While our campsite was clean, the staff did not tell us they close at 7 pm. We came in in the dark at 7:24 pm, couldn't use the restroom as we didn't have the code, and had to guess a site. After doing this, we found a note at the office that still lacked the restroom code. We probably will not stay at this campground again.

Tighter sites than we’re used to with KOA, but a good park in general. Friendly, helpful staff, clean facilities, neatly maintained sites.

As usual our stay was awesome. Staff are super friendly. Bathrooms are always clean. And the park itself is immaculate. Pretty darn quiet also. Thanks so much for keeping care of this KOA.

We've stayed at this park for a number of years. It's obvious that they are making improvements such as improved landscaping. Also, park maintenance is excellent. Problems are: {1) park entry and exit can be difficult for big rigs (if there are cars at the park's gas pumps, exiting the park can be very difficult), and (2) the parks dirt roads are very dusty in dry weather.

We have stayed here a few times. This last weekend Sunday early hours of the morning there was a dog that would not stop barking. I don’t know if it was a dog from a camp or from a home, but it seemed like it was roaming around the camps and barking. Other than that all was good.

Stayed in rustic cabin. Cabin is as advertised, basic. Near bathrooms. All was great except tv. Literally had 1000's of channels and only 5 local worked. I re- scanned and that's what I got. I still recommend KFalls KOA.

Conveniently located, clean, adequate amenities, friendly helpful staff. This facility was uncomfortably tight for our 40', 3-slide coach, which is why we wouldn't recommend it to our friends with similar coaches. Coming from Hwy39 it's a virtual U turn to check in, with the propane fill station there too which was occupied when we arrived. Also, just a bit on the pricy side.

Very nice rv park. Owners were very helpful when our rv needed a new alternator. They had a battery charger that allowed us start the engine and back into our space and wait a day for Larry Jones mobile service to come out and repair our rig.

I appreciate how clean the restrooms, showers, & the entire campground were maintained. The WIFI was not working very well, enough for my phone to see the signal but not enough to actually use. That was the only issue and look forward to my next trip to Klamath Falls

Wifi didn't work and many TV channels not viewable. Space 29 very noisy. Price sms high for a less than premium park. I will come back, but will adjust trip plans to only stay on half of trip

My stay was terrific as usual! Great staff, who were friendly, helpful, and professional. The facilities are always very nice and clean. The park is well groomed, welcoming and easy to get in and out of. It will always be my “go to” place in southern Oregon! Thank you for the great experience.

Very clean and friendly campground. Service was wonderful. Only drawback was the nearby traffic noise and wind.

We had a very pleasant stay at your KOA. Sites were tight and both of our neighbors had their trucks parked in front which made it almost impossible to pull my 5th wheel out forward. Luckily the site behind us was vacant so I was able to back into that site and pull out that way. Staff was VERY nice and always willing to probide service. Bathrooms were very clean. 70 minutes to crater lake.

Nice. Kind of close, and had to go out the in when leaving as a large RV with a toad was gassing up and blocked the exit. First campground to include chocolates with the sign in. Nice touch.

We have stayed at the Klamath Falls KOA Journey more than once; what impressed us most is their dedication to quality customer service. The staff is very polite and helpful, the sites are clean and well maintained, we absolutely love this park.

Albeit a nice KOA, the RVs are close together. That said, there is plenty of open space across the stream that divides the tent area from the RVers. We were pleased with our stay and the staff is very nice and accommodating. We'll visit this KOA again.

Site was nice although the table was so far from us that we could not use it and requests to help move it closer went unanswered. They say they have WiFi, but they do not. It is false advertising. It is not available in the park. I could not connect my computer to it at any point during our stay. Located on a busy, noisy highway. Would not stay here again.

Clean and comfy, but a bit close to the freeway and neighbors. Amenities were above average and the staff were wonderful. They allowed us to change to an end spot to create a bit more space!

Very comfortable. I particularly appreciated the lady who checked us in. Welcoming, knowledgeable, efficient. Very nice staff, well maintained sites. Pool closed for the season was unfortunate for our niece.

Our first stay at a KOA and it did not disappoint. The property and facilities are well maintained. Nicely stocked store. The owner (Lisa) has a great sense of humor. Check in was seemless! Did I say how much we enjoyed our stay?

We really enjoyed our stay at the Klamath Falls KOA. It was clean and well cared for. The people working at the facility were very friendly and helpful. A man was having a hard time parking his trailer across from our site and an employee came over to help the man get into his space. I would highly recommend staying at the KOA in Klamath Falls.

A smaller park than most KOAs, location is great--right in town but not along a busy road. Park is well-maintained. Staff is friendly. The only real downside is what's typical of most KOA parks: It's overpriced by about $10-20. I paid $62 per night. I am writing this review from an RV park in Grants Pass that has most of the same amenities but is located right on the banks of the Rogue River and yet is $20 cheaper.

Location was good and the staff was great but they had the lowest price for propane in town which meant a constant stream of traffic through the park and a constant dusting from the traffic. The management needs to either reroute the propane traffic or pave the driveway to keep the dust down.
