Nice camp well set up and as always meets our expectations of KOA campsites. We visited at the very end of season so many of he summer time amenities such as the pool etc. were closed for the season so we can not speak to that.

Cabin was clean, well equipped and warm. New bathroom room floors need to be dry to avoid falls. Staff friendly.

Great cabin had everything we needed. The communal washrooms could have been in better condition though. Quite clean but a lot of standing water on the tile floor made it seem less than totally hygienic. that is my only minor complaint. I will stay here again when I'm in the Kingston area.

Enjoyed the cabin. It was the perfect spot for us. Dog park was big, loved the willow tree for shade. Bathrooms were clean. Only complaint is no ice at the camp store for our whole stay.

Love the park. Well planned out with good facilities. The staff are awesome. I'm very happy with it. 2 problems. the door of the cabin didn't seal/close properly. The dog was able to get out when she pushed the door. - the shower could be a solid slide door and not a curtain it's a bit narrow and the curtain took a lot of space.

Only concerns were dust on bedroom fan blew everywhere when turned on, bbq caught fire when turned on as was very dirty and greasy. Also recommend cabin flip other way as door opens onto stairs and shared patio area with other 2 cabins was not private with 6 kids on 2 cabins all over and they were fairly well behaved but loud

Best KOA I have been to. Our new favourite for sure! Everyone was so kind and all the functions happening made our kids super happy. Can’t wait to book for next year!!

When cleaning a cabin after someone has left, they should be checking (very dirty)pots and pans, stove and BBQ for cleanliness. We had lots of grease inside and around the stove! Which isn’t safe with a gas stove. BBQ was filthy, and grease drip tray was filled to the brim. Just disgusting! The couch was full of stains etc. which should be changed to something that can be wiped down since COVID

We stayed labour day weekend in a cabin without the bathroom...everything about our stay was great....no complaints at all and we will be returning, next time we will hopefully try the other bigger cabins.....thanks for the great hospitality

We had to alter our reservation for a Kamping Kabin and the staff was absolutely accomodating, they also helped us with hiring a cab and answered every question I tossed at them, they made our stay very comfortable.....thank you kindly

I paid over $1100 for a cabin with a washroom so that I could have a shower onsite and the first day the handle came off in my hand, then the shower head would not stay up and kept falling down. It ended up falling on my head and made me bleed. It was never fixed and I was offered nothing for compensation. Didnt need my business i guess because they are so busy so didnt even try to offer me anythi

The coin hunt was amazing. My kids enjoyed the pancake & sundae events. We had a blast on the boat ride. Loved that they offered the movie night both nights. Also enjoyed the marshmallow fact hunt.

We stayed in a deluxe cabin and it was just perfect. It has everything that we needed and it was clean and well thought out.

Our cabin had 100 flies inside when we arrived. No one had a fly swatter in the office. We tried to kill as many as we could but we couldn't keep up it was gross. The site was also FULL sun with zero shade. This should have been communicated before we booked. Also the only small umbrella they had on thr site was white and provided zero sun protection. Won't be returning

We stayed in the Cabins. It was clean, spacious for what we needed. The area is covered in trees, makes for great shade or a hammock. The washrooms were generally clean and stocked. the pool is great! mini putt and bouncy pad is a plus! there were alot of mosquitos and wasps in our area unfortunately. the weekend events make it fun for kids and easy to entertain for parents. we all enjoyed here!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you, K91 was a beautiful cabin and we would book it again in a heartbeat. Our children absolutely loved the coin scavenger hunt and we’re so excited to search all the time. The owners and all the staff were extremely friendly and alway helpful. My daughter and I camp each summer at the Kingston KOA. We always have a great time and try to stay in our favourite cabin K64. Could you please fix the curtain rods in K64 because the curtains fall down every time you open and close them. We would like to see the mini putt fixed up as well. See you next summer!

The staff was really nice. The lodges very clean. Only things that I didn't like so much is that the water of the pool was really cold and that we had to pay for the bike rentals unlike other Koa (Niagara falls for instance). Other then that we really enjoyed our stay.

Neighbours on Saturday night had loud music going on way past midnight. Other than that, the stay was great.
