Overall, it’s a very nice clean campground. The only recommendation I have would be to provide a little more space between sites in the upper 80’s and 90’s so the fire pit is not so close to your vehicle or your neighbors unit.

The site was great ! Very level for me to back my camper in.This new idea of paying an extra 25,00 to hold my spot, seems crazy??? I am not sure why if I called last November to book a site that fits my rig, and all the campers around me are family, I should have to pay 25.00 to hold it? Isn't that why I book it? All of the staff were very friendly.

The workers are great but I reserved site 90 and was put on 2 sites over away from my group because I did not pay the extra $25 to gaurantee that spot so whats the point of calling to reserve a spot anymore. I probably won't come back if that's gonna be the case. Along with a big group of us that have been going there

Campgrounds were very clean and well maintained, but we expected full hookups to be power, water and sewer. It was our first time camping and didn't realize that it wasn't full hookup. Never the less very nice campgrounds.

We enjoy this KOA, but this KOA also has soo much potential to satisfy its customers where we see customers being let down. And I understand the nature of our world today so Yes that comes into play but we dont see effort. Rules are always being pushed by the guests, seasonals and transients. What security! And yrly rates increase with little to show for our increased dollars. Many Questions!

Overpriced for services provided. The pools are cold, there are no activities during the week, bathrooms aren't cleaned often enough and there's no "security"/ rule enforcement after hours.

We are seasonal campers here and love it. We have our own little community called our "camping family ". Our grandchildren love to spend time doing all the planned activities. The management and staff at Fond DU lac East / Kettle moraine KOA are very friendly and accommodating. There are many activities for both adults and children. The pools are well maintained. Great Camping Resort!

We are seasonals at KOA and really enjoy it! Management did a good job with the limited amount of help they had. Can see improvements being made. Looking forward to better internet.

Same activities every week just using different names. Bar hours unpredictable, snack bar service is horrible-waits of up to an hour for food, needs "adult" supervision. Manager takes Sun/Mon off so no weekend issues get resolved until later the next week if at all. bathrooms dirty, high seasonal fee increases every year with no increase in services or service level.

I have been a seasonal since 1995, lots of good times and memories...need more night rangers and patrols of after hour quiet times enforced.. staffing shortages hurt the quality of what we pay seasonal fees ...the chuckwagon needs updates and bartender's should not be the mgmt and on a busy Sat. it is short staffed & koa actually loses money, pizzas in the bar is a $ maker Tiffany can't do it all

Campground has nice amenities lots of activities for adults and kids we have been seasonal for 4 years. Everyone that comes to visit us love this campground.

We stay every night from April 15th - Oct 15th. We wish it could be open year round. Our manager, as well as the staff, did a phenominal job trying to keep everything status quo considering the regular summer help wasn't here due to COVID. In addition, our advisory committee has given the seasonals a voice which is much appreciated. I am looking forward to imporvements on the internet.

My stay is great only because of the friends we have their. Not enough help. Things and work orders do not get followed up on or completed. The rates are way to high. My friends say they would like to come and camp at KOA but to expensive compared to other camp grounds

I was a seasonal, I took it upon myself to raise the grade of the site so I was not walking in water every time we had a marginal rain fall or more. I also planted some arborvitaes, put in some flower beds and set the black tank down enough to be flush with the grade, so I could get the fifth wheel out when needed. Manager was extremely wish, washy. I asked for permission for everything I did.

Our stay was nice, they were short handed on staff but overall it was a nice experience. Rates are a bit high but we would definitely stay again.

This was our first season at FDL KOA and happy overall with everything. It is pricey especially since we seldom used the amenities. The news letters are great but more details on events would be helpful. Keep in mind that newbies don’t know much! Ex: Did not know what seasonal sign in meant. Did not know why there was to be no traffic on Halloween weekends After trick or treating was over.

This park is not big rig friendly. Roads are very tight with lots at curves. Our lot was such that we could not level our motorhome without getting tear tires off the ground so we slept uphill. Would probably be ok for smaller units but not for a 40’ motorhome.

Golf carts are a nuisance during the night, if there is a quiet time. They should be restricted to the 5 mph rule as well as vehicles. Should set up radar readings so they are aware of there speed. Sunday morning at 3:00 am was very disappointing to be woken up by golf cart going back and forth.

Our not too far away summer home away from home with friendly and fun neighbors. Clean, paved roads, heated / clean pools, etc., etc. Looking forward to more great times going forward in 2024 and beyond.
