Excellent KOA. Very well maintained, professional appearance and managed extremely well by the owners and staff. This is the best KOA we have been to. We have camped at KOA's in the USA and Canada for over 30 years and will gladly go back to this facility. The staff were always polite and helpful. Thumbs up for maintaining an excellent KOA.

Amazing!! We were more than pleasantly surprised. The park was so clean and beautiful! The staff were pleasant, helpful, professional and did such a great job. We loved it so much that we requested a seasonal site even though we were told there is a huge waiting list. Blown away truly, highly recommend.

We had to check out early because I was having medical problems and they were more than happy to accommodate. The park is very neat and tidy pool is clean and warm. I would go back there again and again.

We had an amazing stay here. It's been updated since last year and even more amazing then we remembered. There's so much for everyone to do, they have great events for the kids and are very organized. My kids had the best time!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful too!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 1000 islands / Kingston KOA. The campground was very clean and tidy. I didn't use the showers, but saw that they were spotless. It was a 5-10 minute drive into the heart of Kingston, which was easy using the 401 or other routes. The staff were all pleasant and polite. The only negative was the mosquitos in the evening, they were brutal.

Well managed park. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Clean and well maintained. All level lots with utilities. Lots to do for all ages. Close enough to the city and highway for our needs, yet far enough out so there is no noise pollution from traffic. Very quiet park. Third time at this park and looking forward to many more stays in future. Would definitely recommend for a long or short stay :)

Our stay was quite good and we have stayed here before.Lots of activities for kids.The only problem was we couldn't connect to the internet for the 3 days we were there.

Overall it was great - thanks! A couple of items for feedback - the pedal go carts are in need of maintenance - they are stiff and we had to hunt through them to find the best ones to use. Also the outdoor cinema screen could be repainted - there are cracks that show on the image quite significantly (although the kids still loved it!)

We've been here before using a smaller site. This time we wanted a full service site, so we chose one based on the location and a picture. In the picture, the site looked as if there was a lot more room side to side. Management needs to do more to prevent noise after 11pm. A zip line was being used until 1245am and our neighbours seemed mystified about why they couldn't howl a the moon at 1115.

We had a great time! Campground is well maintained, staff are super friendly and helpful! Love the off leash dog area, my dog made some doggy friends there! Location is very convenient, close to Kingston downtown and easy drive to most attractions. Thank you to the KOA team for making our stay fun and safe!

We enjoyed our stay at 1000 Islands/Kingston KOA. The staff are very friendly. There was a water problem the weekend of our stay. It was dealt with professionally and a letter of apology was sent to all campers.

It was over priced at $105. Per night no working wifi but I like the KOA sites generally it’s just to expensive to stay long at those prices.

Very clean, nice large well kept sites, great pool temperature and best of all they cater to families. It was so nice to see so many activities for families.

We had a great time at the KOA Kingston. We stayed on one of the patio sites which included a brick fire pit with two muskoka chairs as well as a table with an umbrella and four chairs. The grounds were well kept and the host family a pleasure to deal with. They have lots of fun things for the kids to do. Our kids especially liked the rental bikes. We will be back!!

Water issues twice while we were there, although they worked quickly to fix them. The RV sites are quite spacious and nice, although the grass is dead and the weeds don't feel nice under bare feet. Also the amenities seem a bit run down and showing wear and tear, overall we had a good time.

The campground lost water for a day, it took a while for someone to let us know what was going on and we were not compensated for that. They didn’t offer to buy water and it was one of the hottest day of the month.

Les terrains sont bien et de grandeurs raisonnables. J'ai trouvé ce camping relativement calme. Seul bémol à mon séjour est que le camping à manqué d'eau pendant plusieurs heures le samedi ainsi que le dimanche matin. J'ai été chanceux qu'il me restait de l'eau potable dans le réservoir d'eau claire de ma roulotte, mais on a dû limiter notre utilisation. On a reçu aucune compensation.
