OVER PRICED. Not enough nightly sewer sites and the ones they have are mostly small. Nice food and ice cream stand, but limited hours.

We only stayed one of our three nights and took the loss. This is a party KOA with kids and golf carts everywhere. The staff was not welcoming and did not give clear instructions on finding the sight so we got lost. Something was wrong with the electrical as it caused our solar to malfunction so we could not plug in. Only 3 showers for 125+ sites and they clean between 9 & 11 so no sleeping in.

We arrived in the evening to find that our site we had booked and locked in with the fee was taken. No one ever told us or ask us about switching our site. I contacted them through email yesterday and will call today. What is the point of charging a lock fee on sites if you move people anyway. What a scam.

90% seasonal - and I mean people build decks and have campers on blocks. The 10% sites not seasonal: electrical was used by seasonal person to run their bug-zapper, sites are small and you're next to neighbor (who happens to be seasonal and has a shed right up to where your site begins, and EVERYONE has a golf cart, which seem to own the road. Bathrooms were nice! Not for "campers" - a resort.

Campground is nice. Clean and level sites. Kind of confusing to find a specific site if not familiar with the layout. Getting to and from the city was difficult because of construction and having to detour and / or backtrack - not in any way the campground's fault, just a comment.

The only issue we had, was my granddaughter bought a sweatshirt that was priced but when she went to Pay for it, she was told it was priced incorrectly and ended up paying six dollars more. I think common courtesy would’ve been to except the price you marked on the ticket to begin with and they all were marked with the same price. Initially given a smaller lot than reserved, Office promptly changed site to larger one. A pleasant stay and friendly campers. reduced rating from a 5 because of price whicch nI thougt was a little high. All the amenities were available and working. One note, the laundry has only 2 machines. I went off site to Plymouth.

Not really a camp ground. More of a park and party grounds. Our sight was not clean. Paper and cigarette buts all over. Was supposed to have 30 amp service but only had 110v. Campground was way overcrowded. It was difficult to just drive in and out. Just not for us.

Need more bath houses Need another dump station Roads are challenging due to being one car wide and NOT one way. It’s difficult to back up your rig when you encounter traffic coming at you with no room to pass.

we had reservations for the 19th of August and several days before that we drove to the camp to double check on the campsite. We were assured that the camp site will be available when we arrive on Friday the 19th. I made the original reservation on the phone -not on the internet. When we arrived on the 19th, the campsite was occupied and we had to look for another less desirable space.

The campsite we are assigned was on the side of a hill. The road to the campsite was blocked by an overhanging tree on one end and a long black trailer parked on the road on the other end. The office was closed and the time was 6:00 or so. We were able to get through to a person who just told us to take a different site. This was a holiday KOA where we were looking forward to sharing time with the

Two years ago we camped at the same site, Site 202. At that time, we told the manager, Tiffany, about the electrical plug not working on the main electrical box. Two years later it still has not been fixed. We talked to her again about it this past weekend, and when she got back on her golf cart, she looked at the guy in the golf cart with her and they both laughed like nothing would be done.

We don't go here as much as the prices have increased greatly compared to other campgrounds. Also I think it is totally not right to have to pay extra to guarantee the site I reserved. We have not has to do that at any other campground and we have been to multiple different ones. Not sure if we will be coming back much more. The staff that did the kids activities were great!

We have a group of 3 sites & 2 cabins. Been coming to this campground for years. Since it became a KOA the whole campground has gone down. They used to have events online & somewhat decent entertainment. The entire property is not very well maintained. Making 'reservations' for the same sites now are charged $25 or they can move you.

The firepits are very small. Prices are going up $10 next year. To keep your same spot you have to pay an extra $25. Yikes!! When we go to other campgroubds we have never had to pay extra to make sure you have the same spot the next year.

Beautiful facility, but we were surprised to see so many permanent and established campers. It was “party central” throughout. We would not recommend this to place for a stopover.

Sites were small and hilly. An older guy who we found out was another camper yelled at us for being up at 11pm. We were not loud!!!

The spot we were assigned was not good with our trailer, we could not reach the sewer. We were given another spot right next to the arcade, if we were staying a weekend this would not be good. In addition when I made the reservation we requested to be near friends we were traveling with. There was no attempt to do that, we were on the opposite side of the park. I was extremely disappointed.

We stay a few weekends each summer and really love it there. It's super relaxing and the pools are great for the kids (and me). The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wish they wouldn't have bands every Saturday as it's really loud and they play for way to long and way too late. The days are great, just Saturday nights disrupt the relaxation.

We were treated terribly by the staff. they gave us very small spot suited for a class B . I moved Picnic tables and was able to three point turn out. They would not pick up the phone it was about 430. I went into the office. 6 people working there. The lady seemed angry. Even after this no escort to the new site. Lots of seasonal campers. Did not feel good for us passing through. Not KOA like.

This campground is huge and we’ll maintained…. Beautiful surroundings. Three pools, a great mini golf challenged and all road a paved. The staff in the office is immature and seems to talk down to the patrons. The campground is a newer KOA, but seems to cater to the full-time people. It appears 80-85% of the sites are seasonal and there aren’t many sites with full hookups.

We've been staying here on and off for years and always enjoy it. This time around, the main thing we noticed was how terribly cold the pool was.

Nice location, perfect stop to reset after 10 days of dry camping. Some of the trees need to be trimmed for RV clearance. Look forward to returning.

Our not too far away summer home away from home with friendly and fun neighbors. Clean, paved roads, heated / clean pools, etc., etc. Looking forward to more great times going forward in 2024 and beyond.
