It was a great experience for the whole family. The kids loves it so much because of the amenities especially the pool and go carts. Staff are very friendly. Very clean and really good site to relax. We’ve been trying all KOAs and so far this is the first on my list to go. Will definitely come again next year.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms were kept clean. Enjoyed the pool and other options such as the bike rental.

Nous avons eu des voisins bruyants qui n'ont pas été géré rapidement et complètement. Donc beaucoup de bruits après 11pm pour une majorité des soirs de la semaine. Certains soirs nous avons eu de la musique jusqu'à 1:30 am, d'autres soirs ils ont réussi a faire fermer la musique mais ils parlaient et riaient fort, longtemps passé 11:00pm. Aussi beaucoup de moustiques...

We have stayed at 3 different KOA’s and by far the 1000 island/Kingston one is THE BEST! The camp sites are actually LEVEL and well kept. The staff are amazing and approachable. The whole campground is impeccable and public bathrooms/showers are clean. We will definitely be returning guests. Thanks for two great weekend stays!

The firepit is too close to the trailer to be able to enjoy a fire and there was a very strong sewer odor while we were there this year.

This is a very clean and well maintained KOA. You have very well trained staff who were all constantly working their tails off - nice to see as the results clearly pay off. One important suggestion - you may want to address the older trees on B1 and E1 as they are becoming quite dangerous given the intensity of storms with our changing climate.

Generally the stay was good! The staff are super nice! I stayed in a cabin and it was great! The washrooms could be cleaned more often, even if it's just a quick mop and counter wipe down, and check there is nothing gross in the toilets. There should be more clear delineation between sites. My friends had other campers on their site...who also had a loose dog :( Wish the rules were enforced.

First two days smelt sewage in air, w/out anyone nearby unhooking/dumping. Sewer outlet on site 10-12" above ground; had to empty our holding tanks by holding up the tubes to make it flow to the sewer outlet. Pool had cool temp.; its not just us, everyone that got into the pool when we were there said it was cold. No thanks, won't be returning. No response needed for this review, just try better.

We had a great 10 night. We'll certainly be back! One suggestion would be to add an insert or something at the bottom sides of the fire pits on H08 (and I think H09). The fire pits look very cool, but we found lots of coals and ash would spill out onto the patio area. Secondly, with it being that open at the bottom, it often created lots of smoke going every which way.

It was a lot of fun, the place is so nice and very clean the staff are nice polite and friendly, I recommend this place to everyone and for sure me and my family will be back again

We loved the park. It's a beautiful and clean park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The park has lots to do to keep the kids busy and happy with lots of space for them to run all day! Walked the parks Lost Channel trail and the K & P trail (old rail trail) close by. Firewood was dry and delivered. A campfire was the perfect way to end the day! I would highly recommend this KOA

Very disappointed. Had this been advertised for what it was I never would have booked. Trailer in the middle of everything and not a single tree or piece of shade to be had. Like a new build backyard. We couldn’t even sit outside as there was no shade. Left 24 hours early (that we paid for). Have been going to KOAs for over 12 years. Never experienced anything like this.

The problem is with your wording on your reservation system. I had previously stayed at KOA in 1000 Islands so I looked for that key word when placing my reservation. Imagine my frustration when I went to KOA 1000 Islands only to be told I was at he wrong one, I should be in Kingston. The staff said they have had this problem with other reservations too because Kingston is NOT THE 1000 ISLANDS!!!!

Staff are great! Sites are clean and the kids love the activities. This is our second time this summer attending this KOA and we will be coming back.

Spur of the moment change of plans but well worth it. The front desk attendant was extremely accommodating and friendly and the maintenance staff very committed to keeping the sites clean. The grounds and surroundings were outstanding and the site just perfect. I would definitely recommend this KOA to all and I would definitely return if circumstances allowed.

We were unsure about our trailer location being right at the front of the campground by the main office and pool, but with two young kids, it was actually very efficient to be so close to everything! Also, the staff were very helpful and polite and the campgrounds were kept very clean.

Loved it! It would be nice to have a food truck though at supper time for those that might like fries or poutine with whatever they are BBQing. There's a food truck at the Ivy Lea and Cardinal KOA.

Camping is well organized , clean and near services and main hoighways.. However it is expensive, plus even at that price you have to pay for the WIFI for more than 1 person. With hot weather transient spaces were subjected to nauseous odors from the septic field. In brief I will not return because ratio price/quality too high.
