I have visited this KOA several times. It is my favorite KOA in this area and in the entire state of Florida. I think it’s my favorite KOA anywhere because the people are friendly and it is close to Disney. It is so close that you can get there in 15 minutes, which is much quicker than many hotels. My daughter and I love staying in a Kamping cabin. They have fun games like ladder ball!

Was great. Everything was super clean and nicely laid out. Will return for sure. The only thing is, I would probably oil the sliding doors... a little hard to close. But loved the place. Will be back for sure.

On any normal time I would give this facility a 10/10 rating. We have stayed here before. We stayed over the first NFL playoff weekend. The cell phone reception was terrible so I tried connecting to Wi-Fi. The connection was even worse. I literally stood in the road and couldn’t move the entire game or the internet would drop off. Please fix before Super Bowl weekend

Bathrooms/showers were not cleaned daily. New Year’s Eve- there was a inappropriate behavior in the unisex bathroom, heard through the walls of the other bathrooms. Shower water temperature was cold in some showers and hot in others. Price was high for cabin Grounds were clean. Staff was nice.

We had a very nice cabin for the night we stayed. We’ve been to this KOA many times, and always appreciate the friendly staff and comfortable cabins.

very clean very nice will stay there again and already recommended to other family members .. Love the pool and hot tub .. Bath houses was nice and clean also .. Very nice campground. Very well maintained. Very dog friendly. Great customer service on checking in and with any questions. And they sent out texts with information when bad weather was coming.

We had a wonderful time. Campground was nice and well kept. Employees were friendly and helpful. The bed in the cabin was not great; definitely time for a new one. The pool was VERY cold! The kids were really looking forward to swimming so we were very disappointed with that as it states a heated pool.

The cabin was very clean, everything we needed was there. We did not get a chance to use the grill, but that was not a KOA issue we just ran out of time. Excellent value and we will certainly stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay ,all the staff are friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. It is perfect. We enjoy camping,but instead of bringing the camper from pennsylvania,We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was wonderful,we would definitely recommend it.

I stay here often when working in the area. Staff are amazing and go out of their way to enhance the experience! We do a mix of RV site and cabins. Cabins are always clean and spacious. RV sites are maintained well and quite level!

We go to WDW at least 6-8 times a year and have camped at Orlando/Kissimmee in an Rv, in deluxe cabins and even camping cabins. The park location is ideal and it has always been clean and well maintained, but more importantly is the friendly, helpful and professional attitude of the staff. When we leave we always look forward to our next stay.

Surprised that there was no flatware, bowls, plates in the cabin. No "soft " surfaces to sit on. Nice wooden chairs were hard. Bed was very firm. Nice TV. Verizon had no reception + WiFi none existing unless i stood under the WiFi tower.

We’ve stayed at many KOAs and found this one was the least like “camping”. Granted, we are in the heart of Orlando/Disney but the lack of greenery and pavement city takes away from the illusion of camping. We bought milk and two ice cream cones from the store which were all bad (rotten, freezer burnt. For the price, you can’t beat it. Our cabin was clean and so was our surrounding area.

I have been going there for so long I love the place it's the only place we stay when we go to Kissimmee. it is so nice and clean. the people are so nice and friendly. The staff is Amazing!!! and the place is just Awesome.

We enjoyed our visit! The park was very clean and had so many amenities! The staff was excellent! My only concern was the homeless that wandered through the park. A gate would be a great way to help with security.

My family and I drove to Florida on our first family road trip from Canada! It was a long 3 days to get here with 2 young kids but so glad we have the experience. We spent several days lounging at our campsite, but did venture off to Disney World, Gatorland, some local flea markets, and shopping. We stayed here for 1 week and overall it was a positive experience. I'm especially grateful for the groundskeeping staff who entertained my 5 year old and putting a huge smile on his face so many times throughout our stay. If you get the chance to read this, thank you. These are memories I know he'll have forever. I would also like to note they were very accommodating with adding 2 days to our pre booked site when we decided to come down earlier. They rearranged some things so we didn't have to switch sites, and we really appreciated that! We are avid campers throughout Ontario, but I like to leave Pro's and Con's lists for future campers looking for a place to stay :) Pros: -Pool and hot tub are open until 9pm -Sites are maintained well as far as grass cutting/tree trimming -Multiple washers and dryers -Close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and a 20 minute drive to Disney World -Heated salt water pool & hot tub with ample lounging chairs and covered tables -The groundskeeping staff are very friendly and attentive -Convenient garbage pickup at your site during the day Cons: -Showers need updated badly. Very low water pressure (at one point I had to turn around to make sure the water was in fact still running), and the "hot" water lasted under 5 minutes before it became cold. There's also no dry area in the shower to get dressed afterwards so that sucked. -The kids park needs cleaned. It's quite disgusting the amount of grime that is built up on the playground. I don't expect a playground to be "clean", because kids are gross, but it's coated in black grime. A quick soak and power wash would clean it up nicely! Was also disappointed there was no infant/toddler swing for the little ones. -One of the younger office staff we found to be very off putting and quite snotty. This was over a few interaction's so not sure if that's just her attitude or if she just hates her job but it definitely sucked to encounter when the remainder of the staff were so kind -We found 75% of the wood we purchased on site wasn't quite dry and it was really difficult to get the fire going -I swear the full bars of wifi is just for show 🥲 it's really not great but I do find it works best at night. We also didn't have good cell service here (AT&T), it was very spotty -Store is only open until 5pm, it is what it is but it does suck especially if you're out during the day and get back after dinner and want firewood or something. Just have to plan ahead! I see some other reviews with similar "cons", so hopefully over time the owners will take these into consideration. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back here!

The deluxe cabin fit, our family needs. It was close enough to the theme parks, and Disney springs. Wish the pool was open 24 seven so when we came back from the theme park you could relax.

Nice clean rv resort. I have been ring for 15 years now this is a first class place all paved and clean. Arrived early and they were very accommodating, 11 am.
