We stayed in a cabin. It was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you for furnishing so much. I might suggest you put a rug in front of the door as you come in. The floor board separated and had a sharp edge to it. I cut my toe walking barefoot over it. I put a towel down the rest of the stay and had no problem. Thank you

The bar and snack bar closed entire weekend with no communication. No activities, except for band on Sat night. Customer service was horrible. Manager was pleasant, but the rest of the staff could use a communication class and overall customer service training. Very disappointed in camping experience and we have been coming to this campground for over 18 years.

My family and I love this campground. Three pools, bands on the weekend, mini golf. There is always something fun going on. This is our third summer vacationing here, and we love it more every trip!!!

Stayed in cabins. Very clean but dated. Campground was very well kept. Very modern clean and people were extremely friendly and helpful.

We had a lot of fun. The pools were amazing. The only thing inwould change is maybe update the arcade, a lot of the machines ate your quarters or weren't worth the money playing them.

Very nice campground. We rented a cabin and it was great for two adult, two children and a dog. We enjoyed that there was plenty things to do with our kids and a nice dog run four or pup to engage with other friendly dogs. Points of improvement would be update/fix arcade games as 1/3 were down & the bar/saloon was not open. Enjoyed band on Saturday evening. Already looking to book next summer.

Nice campground,our cabin was clean and had linens and towels. Only thing was the pool, games, gameroom close so early on weekends at 8 at least 9-10 would be nice.

The sheer lack of WiFi availability made getting information and communication very difficult at times. Staff who knew what to do were having to cover way too much ground. Our TV and the ceiling fan in the main room never worked- we were visiting family and that was great. Otherwise we would probably stay somewhere else. YOU NEED WI-FI available fir free everywhere

The price of the cabin was similar to a 4 star hotel but was lacking in amenities such as: coffee maker, no filters or coffee; kitchenette but no cook surfaces or cooking utensils; fire pit but no grill. That being said, the employees were helpful and friendly and the grounds were neat and clean.

Our cabin was guaranteed to be ready at 4pm. My cabin was not ready until 5:50pm, so we had to wait outside with our stuff until it was ready. The hot water heater has a very short duration. I was forced to take a cold shower and later went to the community shower instead. The maintenance could have been better. A group of us Have stayed the past 10 summers and every time we stay something is wrong. 1 cabin had no hot water, 1 cabin had a toilet seat that kept loosening and a leaky water heater, door to cabin was hard to open and close which has been this way for more then 1 year. Some of the mattress are so bad you can fold them in half. Nothing maintained in a timely manner. We will not be back.

Several things in cabin broke on arrival. Cabin falling apart. Not enough staff to keep things running. Outside of Mary, front desk had no clue how to do anything. Seems like they have seasonals working for them as needed just to fill bare minimum staffing. After 10 years our group did not rebook for next year and are looking at other options because this place has gone way downhill.

We had a great stay! The team was very accommodating when we added an extra night, and the housekeeping in the cabins and pool area were excellent.

Cabin was a little dirty and my kids had some bugs in their bedroom and there were some bugs in the bathroom. We rented cabin for 5 nights and 6 days and were only given one roll of toliet paper. For a weekend stay I can understand maybe 1 roll but for 6 days, I would have expected a few additional supplies of that nature.

Very nice ,clean accommodations and park. The staff seems very new and need some extra training in the front office. They really didn’t know the itinerary or where we could find info about activities and band info. Probably more experience will help. Otherwise everyone is very friendly and courteous.

We enjoyed a long weekend over Father’s Day. Although the park caters to seasonal guests, most people were very friendly and welcoming to the short-termers. The campground also had lots of activities for kids who were all having a blast! We also enjoyed taking a day trip to the Wisconsin Dells and to Milwaukee.

The cabin was much different than I thought. I think updated photos would be a great idea. It was clean. The staff was super friendly as always. Me and my family had a great time. The ice cream machine didn’t work. The cotton candy machine broke and the slush puppie maker was also broken. The hours were outdated on the sign to the general store. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The grounds are gorgeous! We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin 63 and loved it. Everything was provided for us that we needed. Really enjoyed Candy Bar Bingo and the Mini-Golf. My husband loved being able to rent a golf cart and our whole family took turns going around the grounds to enjoy Pickle Ball Court and many other areas. The rest of our family were in Settler's Gulch and we had the whole area.

Handicapped Cabin: It took 8 hours for the radiant floor heaters to heat the cabin. Perhaps in the future, you could have the heat turned on before campers arrive. Also the shower needs some major addressing. Day 1, the water was only lukewarm at best. It was adjusted twice and we had a satisfactory shower on the 2nd morning. The 3rd morning the water came out EXTREMELY slowly.

Cigarette butts everywhere. RV's packed in so tight you were literally on top of each other, while there were many open spots. Needs more garbage receptacles throughout the location.

Since KOA has taken over, the service has dramatically decreased. Reservation and check in process is horrible. The additional $25 to guarantee your site is ridiculous. I have already chosen and paid for my site. Now I have to pay more to ensure I get it.

There was no mattress for the couch, but Tiffani was amazing by offering a discount for our troubles. The band was great, always enjoyed the DJ in the past too. I miss the Amish bakery on Saturdays. I am slightly concerned with how some of the cabins seem to be rotting. I'd recommend stepping into cabin 49A (our friends stayed there), the threashold seems weak. Thanks for all you do!

We have stayed here for about 5 years now always for the Halloween weekend with a large group and rent the cabins. We always have a blast and make great memories. Two things have changed since the new company has taken over. 1, a $25 hold fee. This is ridiculous when I am already paying in full to reserve. And 2, the change in giving us first dibs to book for next year during our stay.

Our not too far away summer home away from home with friendly and fun neighbors. Clean, paved roads, heated / clean pools, etc., etc. Looking forward to more great times going forward in 2024 and beyond.
