Nice place with various activities. We booked three cabins with family and friends and confirmed that each were located next to each other. Upon arrival, one of the cabins was already given to another guest who knew the tenants in the next spot down. This was very disappointing for many reasons: money deposit served no purpose, lost booking confidence, no notice given, no apology given.

We stayed in a cabin, and while everything was pretty good, we struggled a bit with our air conditioner. The thing was completely frozen so we needed to not let it run for almost a day.

While the amenities On-site are nice, this campsite is far from ideal in my opinion. Many campsites are gravel pits - not ideal for games/kids. The golf carts are OUT OF CONTROL. Reckless driving, at all hours of the night, blasting music, with open intoxicants. We had a very large group, including small children and babies, and the “golf cart parades” late at night were obnoxious & disruptive

Our cabin was very dirty. Last persons dirty towels were left in there. The sheets for the fold out bed had feces on them. Went to the snack shack and waited over an hour for food. Very disappointed in our stay.

Stayed here for AirVenture 2021. This was the most affordable lodging within a reasonable distance. We found the cabin to be cleaner than many hotel rooms we used in the past For the cabins, the web site said we needed to bring linens, so we brought both sheets and towels. Sheets were provided, so all we needed was towels. We would stay here again.

I stayed during the week and nothing was open. No fun activities they only do it in the weekends! We payed a lot of money to just swim.

Check-in person was abrupt. Did not mention that Saturday was a fund raiser for the local Fire Dept. Asked for a print-out of weekend activities (this was on Thursday). She said it was not ready. We again asked on Friday. Still was not ready. We rented Cabin 54. Had trouble with room A/C. Coils froze up. Did not work for several hours. Water heater very slow to recover after 1 shower.

The cabins need updated air conditioning units, they are too old and way too loud!!! People that own permanents are rude and loud. Loud even after quiet hours. They act like they own the campsite. Permanent owners with golf carts are loud, disrespectful of others and ride way too fast for the small campground that it is. They should not be allowed to ride after dark hours.

It was perfect. Super quiet at night and during the week and when everyone shows up on the weekend still quiet even when full. Workers were very helpful and super nice. Is in the middle of nowhere but close to the main places we like to go. Best family vacation we had in year. Thanks.

Was a wonderful first experience. Room could of been a little cleaner. Floor was dirty, fold out couch dusty and air conditioners filters clogged with dust

The camp sites are open and not wooded. But we stayed in an over priced cabin (because we had some of the grand-kids). I had to clean up before we could even move in. The Fridge was left open and there was water all over the floor and inside the fridge. The freezer area was frozen shut. We had to go ask for toilet paper. Did the check list and told them we only had one T.V. oh we already know that

Campground was very nice. Our "luxury cabin" was disappointing. Saw a mouse in the cabin on the first night which really killed the idea of relaxation. Both beds were very old and worn out which made it difficult to sleep. Located right across the road from the main office meant we saw too much golf cart traffic with constant bright headlights and radio noise.

The campground was a lot of fun. We were pleased with how clean the grounds are kept and the amenities available. Seems quiet time is enforced as things were very quiet after 11 pm. We wish the classic cabin had more supplies like real dishes and silverware rather than paper and plastic. A toaster would be nice. Beds could be a little more comfy. But overall the cabin served us well.

Short stay in one of the cabins with running water and AC. Surprised at how busy and loud it was, not the typical sort of camping I do. My kids enjoyed meeting people their age, hanging out at the arcade and swimming in the pools. One thing that I noticed was just how loud it was up until lights about at 11 PM. I thought it was a little expensive for what I got amenity-wise. I’ll return.

cabin wasnt worth the money .. mattress on bed was old, smelly and terrible and barely any water pressure in shower. I understand is a cabin, but is way over priced .

The cottage we stayed in was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. The kitchen was adequately stocked with dishes, kitchen utensils and such. Bedding was comfortable. The entire campground was well kept and offered plenty of activities. The staff was helpful. We definitely plan on returning.

We have held a family Reunion at this campground for 20 years. There are no numerous senior citizens in our group who still rent campsites to put up pop up campers. Without warning we arrived to find out that the outhouse behind the campsites was no longer there. This made the stay for our senior citizens and two very pregnant women Very difficult. Not acceptable.

Everything was good but I think the store closes way to early everyday Things come up after 8 pm on a Saturday Lots of revenue being lost because it’s closed

We rented a cabin and our shower wouldn’t drain, all of our dishes were full of food, our fire pit was right I front of our cabin so our screened in porch was full of smoke which filled our cabin. Also I got stung by a wasp, went to the office and they had absolutely nothing. I ended up going to Walgreens myself to get bee sting stuff and bee spray to spray the nest ourselves.

Cabins need to be cleaned better...very dusty areas like fans and blinds. Also, the hand soap in ours was like water. We also did not have paper toweling. Good thing we brought our own.

Could have used more hand towels, dish cloth and dish towels. One supplied for 4 adult and 3 kids for a 3 day stay. The extra adults paid extra but didn't get extra supplies. Needs more silverware, plates, cups, and toilet paper, my Son went to go ask for more and the office was closed. For the amount of money they spent they shouldn't have had to ask for things. Golf cart drivers don't drive 5MPH

We had a great time. The screen door a little wonky needs fixing. The AC also needed resetting often to work. There’s hornet/wasp nests that need to be attended to as I’m severely allergic and they were hanging around a little too often. We noticed a small nest outside cabin near roofline. We were first timers. Full bathrooms a must and hot water too so awesome! Loved it.

They forgot to turn our cabin’s water on before our arrival. We figured it out on our own. You need better mattresses! I could feel the wires in the mattress on my back and on my ankles. My back is still killing me days later. Everything else was great.

Our not too far away summer home away from home with friendly and fun neighbors. Clean, paved roads, heated / clean pools, etc., etc. Looking forward to more great times going forward in 2024 and beyond.
