As a camping tent area side really horrible. No grass, no trees and no privacy. Water supply was very bad from morning to afternoon no water even stuff also didn't give us any support. We are not happy with your policy. We are really feeling bad about your service.

New area is very nice. Seasonal campers were parking extra vehicles blocking easy exit for big rigs. Wifi was horrendous. Overpriced until these issues get fixed. Even so, I will return.

We are not traveling with children but admired all the fun things available for them. We could see the new zip line from our site and the children's delight was obvious. The campground is meticulously maintained and the staff very kind and helpful. The only negative was that our site was smaller than expected. We had reserved early in the Spring and expected a larger site. Thank you to everyon

Just what you expect from KOA. Clean park and washrooms. Friendly staff, the young ladies always had a smile when I was in the office. The "Lost Channel" at the back of the park is great for walking your dogs. I will be staying there again.

The staff was really nice. The lodges very clean. Only things that I didn't like so much is that the water of the pool was really cold and that we had to pay for the bike rentals unlike other Koa (Niagara falls for instance). Other then that we really enjoyed our stay.

It was a very pleasant stay the staff were all very friendly. Lot’s to do and a beautiful camp ground. A good time was had by all.

Great time. Only complaint is the weekend staff didn’t chlorine the pool on our first day there.

Great campground, big sites, lots of amenities. Unfortunately, there was a very strong sewage smell throughout most of the campground.

Great place for our grandchildren’s weekend. No end to activities and things for children to to play. Lots are nice and level. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend this KOA.

Close to Kingston but out in country. Sites a little close. Friendly staff at checkin and owner always patrolling in golf cart-reassuring. Some customers look like long stay people with own lawnmowers etc. but not too many sprinkled throughout.

This is our 4th time here with our family! We love it. So much for the kids to do (young and old). Our kids are 11, 17 and 19 and they all enjoy it. We also have a Golden Retriever and the pet area is amazing. Lots of friendly dogs to play with! Its close to Kingston and we enjoy touring the city and the beautiful waterfront. The KOA owners and Staff work very hard to keep the grounds A1

Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool was great! Our friends children as well as our daughter very much enjoyed the gold mining���..We even had fun doing it too!! Excellent service!

We met the owner and his wife very nice people ask how things were and if we needed anything the park has very friendly staff everyone we talked to were nice we live in the us Canada was are first camping trip loved it will be going back next year can’t express the fact of the owner he didn’t need to stop and take the time to talk to us but he did thank you

Étant 2adultes, nous nous sommes retrouvés près du parc à chiens et du parc pour les enfants. Si c’était à refaire , je demanderais un autre site . C’est venu ternir notre séjour . Pour ce qui est du KOA , c’était très bien , propreté des lieux Surtout les aboiements de chien , très désagréable

We liked everything at the campground. The cabin was clean and quiet. The only problem I have is in your ad shows "wifi" with no "$" sign beside it. When we checked in we were told it cost $6.00 for each additional wifi connection. That should have been stated in somewhere in your flyer. Other than that it was a nice enjoyable visit.
