The staff was pleasant and friendly and on the surface Prizer Point looks great. My cabin was a 2-bedroom deluxe. Broken blinds, pots and pans under the sink, and no seating in main area where TV sat. Overall feeling of not being maintained, both inside and out. Had to leave a day early for a medical emergency - I was not given nor offered a refund for final day. Rating is for friendly staff.

Have stayed multiple times at this resort, won't be back. Suite 1 was dirty, & we still have not got our $100 cleaning deposit back. Dirty towel left in shower, rodent droppings in kitchen drawers, dirt in bunk drawers, filthy AC, blanket smelled like cigarette smoke. They are way to pricey to have this many issues. Filled out text survey with pics of issues, got a canned response.

Staff needs more training to ensure people know where they are going. We stayed in suite 2 and had no idea how to get to it or where to park once we found it. Overall upkeep was lacking with slat missing from porch swing, door very hard to unlock, microwave did not work and blinds were all damaged. Would recommend curtains on windows as blinds did not block out security light at night.

Great weather, our kids were there with their RV and boat, so we had a great time on the lake. Our cabin was OK. The mini blinds were all broken, couldn't open some of them and I constantly had to muck out the frig. The gaskets need replacing since the freezer drip into the frig. We have been coming for years with our kids, grandkids, and friends. Always have a good time. I am sure we will be back

We were so excited to take our first vacation in over 2 years. While the lake and the campground itself were beautiful, the cabin we rented was filthy when we arrived. It too over a month to get the housekeeping deposit back. If we ever went to Lake Barkley again, we would definitely stay somewhere else. For the money, it was not worth it.

Great stay with so many options. They had trouble with over booking sites during our stay, but happily upgraded us to a different unit.

It was decent. We LOVED the free amenities, for that reason we would recommend it to others. But the bathrooms and other facilities need a major upgrade or deep cleaning. Some of the faucets and showers were just a tiny drip. The restaurant needs some help too. The breakfast is more like a hotel snack shop and it takes forever to get lunch and dinner, but those were good.

We had a great time and there are so many wonderful things to do onsite with a large group - pool, jumping pad, volleyball, floating park, etc. We had a few issues with our small cabin. First, the A/C was frozen up when we got there, but we fixed that ourselves. The TV didn't work the whole time we were there. Also, there is a hole in the door to the half bath.

We had a wonderful time. The cabins were clean and well appointed. Our only issue was that the beds in the cabin were horribly uncomfortable.

We stayed in a fort and it was very clean and perfect for our 4 day stay. The kids had plenty to do on site to keep them occupied and the lagoon blow ups were a huge hit for the entire family. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful! We had an issue with the grill and they came and fixed it right away. The only complaint would be that the stores and activity rentals stop at 8.

9 night stay and had to pay for clean towels. Not advertised that accommodation had no living/seating area, only kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Primary bedroom a very small "double" bed, not large enough for 2 adults.

Disappointed! We have gone for the last 5 years. Now they have added so many new sites but not the fun areas. Large pool was closed the entire stay. Kids pool is to small for all the new sites. Golf cart rental times is 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM which is majorly sleep time. What a waste. Very sad.

The treehouse was cozy and accommodated our stay just fine. The amenities and view are really what you pay for. We hope to come back every year from now on and the memories we made will last a lifetime!

We had a great time. Only disappointment was the large pool we were bit Annie to swim in because of the chemicals they were treating it with to clear up the water. But it is definitely a place we will come back too

I was very disappointed that we paid for a water front cabin but we were pretty far from the water. There were much better cabins on the water that were empty that they could have put us in.

We left a day early very little hot hot water in cabin and shower wasn’t draining so you were standing in water. All 3 Mattresses were very uncomfortable very outdated. Definitely no early check in we had to wait until 4pm on the dot. Top dollar for everything but pools were not open due to inspec Tried to rent a golf cart and the workers were late to work and there were several people waiting

Employees weren't turning the amenities on on a daily basis, so we were only able to enjoy them one day after we tracked someone down to turn them on..

Even though it was early in the season...most of the park was under construction...there should have been other activities to do...maybe a big tent offering hot chocolate or coffee for those venturing out.... could have done bingo in the evening.......or a movie...lots of kids around ...good thing we brought the bikes...

As usual, all staff are very attentive. Always plenty to do, I was excited to see some new restrooms and showers added. This koa has grown very much over the past couple years. Nice to see! BUT, being tent campers, we have not seen much growth in that area. No restrooms there or showers still ����

We had a wonderful time at Prizer Point! We booked our stay at the last minute when another location mixed up dates and lost our reservation. We weren't sure how this would work out, having never stayed in a cabin at Prizer Point, but it couldn't have been better. The rooms and the cabin were clean and worked well for what we wanted. Granted it is not a new 5 star hotel city experience, but for a campground cabin we felt it was very nice. (Some of the reviews I read beforehand had me a bit scared.) In late October, the camp restaurant was not open (other than for Pizza), so we ventured out to Cadiz, Eddyville, and Grand Rivers for food we didn't cook. We did use the provided grill (which was clean) and enjoyed the covered porch and swing. Two trash barrels close to the front of our unit were very convenient. We stayed in one of the Condo's that could hold up to 12 people, with just 4 of us. We would book it again in a heartbeat!
