we were there for just one night as we were transiting to Durango area, but the pull thru was good. I always appreciate that. Staff was very informative. We appreciated the Railroad theme with the engine, coach, and the caboose Kabin. If we would have had more time in the area, we would have loved to explored the area more.

Nice campground. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was well cared for and perfect on a hot afternoon. We will visit again if in the area.

Nice folks. Great pool on a hot day. Small but very perfect. This is the second time in a few year we have stayed here. If in the area again will not hesitate to stay again. GREAT bbq at the entrance to the park.

My wife and I stay here about twice a year, i liked the motion lights that were added to our site and the new picnic tables. We always enjoy our stay here.

Very nice, we stayed in site 43. The only complaint I had was that at some point who ever stayed there when it was muddy left large ruts . It just needs a little grading and it would be fine . This was one of the better koa we’ve stayed in recently.

We had a great stay and the staff was great Brad does what ever he can to help you out. The only thing I don't agree with is that if you are going to open up to the public then the people that are staying there and paying for fee's then they should be able to play things for free like put put golf. The grounds are keep very clean and nice over all this was the first KOA we stayed at GREAT TIME THK

Maybe trim the trees a bit so in the wind will not rub against sides of 5th wheel. Other than that a great over night. Thanks!!

Sites are clean but tight. Too close for me. Some sites won’t fit 39 foot fifth wheel even though the KOA web site says that it does. Old train displays in the campground are very nice. Pool looks nice, but I didn’t use it.

Stayed one night. Campground very nice, pool was great as daily temperatures were in 90s. Lady who checked us in was fantastic. Very personal and friendly. Only complaint, was solicited by truck farmer selling vegetables. Would like to have locked gates for better security.

We rented the spot with a pet pen. The overall koa is nice. The bath house is kept clean all hours of the day, and the staff is very helpful.

Very nice people. Lots cannot be any smaller, shoulder to shoulder with your neighbors. If you’re wanting just for a overnight stay, it works.

Quick overnight stay, appeared to be building some new cabin areas, lots of construction, campsite was great, appreciated the concrete pad for the picnic table, pool was nice but had to sign waivers to use it, that seemed a little impractical, minature golf was closed, as was the arcade area, this was our second time staying here, a nice stop over our way west

The owner on the property is a a miserable person he kicked me out over puppies that I couldn't help but my dog got pregnant I couldn't help it and they weren't even old enough to give away yet and and he kicked me out they came at me after my son gave me a black eye and told me it was a family park when I was dealing with my son which is family right if I was a KOA I would not have my name on it

Brad was very nice and helped us get our spot late in the night. The low rating comes down to cost. For $100 for a single night. I should be able to quickly put my trailer down. Instead I had to spend 30-45 minutes just finding a good place to put leveling blocks.

Great camp for an overnight stay. Easy in and out - pay attention to the Park's instructions on getting there! Close to a Walmart which was super convenient if you are out of things.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. There is only 1 thing that I would change, we were on site 40, we have a 41 ft class A . It is newer coach and has larger cargo bays , leveling put it close to the ground . If we had to open them we would have hit the rocks lining the site. On the sewer side I recommend moving the rocks back at least 1ft. And remove the larger rocks

Check-in was quick and friendly - all paperwork was minimal and prepared when we walked in and gave our name. Level site (#50) had a nice tree, table and fire ring. Grass was green too! You are close to others but we had no noise or issues. Heated pool and great kids playground. Small dog park area was clean as well. Really - a nice campground with railroad stock scattered throughout the property.

Staff were welcoming and pleasant. Our site was on the back half - quiet and well spaced. Clean. While the campground seems to be under ongoing improvements, it did not detract from our experience. The pool is small, but clean. All facilities seem to be well maintained.

An amazing small KOA park. Lots of shade trees, clean restrooms, and super nice staff. easy walk to Wal-Mart and a super awesome BBQ place at your front door.

Total mudhole and its been that way for a long time. If they would quit buying junk train cars and spend that money improving THE CAMPSITES, this could be a great campground. Read the Google reviews...its all outlined there. Plus...brown water coming through faucets...disgusting. People make reservations with KOA campgrounds hiping a certain expectation will be met. The rep for here isn't working.

We stayed one night at the KOA and rented the caboose for the night. It was a really fun experience. They have done a great job decorating the caboose. The bed was comfortable and the space worked out great for the 4 of us. We checked in right after they closed for the evening and it was so easy. We picked up our check in packet and got right into the caboose with no issues. The staff was friendly and they have a small store with a few essentials in case you need to purchase anything. There's a nice playground for the kids. We would definitely stay here again and recommend our friends to check it out.
