace cleaned out. Where big believers in carry in carry out and we couldn't find one drop of garbage scattered anywhere. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day earlier and the owners were kind to us and did the right thing. We will definitely be back there for the summer 2024 season, and would highly recommend you give them a try. You'll be happily surprised.
