As we had initially paid for site 525p until Wednesday, I made another reservation from Wednesday until Friday. So we moved to site 1007L. While this site was ok, it didn’t compare to our previous site. We noticed 515P was not occupied until at least Thursday. It would have been nice if the staff could have offered us to stay at the other site.

Excellent Office Staff Very helpful and friendly. All of the staff grounds or office was asking if we needed anything everytime we past someone. Bike friendly.

We checked in at 7 and everything closed when we arrived and nothing opened until 10 and some things 11. The kids were very disappointed not being able to swim because we left at 10. So we paid for the experience which was high but only got a place to park our rv which we could have done anywhere for half the price.

We’ve visited for 10 years. We love the new paved roads and that the inflatable water park is no extra fee. We wish the big pool would have been open. Not everyone comes to swim in the lake. You have many new fantastic spots on the water—but more campsites requires more pool room. Our campsite was clean and mowed. The bathrooms we used were clean too. The site and golf cart prices seem on high

Check in and escort to site was terrible. On a scale of 1 to 10 was a negative 5!! Site sucked. Otherwise what you have to offer in the park was good

Amazing Campgrounds! Property is well kept and good security was noted during our visit.ALL staff were very helpful and maintained a very professional attitude. This, by far, was the best camping experiences we have had. My only suggestion to improve would be to work on the gravel pad sites to make them more level. Thank you all for a GREAT camping experience!

This is a beautiful Koa. My only thing I would change is the after hours check in. No one answers the phone and there isn’t a kiosk check in after hours like at other Koa. The staff is very friendly. I would totally come back .

You have no cable & no internet- so that is false advertising. We called the office twice & left messages but no one returned our call. Also the bathrooms were a mess because all the pool people used them all day - then don’t think were cleaned & replenished till mid morning next day. We went several times & no toilet paper. You should have separate for pool & for campers with different codes

Staff on golf carts are very rude. Mostly the only problem here. View was beautiful but very overpriced Will not be back

The campground is beautiful with lots to do. Had issues one day with storms taking out the lagoon floats, but recovered the next day. The zip line should just be removed as it has not been in operation for 3 years as we ask every time we visit and there is always an excuse. The main pool had issues on Saturday with pump and chlorinating system - one of the hottest days! Would still return!

Nice facility, nice shaded areas, second pool was closed most the time, the ropes course and zip line were closed, no pedal cars, we stood down at the obstacle course on the lake for 30 mins AFTER they were supposed to be open! This was after calling twice and kept getting told they were on the way. Seemed very disorganized

Great spot on the lake for a weekend or even a whole week. The value for the money is outstanding, and the available amenities are fantastic.

problems during our visit. wifi was intermittent. I was told when we made our reservations that the wifi was strong and reliable. it was neither at our site, or most other areas of the campground. the gameroom was the only place for reliable internet access, and it was very often crowded and loud. I was on a working vacation so was forced to take days off because I couldn't attend any meetings.

Are stay was amazing! The staff was outstanding so kind and always there to help with any needs. Only this I wished was that we could bring our gas gold cart. It would have made it much nicer. Love Prizer Point ! Thank you all for a great time.

It is a beautiful area. Many things to enjoy if you are an extended stay. We were just overnight. Weather is nothing you can change. We might recommend a pay ice machine so it is available during evening hours. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Site was tiny and squished in between camping cabins and other campers. People walked through site constantly. Fireworks by other campers for several hours and my dog is afraid of them...miserable time. And, very overpriced!

Just a one night stop on way home from out west, 2nd time we have stayed there! We love it, considering it for a long weekend getaway.

The check in went smoothly and the sites we rented were perfect. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset view over the lake.

We stayed June 2022 at Prizer Point KOA. We were impressed by how friendly and helpful all the staff were. We will definitely stay there again and have recommended it to our friends as well.

Too expensive. Wasn’t told or given wristbands until we started getting kicked out of areas, your staff couldn’t even tell us where to get them or why they were needed.

We had a great weekend! We had great sites that were very easy to get into and right on the water. Everything was very well maintained and neat and all of the staff that we had contact with were very friendly and helpful!

Everything was great as usual. The kids love the Lagoon, the bubble and the pools. The bathrooms are nice and clean. It’s a great place to walk

Very nice property. Lake front sites are beautiful! We have stayed at KOA 's all across the country and I think this one has been the highest priced yet, way over priced in my opinion. Most of the staff we encountered were very friendly. Really backwards thinking on their golf cart rental day/price and one of their staff members could use a little training on service without an attitude.

So someone was in our camping spot but the friendly staff at the KOA worked to make it right and even upgraded our site. Our biggest suggestions are 1. A good map to easily access. 2. Remove zip line and ropes course from the car tag hanger it got my teenager very excited and then we found out in the camp store it has been shut down for years.

Very nice facility and marina. Everyone was exceptionally nice and accommodating. The spots along the lake are nice and relaxing. Be prepared for bugs. The bathrooms and showers next to pool were clean and working. My only complaint was a very large Class A with it's working LED Lights were on all night and super bright. It would have been nice for the host to see what's going on after 10pm.

Very nice campground with lots of amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had to leave 2 days early due to a health issue with my wife so it was an expensive stay with no refund. The only bad experience I had was the laundry room by the swimming pool was terribly dirty. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in the new section but still by the lake and it was a gorgeous, clean and level campsite! Very happy with our stay!

Great stay. We ended up with 3 bundles of wet/hard to light wood and the staff were quick to replace it with a different stock of wood. One of the better KOAs we have stayed at.

The bathrooms were not well maintained or cleaned, I brought it to their attention and they took care of it right away, but that was the only time during our stay they were cleaned at all. The inflatables in the water were not inflated properly and the velcro is exposed all over causing some rug burn injuries. The pool was nice though and sleeping next to the lake was a beautiful background f

Very nice camping resort. Lots to do and enjoy for all ages. Had our 6yr old granddaughter along, she had a great time. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some negatives, "minor". Our 30amp hook-up was dead. Had to use 50amp outlet with my adapter. Had a pull-through that barely fit our motorhome towing. You need a golf cart, car parking at marina or camp site only. Will camp here again.

We had our grandchildren there and they loved the new kids pool and playgrounds. If you don't feel like cooking The Pier Restaurant is a good joice. All the workers we encountered were helpful and polite. Restroom/shower houses good have been better attended to but weren't bad. Overall a very nice well kept place with many sites having some awesome lake views. We stayed on a Superior loop site.

Your staff is wonderful Prices are high Pool was far from being clean Bathrooms were broken, dirty, and need to be attended to We found that during the week campers were in control Of themselves and the weekend out of control We stayed here 4yrs ago and it was the reason we came back but now will not return and will find a different campground. We had a wonderful time at Prizer Point! We booked our stay at the last minute when another location mixed up dates and lost our reservation. We weren't sure how this would work out, having never stayed in a cabin at Prizer Point, but it couldn't have been better. The rooms and the cabin were clean and worked well for what we wanted. Granted it is not a new 5 star hotel city experience, but for a campground cabin we felt it was very nice. (Some of the reviews I read beforehand had me a bit scared.) In late October, the camp restaurant was not open (other than for Pizza), so we ventured out to Cadiz, Eddyville, and Grand Rivers for food we didn't cook. We did use the provided grill (which was clean) and enjoyed the covered porch and swing. Two trash barrels close to the front of our unit were very convenient. We stayed in one of the Condo's that could hold up to 12 people, with just 4 of us. We would book it again in a heartbeat!
