Je pense qu'ils n'étaient pas prêt à recevoir ds clients. 1. A l'entrée de office ca sent mauvais, j'ai pensé cigarettes et renfermés. 2. Aucun poubelle pour sacs à chiens, ni sacs. 3. Sanitaire propre, mais pommeau qui frise mal. 4. Wifi a l'office, selon eux, ils installeront une tour plus tard 5. Mon impression est que L'homme qui m'a répondu n'aime pas les clients En été,

This is our third year at Kinzua East KOA. The campground Is a beautiful atmosphere of woods, hiking trails and points if interest it’s well taken care if and sites are well maintained and spacious. I highly recommend a visit

Overall good experience! Suggest allowing checkout a little earlier than 9am. I would suggest 8am to accommodate early risers.

The grounds are very nice, but our campsite was very narrow and we had to back in. The man in the office that checked us in was not very helpful/friendly and had it not been for a very nice lady that helped us out in the campsite, we would not have easily found our site, nor been able to back in it. We are used to KOA being very hospitable, but cannot say that about this one.

While it was quiet (fall camping) the spaces looked really to each other and they were mostly grass. There are cheaper options nearby that are prettier and have more privacy.

Worst experience at KOA ever. Website states WIFI. This would allow me to work. NO Wifi or Cell service, overhead wires nailed to trees, bathrooms broken, filthy and disgusting. We booked for two weeks, after one day, we told them we would be leaving. They refused to process our cancellation, refused to provide a refund and then when they did give back 1/2 our money, they threatened us.

CAMPERS BEWARE! Broken moldy unsanitary restrooms in back campground. Electrical not to code. Absolutely no WiFi/cell despite website stating WiFi available. No stated alternate refund policy on website during registration or at check in but claimed they could keep our full two week funds and then claiming they were being kind to offer us 1/2 refund. Threatened to keep it all if we disagreed.

This is a hidden gem! Unlike other KOA’s this is nestled in the trees and brings function to nature. The staff are friendly but mostly Mary who goes above and beyond!

We took our two grandkids with us to rest out our new camper. The kids enjoyed playing basketball and volleyball. We took them for a walk around the campground and into the woods. They found a tpee made from branches and leaves. The camp host were very friendly as was other campers. Great KOA, we go there at least 2 times a year.

The weather was rainy and our site in the trees was very gloomy and dark. The people are awesome but the facility is tired.

Thing were not taken care of. General maintenance is very lacking. The back restroom/showers were never cleaned or visited by KOA personnel during our 4 night stay. On a plus side, the KOA hosts were very nice people.

Fantastic staff. Clean sites and restrooms. No Wi-Fi but you are in the Allegheny National Forest and Wi-Fi doesn’t really exist. If you want peace and quiet away from civilization, great place.

Serious health issue with your toilets. They are NOT bolted down and shift when you sit on them. After you get up, there is toilet water on the floor from the shifting toilet! Disgusting and a health hazard. No Dropbox for early departures and no deposit back on my key rental (just $10, but still). Maybe I'm just spoiled from other KOA's.

I think this place would be much more enjoyable, with the company of others. The pool was beautiful.The basketball half court was pretty cracked up...as was the shuffleboard court. Playgroind was rough.The map said to ask about permanents....which I would consider. None available.My site was beautiful...and if I'd have the time to meet the other permanent I'd enjoy it alot.Staff was super friendly

Campsite was secluded which was very nice. We were disappointed though that there was no WIFI avaiable at our campsite. We had to walk to the main center for WIFI. Otherwise, it was a delightful stay. Would go there again and recommend it.

We stayed at site #85 which was in a beautiful tree-filled area. We had a wonderful time despite it raining most of the time. No Wi-Fi at the site and cell service was very minimal. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

This def ranks low compared to other KOA’s I have stayed at. Wooded nice however, very tight access roads when pulling large campers to navigate. Sites were very tight getting camper in & setup some trees should be removed to make this better). Open sites there too but muddy access and site when wet out. Several tall dead trees around sites, scary! Pool ok, not heated. Not enough for kids to do

The location was nice and quiet. Unfortunately there was no cell phone coverage in the area. The owners greeted us upon entering, walked and reviewed the area, showed the campsite snd recommendations on parking camper. The location was great. 30 minutes from the Kizua Bridge and Bradford, Pa, Allegheny park.

The campground was not at all what I expected. It was small and quiet for sure, but not a typical KOA. When booking a KOA site your looking for the amenities, they really didnt have much to offer. The amenities you receive there you could go to a mom and pop owned campground and expect more, and receive more. Completely disconnected from technology here.

No WIFI or cable, store doesnt have much. No concession stand, basketball court cement is broke and crumbling with grass everywhere, Unable to use. Pool table from 1975 with broken sticks. Swimming pool is freezing cold unable to swim. Needs a heater. It has potentional but needs some money invested. Nothing for the kids to do.

When I looked at the koa site in PA it didn't have any pictures of the inside of the cabin or where the bathrooms where located so I was a little worried.But to my surprise it was very close to the cabins and there was running water pretty much through out the camp site.the staff was amazing and the pool looked to be brand-new.the inside of the cabins where cute as heck.just enough for glamping.

The cabin was not clean. This cabin i bare bones. Not even a trash can. We were in the woods and due to no ac in the cabin, slept with the windows open and the screen on the larger window had large holes in it. Therefore, we spent the night with bugs in the cabin. We have stayed in MANY KOA rustic cabins. This one was VERY DISAPPOINTING.

This will be my second year fall camping at this KOA. Great place to get away for a weekend especially when I leaves are changing! Staff was extremely friendly and very pleasant this year and last (I only stayed one weekend and it felt like they knew me this year). Some of the sites can be challenging to a new driver, but staff is always more than happy to help get you setup. I would highly recommend as it's family friendly and all around a good time.

Update: I originally gave this place a 4 out 5 4 years ago because of it not being updated... this was the beginning of our travel trailer experiences. After visiting over 20 campgrounds since my original review I am upgrading it 5 stars. The people that own this place are an example of the original campground experience. Quiet. Wooded. Peaceful. Hard working. The real "salt of the earth" people. These place is a piece of heaven. Do not give notice to the bad reviews. Those reviews are from people looking for the galmping experience. This is not that. This is camping. Go enjoy it. Thank you for having us. We will return. God bless. Original review: The only reason I'm giving it 4 and not 5 is because it has not been updated in a long time. Other than that, everything is in good order. Clean campground. Exactly what a camping trip should feel like. Middle of the woods. Gorgeous. So isolated that you feel a little nervous in the pitch dark woods. Great experience
