This was the first time that we've stayed at a KOA in our travel trailer. The check-in staff greeted us as we pulled in and one of the staff led us to our Paw Pen space. Everyone in the office was nice and they got us checked in smoothly. The K9 Camp and Paw Pen were perfect for our small dogs. Our dogs could escape the Paw Pen gate though, which has rounded corners, rather than straight! Enjoyed!

Poor access due to busy Propane area. Seeing a trashed parked lived-in RV in the middle of the park not pleasant, showing the park rules not being respected.

Great staff. Beautiful set up. The fall leaves although a mess for the staff who did a wonderful job keeping them under control were beautiful.

It was a very clean and level campsite and the laundry room and bathrooms were very clean. We had a hard freeze and we had an electric heated water hose and had it plugged into the 20 AMP circuit on our power box but it wasn't working. We should have checked the outlet with our ampmeter or with our extension electrical cord which has a light. If we had our hose wouldn't have froze. Our bad.

It was one of the cleanest places that we have visited. Laundry room and restrooms were top notch. Easy pull in and hook ups. Super polite and helpful staff. We will stay there again.

Facilities were well cared for and clean. The laundry room was amazing, and the bathrooms were great. The internet was strong, but cut out a lot. The store was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Spots are very narrow, older facility can't be helped. Our neighbor missed the corner of our partially opened awning by about 4 inches as he left. If only he had given me 2 minutes. Sunday morning only 5 RVs so the man went between the units with a gas leaf blower at 10:00am (ck out noon). The place is empty and he goes between us. Dust and leaves blow into our storage boxes-mess and VERY loud.

Small, not much to do, and the traffic noise kept us awake.

This may be the loveliest KOA I've visited. Obviously well cared for, decorated and maintained with touches of appealing outdoor landscaping. Hosts and employees were all a pleasure to deal with. All facilities, including restrooms/showers and laundry areas were clean and easily accessible. KOA store, cute gift shop, gas and propane were great amenities. Will visit again!

The people who work there are very nice. Some of the policies they have are a real annoyance to the people who pay to stay there - like selling propane to anyone. This practice results in very long lines of vehicles in the park that, more than once, required us to get out of our vehicle and ask others to move. Sometimes they were stuck, so we had to wait to get in/out. Also, the showers are sml.

We have stayed at the KOA Journey multiple times. It is clean, tidy, well maintained. The restrooms showers and laundry are all spotless. The staff is pleasant and courteous. Having both propane and gasoline on site is very helpful. The "pull through" site are very welcome after a long days drive.

Just a 1 night stay on way home, 2nd time we have stayed here. Sites are nice, bathrooms clean and on good shape. Staff very friendly and helpt

Campground had good amenities, but location was very noisy next to multiple busy roads, not an ideal spot for tent campers.

Very well cared for KOA. Beautiful grass areas and maintained park. Everything worked great. We were on the front row and could hear road noise but it did not keep us awake.

I’m a workamper and just finished working at my 10th KOA. This little park is kept up so well. The employees were great. And the chocolates I received at checkin were much appreciated!

We were welcomed by a friendly, helpful young woman who understood our needs & gave us the perfect site. This location was exceptionally clean and we loved the decorations all around which gave this place a homey, cared for feeling. There are great services at this location and nearby.

This KOA is well run and was a pleasant stay for the night. The bathroom was clean. The store has a variety of items, and the merchandise is perfect for people on the road. The highway 97 is close. Just use ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The only negative is the placement of the propane filling station is right where you come in to register and it causes a traffic backup.

We stayed in a camping cabin. It was clean and the restrooms were okay. There wasn't any hot water for taking a shower. I don't take real hot showers, but this was to cool for me to shower in. Plus the restrooms were quite a way from the camping cabins. As an older adult who needs to use the restroom in the middle of the night, this means a walk to use it.

We came in late and a number was posted on the door to call for check-in and we were helped within 10 min. The owner led us to our spot and helped us get situated and made sure we knew she was there to help and to just call. All utilities were clean and easy to access. If we were staying more than just the night, I would have liked a little more shade and greenery (grass).

Nice park & nice people. Internet was good. The 1 thing that I was disappointed in was you sold firewood (which we bought) but no firestarters or kindling. Had to borrow a neighbors hachet to make the logs smaller & pick up alot of trigs on the ground to get the fire going.

This KOA in Klamath Falls was a true 5-star establishment! True to the KOA tradition, this location was extremely well maintained, the staff were experienced and knowledge of their community to help travelers needs and the experience for guests was inviting. Yes, this family owned facility is an award winner for sure!!

A smaller park than most KOAs, location is great--right in town but not along a busy road. Park is well-maintained. Staff is friendly. The only real downside is what's typical of most KOA parks: It's overpriced by about $10-20. I paid $62 per night. I am writing this review from an RV park in Grants Pass that has most of the same amenities but is located right on the banks of the Rogue River and yet is $20 cheaper.

Location was good and the staff was great but they had the lowest price for propane in town which meant a constant stream of traffic through the park and a constant dusting from the traffic. The management needs to either reroute the propane traffic or pave the driveway to keep the dust down.
