We've stayed here at least once a year for the past few years. Some nice updates being made, however the bugs are still getting worked out. Without hotwater in some of the showers at times. Also the indoor pool isnt open in time for spring break.

Check in: hard to find and ladies were rude, so rude that we never once went back to the store. Very unwelcoming. Cable out - no discount offered. Grass was not cut and trash was throughout the park. Dog park was not maintained - no doggy bags were supplied, thus poop everywhere. We brought our own and cleaned up after our dogs. I can't imagine how tight this is during the summer months.

Other than the tornado threat, my husband and I had an absolutely wonderful time. I loved our camping spot and I didn't want to leave. The store was very well filled with souveniers and clothing and supplies. Hospitality was great

Very nice campground. Lake is beautiful. We were just too early in the season to enjoy all it had to offer.

Very nice place w/ great views. Clean & well taken care of. Bathrooms nice. Only thing the 110v gfi outlet on the electric panel didn't work, & neither did my relatives next door. It was below freezing & wrapped/heated water spigot was needed. I brought heated water hose, but you need both.

Loved our site #54s on the water. The barges on the river were fun to watch. Disappointed we didn't have access to the water from our site. Staff seemed annoyed when we asked questions. Golf cart policy needs to be adjusted. Should be allowed to rent on a day by day basis.

Great campground but the fire rings need some work. They aren’t located in places where you can sit around them. They’re built in places on a slope next to the driveway which doesn’t allow for anyone to be able to sit around it. I know they’re working to make them better but they need to be strategically located. Also need more buddy sites. Otherwise we love Prizer Point! We’re repeat ca

Staff was friendly and helpful. A beautiful place to stay. Only one thing I didn’t really like was the honey wagon only comes around Tuesdays and Thursdays seems like that it needs to come around more often

Our first camper and camping trip. It was fantabulous!!! There were a few things we would have to say that could improve: 1. The older ladies at the front desk were somewhat rude, evidenced by facial expressions, tone, and body reaction. They didn't seem like they wanted to be there and were short with their responses. 2. Be nice if there were coffee available in the mornings at the shop.

This is our second time staying. We enjoy staying at prizer point it has great spots and great patio areas. Has several activities for kids to do. We will definitely make more trips to this campground.

It was a beautiful park and we enjoyed our stay. I was disappointed in the laundry facilities. The machines were out of order in the first one I went to. They were working in the second building but I think they could do with improvement. A folding table and a little more room plus decent machines would be great.

Enjoyed our stay. Campground was very nice and clean. Had a wonderful view. Kids enjoyed the playground and jumping pillow. Only negative is that closest bathhouse was closed for the season. We’re looking forward forward to coming back again.

Did NOT stay. We have NEVER been treated so rudely as we were by the young man who was supposed to direct us to our site. The woman on the phone seemed reluctant to take our reservation, but I told her we would be arriving after office hours so she finally did. I would NEVER return or recommend this place.

We were on site 22, a beautiful site right on the waterfront. Fairly level, although we did have to make an adjustment on the door side to be able to level out the rig. Had a very relaxing stay, with awesome sunsets and cool evenings. The only thing that could have made it better would have been if the site was a FHU site. Site was Water and Electric Only, with a free honey pot.

The site was beautiful and amazing campground. Only downside was the campsite directly behind us had very disrespectful kids that kept hitting our camper with a frisbee and throwing football into our campsite. Kids can have fun but be respectful of others campsites

Our site, 2, was wonderful. However, a little difficult to get into and out of with a big rig. Disappointed with the on-site restaurant. Low quality and very few menu options.

A great camping experience. The staff at this site are so nice and courteous. I was amazed with everyone! The ladies in the marina were very friendly and helpful in checking us in, and the two gentleman that brought us firewood were so polite and friendly, the guy that pumped out my tanks always had a smile on and was very nice and friendly.

Large campground.. little confusing at first. Our sunset view site was thru a cabin and some trees, but could walk to see it over the lake. Sites were close and a little to short for our 42 foot 5th wheel. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Tons of things for kids to do. Town is about 20 minutes away for fuel for vehicles. Good thing the weather was perfect.

Great lake view, beautiful sunsets, a lot to do for kids. My only complaints: 1) seriously consider adding a heating element to the pool to be used in the cooler months. The water is cool/cold and the enclosure alone doesn’t warm it enough when doors and windows are left open especially at night allowing for any heat to be lost. 2) lower the golf cart rental by at least half as most sat unuse

Prizer Point has so many things to do to keep busy while camping! We love the amount of activities for children and the space in the campground. I would recommend to think hard about what area you want to be around- some of the "communal" areas are very noisy all day/night long. It is well kept and everyone is very friendly.

It’s a nice campground with lots to do for the kids, but I feel the campsites are way too close. Right out our back window on motor home was the next door neighbors patio area, literally just a couple feet away. Also, the internet was terrible. They don’t allow downloading or streaming. Make sure you have all the supplies you need as everything in the store is very expensive.

We had a wonderful time at Prizer Point! We booked our stay at the last minute when another location mixed up dates and lost our reservation. We weren't sure how this would work out, having never stayed in a cabin at Prizer Point, but it couldn't have been better. The rooms and the cabin were clean and worked well for what we wanted. Granted it is not a new 5 star hotel city experience, but for a campground cabin we felt it was very nice. (Some of the reviews I read beforehand had me a bit scared.) In late October, the camp restaurant was not open (other than for Pizza), so we ventured out to Cadiz, Eddyville, and Grand Rivers for food we didn't cook. We did use the provided grill (which was clean) and enjoyed the covered porch and swing. Two trash barrels close to the front of our unit were very convenient. We stayed in one of the Condo's that could hold up to 12 people, with just 4 of us. We would book it again in a heartbeat!
