First time there and it was ok . Site was a little small . The fact that it was 4 th of July was big it was packed lots of kids . There fireworks � were the best I’ve seen . All in all it was a good stay for 8 days.

Enjoyed fireworks a lot. Our camp sites were perfect for our two families. KOA people were very friendly and pool was kept up nicely. We will be back.

The cabin was great! The atmosphere is wonderful. I felt comfortable just letting my kids ride their bikes around without any issue. The staff was great as well. The pool was way to small for the amount of people there and they shut it down to shock it the last full day there. The weeds by the docks to get your boats it and out are horrible. These are the only reason for the 3 stars.

Unfriendly office staff, Mark was very helpful and pleasant. They packed in tons of cars and people per site. No WiFi, lousy cable reception. DIRTY laundry room and facilities. This place DOES NOT meet KOA standards. When in the office the lady ignores you. Very unwelcoming. Will not recommend or stay there again.

Had a great time. Campsite was very clean and neat when I arrived. Bathrooms and showers were well maintained and cleaned every day. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very family and pet friendly. Fantastic fireworks show for the 4th of July weekend. Would definitely go back.

WORST CAMPING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!! No one to call after the store closes for help with obnoxiously loud neighbors all hours of the night. Didn't get sleep in 3 days. Had to yell at the neighbor MYSELF to get them to be respectfully quiet, which only lasted a few hours. What is the point in having quiet hours if no one is around to enforce it?!?! Will never return here or any KOA, that's for sur

Needs reliable WiFi. It is basically non-existent where we were. Would be a nice feature to pick up trash for campers. Trash drop off is out of park and behind store. Store is great! Pool is WAY to SMALL. With all the kids using the slide, it is tough for an older crowd to use the pool. Not sure if we will be back if WiFi is not addressed. Septic hookup at all sites preferred

It would have been nice to know that the AC was not working and there was only a window unit in the living room/kitchen. Found out after trying to turn it on the oven did not work. Toilet stopped up on us. We were charged full amount for a cabin that did not live up to their website account. The staff was very nice.

Someone was on our site when we arrived at 2:30 waited a half hour to ste up The sponge moth catipillar were so bad we could not sit out side without cover. The pool closed way too early on weekdays and way too small Of all the sites we have been this past year ( around 22 ) this was the best as far as size and location

We enjoyed our stay. The facilities were clean and well kept. The site was quiet and and private. The pool was clean but small. The water slide was great for kids but left little to no space for adults to soak in the pool and be out of the splash zone. We would stay again.

I love how helpful and friendly the staff is! The grounds are clean and they are just wonderful. I would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be staying more times in the future.

Water smelled horrible! Rotten egg smell in both our site water as well as bath houses. Wi-Fi was practically non-existent which made working impossible. Unadvertised $10 deposit for gate card access? This was our first bad KOA experience after 3 years of traveling across the country.

The office staff (some) were pleasant but seemed bored. The maintenance people were extremely polite and hard working. Restrooms were super clean!

Campground was clean. We were assigned a nice site, thankfully, as many other sites were small, not level. Unless you had a boat or rented one the lake was unaccessible. Small pool, splash pad not working. Cable TV not working, Wi-Fi was weak. Arcade closed-mini golf (must be video) closed. Quiet as we stayed pre-season. Staff nice. No outside wash station for dishes.

After heavy rain & wind tree worms & feces covered our RV, awnings,slides,chairs,rug,deck,shoes,ground etc.Closing the awnings the feces were crushed into the undersides. It shortened our visit with relatives & ruined our trip. Campers should be advised of issues, PRIOR TO TAKING THE RES. We have spent 5+ hrs with power washer to eliminate the mess, but it appears we’ll have to call a pro

We enjoyed our time except for our site #86 was inundated with Mayflies and mosquitoes. As we got away from our site the bugs dropped off considerably. The staff was friendly.

We were put given a site between other campers and a cabin when there were plenty of open sites with the right hook ups. The cabin group were very load, obnoxious, drunk, splitting fire wood and were like this until after 2 am! When we mentioned this upon checkout they didn’t seem to care. Very well maintained campground. Professional staff that greeted our arrival and very talkative friendly while shopping in the well stocked store. Nice pool and lake. It was really fun and enjoyable.

My cabin was stinky , hot water in my cabin was smell like rotten eggs. Caterpillar all over the place in my bedrooms and living area . This is worst camping I ever had .

Very friendly and clean - very important aspects. For the deluxe site, I wish that furniture had been cleaned of pine sap- very sticky. Also wish WiFi was good enough to make a dinner reservation. Being in VT, I would have expected some recycling bins vs. everything going in dumpster.

It was a beautiful stay. The camp site was clean and large. The campground itself is very well maintained. The employees are helpful. I had to cut my stay short unfortunately because my mother passed away on Saturday. We wish we could’ve stayed the entire weekend but we will reschedule another stay soon.

It was outdated, arcade smelt moldly and would steal kids money. Management didn't care The pool was not only small but unsafe. The depth wasn't clearly labeled and many kids fell off of a ledge into much deeper water because it wasn't clear. There were too many kids with no max stated. Splash pad didn't work Not sure if cabin 75 loft stairs are upto code

We really enjoy this campground. the only thing we think could make it better would be a set of bathrooms closer to the tent sites.

This is a wonderful campground. The staff was extremely friendly in checking us in. We stayed here years ago before they were a KOA Campground. Well groomed campsites, and even while we were here and it was fall they were still blowing leaves to keep the sites clean as well as every fireplace cleaned out. Where big believers in carry in carry out and we couldn't find one drop of garbage scattered anywhere. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day earlier and the owners were kind to us and did the right thing. We will definitely be back there for the summer 2024 season, and would highly recommend you give them a try. You'll be happily surprised.
